Excellent meal given the 50% off food offer, the salmon fishcakes, crab and avocado starter and duck confit were especially good. House wine reasonable price and quality. Our second visit to BB, and on both occasions we have been impressed by the serving staff, without exception welcoming, helpful and efficient (appears to be a happy place to work). We would like to single out Abdel our waiter for a special mention, he was great fun as well as providing excellent service. Many places serve similar food to a good standard, for us it is the quality of the staff which makes BB special.

Very pleasant, excellent, good humoured service from Semir. Food very good .... two soups and brie to start ... main courses of tuna and beer battered cod all very nice, well cooked and ample portions, The bill came promptly. Only cavil was that there was no accessible toilet and a lot of stairs to manage for someone like me who has difficulties with stairs. That was a nuisance but in no way spoit a very enjoyable evening.

Enjoyed a delicious late lunch with a friend; the waiter was particularly helpful and the service was very good even though they were busy. The moules marinieres are delicious but a very large starter - especially if, like me, you cannot resist eating all the fresh crusty bread provided with it! The main courses were equally good and the wine good value. With the 50% off offer it was a very good value meal and I would recommend it to any lovers of French cuisine. My only criticism is that the tables are a little too close together if your neighbours are ebullient, as ours were.

There were no otherwise diners when we sat down. It is hard to explain why it was a negative but i felt that the waiter was too attentive. He visited the table far too many times to check on us - harsh I know. The onion soup was superb and the burger worth a try. Service charge included in bill which i never agree with.

I was disappointed with Boulevard Brasserie. Important to remember that it is a chain. Also important to remember that the Opentable deal still made it exceptionally good value. Unfortunately, the food let the restaurant down. All 3 starters were fine but from the mains, the risotto was incredibly dry and the beef in the bourguignon was dry and burnt in parts - obviously just left on the heat without attention. It also came in a relatively large pot for the actual amount that was contained in said pot. Shame, as it put us off having dessert. Bottles of Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc, at £25, were like the £4 bottles from Tesco - serves me right for not sending them back. Service was fair. No hard feelings BB, but you just left me feeling flat.

This was our second visit to Boulevard Brasserie this summer for a pre-theatre dinner and once again it did not disappoint. The food is good and service is both friendly and efficient. One of our party follows a gluten (wheat) free diet and the restaurant produced with the menu a chart detailing all of the dishes that she could eat.

We had their pre-theatre deal. Food was ok. Salmon fillet was't good, Probably had been frozen. The service was good and food was served quickly but we waited a long time for the desert (ice cream) and eventually had to cancel it because ee were running late for the show.

My girlfriend and I visited the Boulevard Brasserie on a Monday evening just to get out and enjoy an evening in town. I read reviews on this restaurant and they were all very positive. The restaurant is well located and very easy to find. We were given a lovely table by the window on the 1st floor which was great. The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and our waiter was very attentive and friendly but not too formal which I prefer. The food was excellent value especially given the 50% discount. The starters were all tasty and substantial. I had the sea bass and my partner the Beef bourginone (forgive the spelling). Both were excellent. We would happily return and had a very good evening overall.

A charming and romantic little place right in the middle of theatre land. we went with the 50% off which made it a reasonable price. I have to say that without the 50% I t6hink it would have been over priced but that is common for the places in the West End. the staff were lovely, the food was very good and the decxor can cosy and inviting

The Boulevard Brasserie is one of my favourite restaurants for very good food at reasonable prices, especially as the 50% deal is available most days and evenings of the week. The service is friendly, never rushed and the staff always very accommodating. On my last visit, for a friend's birthday, we both went for seafood: Moules Marinières followed by Tiger Prawns in garlic butter. They were very nice indeed and portions were generous too. I always come back to this venue as I'm sure of a very pleasant evening. Highly recommended.

The Boulevard is a lively, friendly and value for money place with no great pretentions. Food is plentiful and competently prepared. The short wine list offers a reasonable choice at good prices. We had the 50% off food offer which saved £29 and made the whole evening excellent value.

We selected this wonderful little bistro based strictly on location so we could drop in after the theatre. To our surprise we found a diamond in the middle of Westminster. Food was very excellent , tables were full of diners from around the world, and atmosphere was most comfortable. Price was very reasonable compared to other restaurants we eaten at in London. We'll eat here whenever we're in town.

What a delightful evening. The location is perfect in the heart of Covent Garden and on this Saturday evening there was a great buzz everywhere with lots of people. Inside the Restaurant is an opportunity to observe the scene and enjoy the beautiful food. Two favourites: Fish Soup followed by Veal and a nice dessert to finish. I would recommend for the food, the service, the ambience and being at the centre of the London scene. To cap it I walked back through Covent Garden to Leicester square at about 10.30 - this was the cabaret - and what a show!
