  • "My husband and I had the lunch menu on 25th of July. We felt very welcome and loved every course and matching wines, they really perfect the food and vice versa. The freshness of the octopus salad, the soothing ragoo for starters. For the main course pollack perfectly baked (the slices can softly be pushed apart, revealing a silky moist white fish), the quail with smoked chestnuts. For dessert millionaire tart served with an outstanding sweet sherry, the gooseberry tart, a subtle equilibrium between sour and sweet. A special mensioning for the sommelier, who made the marvelous combinations with every course, a greatly added value! Congratulations to a young talented team, better than other two star restaurants in France and Belgium!"

  • "I surprised my sister for her birthday and we had a fantastic meal, we ordered the Meat Fruit, Octopus, Fillet Steak, Pork Chop and Tarte Strawberry - everything was cooked to perfection - we absolutely loved the whole expericence. They even brought out a little chocolate pot with "Happy Belated Birthday" - the staff were brilliant! Thanks!"

  • "The food as you can imagine was incredible. Inventive and beautifully cooked and presented. Our waiter recommended the pork chop for a main course. Wow. More like a filet steak than a pork chop. Perfectly cooked and accompanied by delicious bits and pieces decorating the plate. Amazing. Having dined at few M* restaurants now the difference that I particularly liked here was the service. Too often (Ramsey’s for example) the service is too much. Here the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, had character and complimented the whole experience. Excellent."

The meal was sensational and went beyond our expectations, the flavours were exquisite and the staff were both knowledgable and accommodating. We'd recommend the octopus (frumenty) which was was tender, the rib eye, tipple cake, tarte of strawberries, and definitely the nitro ice cream which gets made in front of you!"

  • "We had a wonderful evening at DInner to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The food was exquisite and the service friendly, but not intrusive. There was nothing I would want to fault. We were shown the kitchens at the end of our evening, which was a nice touch. I would definitely return, not just for that special occasion, but I noticed that there were people who just popped in for a main, so that's worth bearing in mind!"

  • "Dinner is surely one of the best restaurants in London and maybe we were just there on an off night. But it did not all come together for us. Atmosphere is good but quiet load.service was very good but not exceptional. Wine list quite good but also very expensive. Sommelier just average. Food was very good but would have liked to have a few more selections from which to choose. While we enjoyed the evening there are other restaurants in London we have enjoyed more."

  • "Meat fruit and the set lunch menu was outstanding. Nitrogen Ice cream was fun to watch, but it was nothing special in taste. Very professional service, nice ambience, great foods. but also very expensive. I had to try this restaurant because it was number 5 in San Pellegrino's 2014 list, but I am not convinced. It is indeed a great restaurant with great food and service with highly talented team and their mission to recreate the historical british foods is really interesting. But, it's def not top 5 in the world and there are many better restaurants in the city and worldwide. I'd still highly recommend this place to try out and see all the hypes are, but I'd not personally go back again. Simply because there are so many restaurants to try."

  • "It was a great dinner. We enjoyed every dish, and especially the Tipsy cake dessert. The mashed potatoes side dish is absolutely amazing. The restaurant feels extremely professional and very welcoming. Although the cost is rather high, we didn't find it overpriced, and well worth the money in our opinion."

  • "Having booked based on the Blumenthal reputation this restaurant did not disappoint. Everything was of a very high quality with the interesting and quirky combinations that Heston is known for. The service was attentive but not overbearing and the restaurant itself was very well laid out with a very pleasant ambiance - not at all starchy or pretentious. Naturally the prices are high, how could they be otherwise, but with the level of service and quality of food the prices is justified."

I cannot fault anything - from the cocktails in the bar on arrival to the service, the food, the wine which were all sublime and the "buzzy" ambience was perfect for the occasion. The ice creams made in front of us & the Tipsy Cake were especially memorable. Being able to see directly into the kitchen is also a great feature. I look forward to being able to return."

I informed them of this and they sat us a fantastic table over looking hyde park and gave us a dessert with congradulations written across the plate. Like touches which made the afternoon really speacial. Additionally the food was brilliant of course and the service was seamless. When we next have a celebration and want a speacial meal this is where we will head!"

  • "I went for my birthday with my 3 young adult children. The food was incredible but the overall experience was fantastic due to the fabulous friendly staff. Watching them was like performance art. It's clear they are highly trained & highly knowledgeable but it's obvious they are also highly enthusiastic about what they do. The service was excellent but what appealed to us in particular, was that it wasn't pretentious. We weren't rushed & spent just over 3 hours having what we all agreed was the best dining experience we've ever had. We had the set lunch which was good value & they were extremely helpful in accommodating my daughter, a vegetarian & my son who has gluten/dairy/wheat intolerances. Go here, you will not be disappointed!"

  • "Our waitress was very good, explained the meals very well, although our meals were good, I would not pay the price because I was expecting over the top considering the price paid, flavors were just good not great. We were there for our sons graduation. During our dessert presentation the gentleman making ice cream had some fly off his beaters towards me. At the time I thought it only hit my napkin and fell on the floor. No apology was made and numerous waiters and staff walked by looked at the ice cream on the floor and it sat there for at least 1/2 hr. When I got home I noticed I had numerous splatters on my dress pants. An apology at the time would have gone a long way at the time but none was made which prompted me to write this review."

  • "Firstly, i am not really stunned by the interior of the reataurant. However the waiters are very friendly & professional. I ordered spiced pigeon and the taste was outstanding. My sisters ordered 2 kind of fishea and they're also tasted great. For the dessert, we had tipsy cake & cheesecake. Honestly that was one of the very the best dessert for me. In addition, the wine is also great."
