Although part of the Hotel the restaurant was very good. it was difficult to find,as I came by train and there was no signage and it was difficult to see the Hotel when getting out of the startion. The views of the harbour are great, and if the eather is fine there is a balcony, so you can dine outside.

We were greeted by our host, Mark. We saw the look of fear and panic in his eyes. They had just seated about 10 tables at once and had a very small staff to mind everyone. They were very warm and friendly nonetheless and asked if we would want to have a drink at the bar because they were so busy. We decided to order wine at our table and be sat straight away. The host/waiter was as nice as could be, however, they were snowed with less than half the dining room full on a Saturday at 8:30 PM. The service was slow, but, again, they were very friendly and we made the best of it. The wine list was underwhelming - we went for a Bordeaux and enjoyed the view of the harbor. Meals finally came and worth the wait. Every bite was excellent!!!

We went to the Chelsea Riverside Brasserie for an anniversary dinner. The food could not be faulted in any way and the service was attentive without being over-powering. We had a table with views over the small harbour. The only criticism (which is not a reflection on the restaurant) was that there were very few people there that evening which did have an impact on the atmosphere; a shame as the place is so good. All things considered it was a very pleasant experience.

Our waitress barely spoke English and had little knowledge of the menu. It felt like we were there on a staff training day but the hotel had forgotten to train the staff first or shadow them on the day to step in when needed. The staff were friendly just not confident enough to be client facing. Very disappointing indeed!!

The staff were very friendly and efficient, which is just as well as we were an hour and a half late having been lost on the underground! The resaurant has a contemporary, light airy feel but still affords a relaxed atmosphere. Overlooking the harbour, I imagine it would be a lovely setting for a romantic meal and I would definitely go back for such an occasion. I was there with my 13 year old daughter and her friend as a birthday treat. We chose from the BBQ menu. The food wash fresh, tasty and very well presented. I felt the prices were appropriate and typical for London. I would definitely go back.

Service and food were very good but a quiet night at resturant dur most of hotel guest away for evening function. Menu had a good range of choice with some simple dishes and well as more complex once. Menu will suit most occasion. Only disppointmeent was the charging of the wine, choice a wine of wine list but was not asked if I want bottle or 500ml craff because r 500cl was £21.00 or bottle 750cl for £45.00 was given bottle when I could have 2 craff for less money. When conplain manager just say hotel policy this is a rip off.

We booked the brasserie as there was a child's area. Very disappointed when we got there on Father's Day to find that the room had been let so there wouldn't be a child's area on this day. Staff were very accommodating for us and our little one. Food was outstanding and service at the start of brunch was excellent. Although service did seem to worsen once brunch got busy and we had to find people to help us out. Unclear what was included and not and we ended up paying an extra £6 for a bottle of water and £4.50 for a double expresso coffee. We only also realised at the end of brunch that there was a BBQ area outside as nobody had shown us that it was there (and by that point we were full). Unlimited champagne was an option(weren't told

Went to 20/10 for my wife's birthday meal. Very clean and spacious - good size tables not too close together. We enjoy places that are not too noisy and you can hear one another talk, but it was a little too quiet: no music, few guests. Excellent service. Special effort made for my wife's birthday. Food was extremely tasty and beautifully prepared. (though don't expect huge portions... A 'rack' of lamb was 2 chops). Good value at 50%

The 2010 restaurant in the Chelsea Harbour is a fantastic venue. The ambiance is modern and "Sharp" and I look forward to visiting this place in the Summer and sitting on the retaurant balcony overlooking the Marina. The value after taking the 50% in to account is very good, the food superb and well presented but the portions a little Nouvelle Cuisine and not really enough for a man. Will return and when ordering will ask for an additional vegetable. The service was friendly and attentive.

The service was impeccable at Restaurant Twenty Two, however, the bread brought to the table was a little stale and was just before the hot starter. The food was lovely and the service was just as it should be. The staff were brilliant (even though the Wife couldn't tell the difference between a Welsh accent and an Irish one!!) and i would recommend that people try this lovely venue. Courgette soup done 3 ways was great and my fish was perfect. We will most certainly be visiting again.
