Loved our dining experience at Gaucho. Food was amazing (especially the seared scallops starter!). Service was a bit mixed - they could have done with a couple of extra waiters upstairs as we often had to wait for long periods to get ours attention - but a great time nonetheless.

Had a great evening with friends at Gaucho Grill, Tower Bridge. Ambience was sophisticated yet relaxing, food was very tasty, the girls going for 225g while the boys selected larger steaks - all cooked just how we liked it. Extensive wine menu to cover all budgets and tastes. A great place for couples and friends. Recommended.

I took my mother and teenage kids here for lunch at half term. It is a nice walk from the Tower of London over London Bridge to the restaurant. We realised we were going to be an hour early and when I rang they were happy to bring my reservation forward. Restaurant buzzy with great views of Tower Bridge. My daughter asked for her burger without bacon and cheese but it came with both but no caramelized onions that were billed as coming with it. The waitress did not understand the problem so we had to get one who spoke better English to deal with it. Otherwise the service was good and the Maitre D' v good. Fabulous steak. The gnocchi from the Autumn menu was nice but a rather small portion - especially for a hungry teenager.

I have been recommenced Gauchos by several friends since I have lived in London as a great dining experience. The food was fantastic and value for money, the wine selection was very good and we enjoyed our meal. The only negative that would put me off of going there again was simply the fact that we felt rushed by the staff to leave. We would happily of stayed there and had some more drinks but felt we had to leave even though the restaurant wasn't that busy.It was just a shame as we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere up to that point.Otherwise the steak I had was one of the finest I have ever eaten.

I booked a table at Gaucho for dinner on Saturday evening with my boyfriend and we had a brilliant night. We sat upstairs with a fantastic view of tower bridge which I think is definitely preferable to sitting downstairs. I asked specifically for a table with a view when I booked and although tables are usually allocated on arrival, they accommodated my request. The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional too. We were not rushed at all and the waitress was there without being too there. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

We booked this for my partners birthday , have been to other Gauchos but this was first time at this one and I am afraid to say it will be the last . I cannot say anything bad about the food it was lovely but the service was atrocious , we arrived on time for our table to be met by a huge queue of people checking with reception . A few people in front if us I overheard telling reception they were half an hour early , we were told to go to the bar and we would be seated shortly we waited 25 minutes and the people who were early were seated before us !!!!! Basically we were ignored and it took 2 trips back to reception to finally be seated ! Not happy

Thouroughly recommend the Gaucho Tower Bridge - fantastic food, service and views of London. Birthday treat for my husband and we had a fantastic meal with extremly attentive service. The staff all went the extra mile to make us feel very spoiled and I can't praise highly enough. Thankyou greatly for a lovely evening. Mr & Mrs Tomlinson.

We had a lovely evening there, enjoying the fantastic views. The food was very fresh and full of flavour and the extra touches made it a memorable evening. Service was attentive and friendly. It came across as a very well run restaurant, and would be very happy to return for future events and to recommend.

Great location, particularly if you are lucky enough to get a table by the window. Argentinian beef is superb, though the cooking skills at this restaurant are not as good as those displayed at their subterranean city venues. Service is good, though a little rushed. A few extra staff would really help elevate this branch of gaucho to an excellent dinner location.

This was the first time that we have been disappointed with a Gaucho meal; we were a party of six, of which four had issues. One meal had to be returned as the meat was uneatable as there was a lot of gristle. The restaurant was quick to replace the entire meal - including the side dishes. Another diner had gristle in their steak but worked round it. Of the four that had issues, all felt that the meal was not warm enough - as if it had been sitting waiting for a while. All in all, a shame especially at £60/head but I would like to think it a one off and will visit again

We have been to a number of Gaucho grills and they have always been amazing..this time is was so different. It was to loud we could not hear the waitress and so dark we could not see the menu. There was 5 minutes between entrees and main. No steak knife, so I wasn't able to cut my steak. And after all that a bill for 200 pounds. It was so disappointing as every other Gaucho Grill has been wonderful. Don't waste your money.

Visited Gaucho Tower Bridge with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Both of us being lovers of the Gaucho experience at other locations, we were both delighted to see the same high standards of service, food and drinks at this location. We were made to feel very welcome and special, even in a busy restaurant, including a specially decorated dessert course to recognise our anniversary. But the biggest plus for both of us was the beautiful view of Tower Bridge at night - simply stunning. If you've tried Gaucho elsewhere but not yet visited Tower Bridge, then get there soon - fabulous!

Booked to eat here for an anniversary thinking of having a view of Tower Bridge whilst enjoying a quiet meal. Arrived and had to wait until our table was ready. Got shown to our table which was in the depths of the restaurant and very close to other tables so there was no intimacy and could here other peoples conversations as if you were on their table. The waiter introduced himself and explained the cuts of beef available but then seemed more interested in serving the larger groups around us (bigger tips I suppose) and was about 25 minutes until he took our food order. Food came quickly and was very good though. Don't go here for romance, this is a place that workers from the City go after work for food!

Great food, music, vibe, service. The whole package. This isn't the cheapest place to eat, but it doesn't disappoint, and I've eaten in more expensive places that were not as good. Jordan, our server, was extremely good. Knew the drinks and food menu like the back of his hand, very very good service from him. I had to signal a couple of people down at one point to order another round of drinks, but overall, very good.

We came here for a birthday dinner for my mother. It's been a good 9 months or so since I was last in a Gaucho. Eleverything that was great about the service and food was exactly as usual. Almost every member of staff service congratulated my mother, and the barman have me an insight into some of the spirits I hadn't tried. At almost £100 a head it was never going to be a "value for money" evening but some special occasions you can't put a price on

Having been to other Gaucho's before this one doesn't stand up to the others. We had to send one streak back for being over cooked and despite being introduced to our server for the evening we had over five different people looking after our table. Our money would have been better spent elsewhere for the special occasion.

Table booked for 6 of us on. Friday evening, excellent table with a great view of Tower Bridge from our spot. The decor and restaurant is what you'd expect from Gaucho; Classy. The service was hit and miss however, although our waiter was excellent and very informative / friendly. The starters of empanadas and sausages were good, and the steak cuts superb alround. The sides were ok but some were lukewarm and not that tasty (no spinach either!). Wines were priced from £35+. Only a few had dessert and these were good. Cheese board ok - limited choice of crackers though. Excellent after-dinner cocktails (espressos and sours). I would recommend Gaucho for after work drinks and big group dining for the view / experience.
