Restaurant was far too dark, difficult to read the menu! Menu options were limited and descriptions of each steak inadequate to tell the difference. Very expensive, but steaks were good. Service was slow to say the least.

Great location, particularly if you are lucky enough to get a table by the window. Argentinian beef is superb, though the cooking skills at this restaurant are not as good as those displayed at their subterranean city venues. Service is good, though a little rushed. A few extra staff would really help elevate this branch of gaucho to an excellent dinner location.

We have been to a number of Gaucho grills and they have always been amazing..this time is was so different. It was to loud we could not hear the waitress and so dark we could not see the menu. There was 5 minutes between entrees and main. No steak knife, so I wasn't able to cut my steak. And after all that a bill for 200 pounds. It was so disappointing as every other Gaucho Grill has been wonderful. Don't waste your money.

First visit to Gaucho's and very impressed. Steak was delicious and perfectly cooked and we were well looked after by the staff. The 'Selection G' wine was excellent and well priced. It's not a cheap night out but you definitely get what you pay for.

Visited Gaucho Tower Bridge with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Both of us being lovers of the Gaucho experience at other locations, we were both delighted to see the same high standards of service, food and drinks at this location. We were made to feel very welcome and special, even in a busy restaurant, including a specially decorated dessert course to recognise our anniversary. But the biggest plus for both of us was the beautiful view of Tower Bridge at night - simply stunning. If you've tried Gaucho elsewhere but not yet visited Tower Bridge, then get there soon - fabulous!

Booked to eat here for an anniversary thinking of having a view of Tower Bridge whilst enjoying a quiet meal. Arrived and had to wait until our table was ready. Got shown to our table which was in the depths of the restaurant and very close to other tables so there was no intimacy and could here other peoples conversations as if you were on their table. The waiter introduced himself and explained the cuts of beef available but then seemed more interested in serving the larger groups around us (bigger tips I suppose) and was about 25 minutes until he took our food order. Food came quickly and was very good though. Don't go here for romance, this is a place that workers from the City go after work for food!

Great food, music, vibe, service. The whole package. This isn't the cheapest place to eat, but it doesn't disappoint, and I've eaten in more expensive places that were not as good. Jordan, our server, was extremely good. Knew the drinks and food menu like the back of his hand, very very good service from him. I had to signal a couple of people down at one point to order another round of drinks, but overall, very good.

We came here for a birthday dinner for my mother. It's been a good 9 months or so since I was last in a Gaucho. Eleverything that was great about the service and food was exactly as usual. Almost every member of staff service congratulated my mother, and the barman have me an insight into some of the spirits I hadn't tried. At almost £100 a head it was never going to be a "value for money" evening but some special occasions you can't put a price on

This restaurant is all about location, location, location. The menue needs explanation, but this is beautifully done by the service staff using real meat! The steaks, sides and desserts are extraordinarily good! All of this has its price, of course. The wine-list is well sorted, but overpriced.

Ate here at the goucho's tower bridge. Everything was excellent. Steak was good. Beer was good. Wine was good. Even the service was top notch. Just a little disappointed that I asked for a View of tower bridge while eating as it was my girlfriends birthday and they did not upply us with that option. But other then that I would go again.

Having been to other Gaucho's before this one doesn't stand up to the others. We had to send one streak back for being over cooked and despite being introduced to our server for the evening we had over five different people looking after our table. Our money would have been better spent elsewhere for the special occasion.

Table booked for 6 of us on. Friday evening, excellent table with a great view of Tower Bridge from our spot. The decor and restaurant is what you'd expect from Gaucho; Classy. The service was hit and miss however, although our waiter was excellent and very informative / friendly. The starters of empanadas and sausages were good, and the steak cuts superb alround. The sides were ok but some were lukewarm and not that tasty (no spinach either!). Wines were priced from £35+. Only a few had dessert and these were good. Cheese board ok - limited choice of crackers though. Excellent after-dinner cocktails (espressos and sours). I would recommend Gaucho for after work drinks and big group dining for the view / experience.

I took my girlfriend here for a special birthday dinner. I requested a table by the window as I heard the views were stunning. As requested we got a table by the window and the views certainly didn't disappoint. Out waiter Alesso was very good and we were very impressed with the explanation of all the cuts and how they're best cooked. Food was VERY nice but the plate could have been hotter and you don't get a proper steak knife which I thought was a bit strange!! Overall our experience was very good and to top off a very enjoyable dinner they even decorated her desert plate with a "happy birthday" message which I thought was a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

I was desperately looking for a place that is out of the ordinary in terms of food and ambience, in celebration of my wife's birthday and miraculous recovery from a potentially debilitating disease. Gaucho Tower Bridge turned out to be the perfect answer! Food is excellent; staff are knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and warm; the ambience (directly looking at the Tower Bridge) is nothing short of elegant and romantic! My wife was in tears for joy! Gaucho Tower Bridge will definitely be on the top of our list to dine in again when we return to London! Bavissima!

The place is what you would expect from a high end steakhouse, excellent setting, a great view of the Tower Bridge and an ample variety of Argentinean steak cuts and wines. The steaks are very good quality however I wouldn't consider them at the level of other Argentinean or American steakhouses I have been to in Manhattan or Mexico City like Morton's, Beef Bar or the Capital Grille, specially at the price the charge which I consider a bit high even by London standards. The service was good and what you would expect at a restaurant of this level: even though they cleared my wife's plate before she was finished, the manager replaced her order completely. Overall, a great place to see and be seen and enjoy some fine dining.

Having heard about Gaucho's I decided to book Sunday lunch for 2, Our waiter asked if we had been before and if we would like to see the board, making recommendations for our steaks. We ordered cocktails which were very good, The bread was very nice as well. We had rump and ribeye, they were incredibly tender but lacked flavour, disappointing considering the cuts, particularly ribeye. Service then slowed down as more tables came in, but there were only 15 tables max with 3 waiters and 2 floor managers, one of whom was rooted to the host desk. The dresser was drowning in dirty plates & glasses throughout the visit. Waited ages to order desserts and for them to arrive, no goodbye as we left. Meal felt expensive when we left, expected more.

We had a great night here. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was amazing both of us agreed that it was the best steak we have had. I can understand peoples concerns regarding how dark the restaurant was and the music, however we thought this only added to the ambience of the evening. I would say this is definitely for the younger crowd. We also had a lovely view of the Bridge which was amazing, we were even privileged enough to see the middle go up. We had a fantastic night and will definitely be coming back.

A real trendy restaurant, perfect to impress. Sit upstairs if you can for fantastic view of tower bridge. Steak was fantastic and the service very good (perhaps a little slow). Was a little bit dark as the restaurant is mainly candlelit, as a result would not recommend to people with poor site! Food was expensive but Definately worth it!

The food was delicious and the view was out of this world! We went for my boyfriends birthday and on arrival the staff wished him a happy birthday then later put a candle on his dessert! They also gave us 2 free cocktails after our dinner - really lovely touch! The service was amazing when we arrived, however we were quickly forgotten about and after the main was cleared away we struggled to get any attention from the waiting staff... however this didn't really spoil the evening as we were sat overlooking a spectacular view and it was nice not to be rushed out the door, we were there a good 3 hours! An excellent night and the food was the best we've ever had.
