A word from ZERODEGREES Bristol
ZERODEGREES is a pioneering drinking and dining concept at the forefront of the emerging trend towards fresh, handcrafted beers brewed by microbreweries. Our Mission is to provide a definitive theatre- style dining and drinking experience, using only the freshest ingredients to create inspiring gourmet dishes and exceptional freshly brewed beers. You will really get a sense of the processes at work around you, as the sights, sounds and smells of the working brewery and the busy kitchens, with its traditional wood-fire pizza oven, are open to view.” ZERODEGREES redefines the traditional concept of pizza by translating UK's favourite International flavours and tastes on to a gourmet pizza. Not limiting our menu to just pizza, we created an innovative selection of pasta, salads, mussels and to-die for-desserts. From the Cajun King Prawn Salad to BBQ chicken pizza to Kilo pots of mussels in Champagne and smoked salmon, our constant commitment is to deliver a fresh new dining experience.Continued

  • "I've been to Zero Degrees on many occasions and have always had a nice meal and a good time."
    dined on 17/04/2014
  • "The food was delicious! And on Mondays they have a deal that cannot be missed!! "
    dined on 14/04/2014
  • "Nice atmosphere, even though there was a stag party there they were not raucous at all - wait staff seemed not to communicate amazingly, but they were very helpful."
    dined on 12/04/2014
  • "Went for Saturday lunch....place was practically empty. Wine was excellent, peri peri pizza not the best I have had but the lemon cheesecake was lovely."
    dined on 22/02/2014
  • "My other half and I went for a valentines meal together at ZeroDegrees. We were promptly seated at our table, however we had barely sat down and opened the menus when a waitress arrived to take the order for our starter and mains. I politely asked the waitress if we could have 5 or 10 minutes to have a good look through the menu and decide, however she reappeared at our table just minutes later asking for out choices, at this point I then felt rushed. Couldn't knock the food though, was lovely. For desert we had the polar opposite in terms of service as 2 bowls of ice cream took 35 minutes to arrive at the table. The waitress did offer me a sample of all their house ales however my other half was offered nothing. Overall good food."

  • "Great food, good value and large helpings. Marta, the waitress was absolutely brilliant !! Tip: Try to get a table away from the sofa area, we had an after work drinks party behind us, a couple of them got boringly loud as the evening wore on..talking work stuff, get a life."

  • "I am a 20 year old and I took my mum, dad, 15 year old brother and 12 year old sister out for a meal on a Saturday evening at about 5pm. It was a stunning atmosphere, not busy but the tables weren't too close together either, lovely soft jazz music playing in the background but quiet enough so you could talk to each other without raising your voices. Very quick service, friendly waitress and food was absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend the calamari to start and the gnocchi for main if you're a pasta lover or the bbq chicken pizza for pizza lovers! Portion sizes are great value for money! Can absolutely say I'll be eating here again very soon!"
    dined on 15/02/2014
  • "Had such a good meal here for Valentine's on Sat 15th, the staff and food and drink were all equally amazing, best restaurant in Bristol and cannot recommend it enough, were going to book again for 7th march any buy a mini keg of their own Italian lager before we leave :-)"
    dined on 15/02/2014
  • "You have to try the Thai green curry mussels and if you have a dining companion will similar tastes then share mussels and a pizza. We went for smoked salmon with mascarpone cheese and added rump steak - an unusual combination but one I will strongly recommend. This place is also a micro brewery and the different beers are fantastic, we couldn't decide on which to try so opted for half a pint of each and shared the lot. Great place that I would suggest everyone should try. Enjoy!"
    dined on 07/02/2014
  • "Our food was good - nothing special but good. Unfortunately the service really wasn't up to much. We kept having different waiters/waitresses serving us so no-one really seemed to know what was going on. Quite frustrating."
    dined on 28/10/2013
  • "a little bit expensive but with overall good impression with that restaurant. Service is good and that's the main reason why I will recommend it."
    dined on 27/10/2013
  • "Great find last minute! Great selection on the menu and executed well. Food came quickly and tasted lovely. The in-house beers were great and the atmosphere was lively but not too loud, perfect for a saturday night."
    dined on 19/10/2013
  • "I've been to Zero Degrees Bristol many times and they are consistently good at providing a great atmosphere, good food and brilliant selection of beers."
    dined on 15/10/2013
  • "We enjoyed a brilliant Friday evening at Zerodegrees with severn of our friends. There was a great range of food and it was fantastic, everyone in our party said how wonderful the food was. I would recommend Zerodegrees to anyone who wanted wonderful food in a great restuarant."
    dined on 04/10/2013
  • "You can't knock the idea, food or ambience. But unfortunately the service was so bad it totally destroyed the event whilst we were there. Having to wait 30 mins to get a drink was a bad start, but forgivable if it gets better. Well it just got worse and worse and worse Ask a waitress for another drink, she says she's busy and walks off not to return . Plead someone else for service, they apologise whole heartedly but then walk off not to return until we call the manager. Manager arrives, blip in service a day then they are as bad as ever. The food when it did arrive in dribs and drabs was actually very good. A good idea let down by totally incompetent staff. From the manager down."

  • "First time in Bristol so Googled where to eat - also looking for good local beer. Zero Degrees had good reviews so we took the plunge and booked a table. In short, we were not disappointed with our find - it lived up to the reviews with excellent beers and good food - would definitely go again when next Bristol."
    dined on 27/09/2013
  • "Reasonably priced, good service, nice (and some odd!) pizzas. The beer is infamous. All-in-all good."
    dined on 20/09/2013
  • "My only complaint was we asked the waitress roughly what size was the children's pizza, she showed us using her hands but when they came out they were twice the size. If we had known that they were that big we would have only ordered 2 and not 4 as our children were 4 years of age and under."
    dined on 20/09/2013
  • "Went for anniversary meal. The food was ok. The starter was lovely the main was disappointing. Vegetarian selection could've been more and my meal was probably a little over spicy, more chilli's than anything else. Dessert was ok, however again not loads of selection and appears all deserts come with cinnamon dressing. The service was ok, but we were left along time between meals, even though the restaurant wasn't busy and we had To go to the bar to order more drinks as waiting staff were not around. Slightly disappointing."
    dined on 07/09/2013
  • "We went to Zero Degrees for pizza. It didn't disappoint at all and was as good as ever."
    dined on 17/08/2013
  • "We went back to Zero degrees after a few years and I am pleased to say it hasn't changed. It still offers good selection of quality beers. The service was good in the restaurant and the food was hot and tasty. However as we went midweek it was a little quiet, but this didn't spoil our night . Overall , good value and a great night."
    dined on 01/08/2013
  • "Very good value for money with their 2 for 1 lunch deal. Great food but service is a little slow."
    dined on 24/07/2013
  • "I havent been to Zero Degrees for a few years, and was really looking forwards to it. We were a party of 11, and had booked a table well in advance. It wasnt very busy (despite being a Saturday evening) and two of the main courses came out 30 minutes after the rest of the orders (and a side dish was missing) - poor communication to update us with what was going on. Music was very loud so it was difficult to speak with fellow diners. The beer was good as always and the food was good."
    dined on 13/07/2013
  • "Wrong food and drink given, booked table not available. Terrible service"
    dined on 03/07/2013
  • "Always enjoy going to zerodegrees. I know it will always provide what I'm looking for and I know the food is consistently good and enjoyable. Loved my beer battered king prawns my goats cheese salad was lovely but could of done with tarting up, a slice of lemon to squeeze would have made it perfect. My friends enjoyed their meals too but were very disappointed that the mussels had run out on a Tuesday. Slightly miffed at the 10% service charge as we didn't feel that it was perfectly earnt although our waiter was helpful and polite a few things brought our desire to tip down. That said, overall we had a very enjoyable evening and would not hesitate to come again. Love your concept and the delivery is great."

  • "A cordial welcome followed by outstanding food and beer in a vibrant. It not intrusive atmosphere. I took a group of teenage stude to from the USA, and they loved it."
    dined on 22/06/2013
  • "We booked a table for 8 for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately it was a long table rather then a round one, so we couldn't really hear each other. The room is very high and large and the noise levels are very high too. This is not helped by the confusing (to me) BBC 1 TV shown on every wall and TV and unrelated loud music. The food is mostly Italian but very innovative and the beer excellent. The staff, who were working very hard, were attentive and as quick as they could be. When they knew it was my daughters birthday then brought her desert with candles in it which was a nice touch. Most people had 3 courses plus a few sides. The bill for all 8 of us was under £200 which I thought was a very good price."
    dined on 22/06/2013
  • "We visited 0 degrees before the theatre and the choice was excellent, with good service. It was a little noisy so wouldn't recommend here for a romantic meal but as a pre theatre venue, I would recommend it."
    dined on 24/05/2013
  • "Although we had booked through top table the waitress could not find our reservation. We were shown a table next to the kitchen with huge metal pillar touching the edge of the seating. We complained and were then shown an excellent window table. After that things picked up. The menu is mainly Italian with nice crostinis followed by freshly oven baked pizzas. The ambience in the micro-brewery is great. Close by was a vast table of 50 students having there annual 'faux' prize giving. When paying we found out that it was our waitresses first service, so all is forgiven. A nice evening anyway."
    dined on 13/06/2013
  • "Second visit here. Both times as a group. Latest was my birthday. Great atmosphere and great food. I had a kilo of mussels. Yummy. My friends goats cheese salad loojed delicious and my fella raved about his pasta. Will definitely be going again. Service was excellent. The waiter was a great laugh"
    dined on 08/06/2013
  • "Felt food and service were very average. We were there early Sunday evening so ambience was also lacking. No buzz"
    dined on 02/06/2013
  • "I enjoyed most of the courses but not all of them. The pizza and the pasta were really good"
    dined on 03/06/2013
  • "Unfortunately "two cooks didn't turn up" and our meals were slower to arrive than usual. However usually we find it reliable and it has been a favourite venue in the past. Suggest it's better to warn patrons on arrival."
    dined on 20/05/2013
  • "The food was good but as usual the service was not up to standard. One main course failed to arrive until 20 minutes after the others (party of 8). The same happened with the dessert with the addition that the warm chocolate fudge cake was served cold."
    dined on 18/05/2013
  • "there was a huge stag party right next to our table loud and drunk . we moved to another restaurant."
    dined on 17/05/2013
  • "Our son was 21 on aTuesday evening and he wanted to go to zero degrees, and it was fab, we had mix of age groups and this staff where wonderful making his small celebration into a night to remember. The food was good plenty to chose from, it was a lovely evening great for a group"
    dined on 07/05/2013
  • "Zero Degrees is one of my favorite restaurants in Bristol. The building itself is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy good food. The fact they brew thier own beer on site is very intriguing and you can see the brewing process as you walk inside. Personally I have only ever eaten muscles in the restaurant and they are fantastic. I have been told by friends that the pizza and pasta dishes are also on par. Overall a great place to come with friends, parents or relatives and for a romantic meal. It is a great place to come."
    dined on 03/05/2013
  • "After booking a table and arriving promptly at 8pm we were greeted by a rude impatient waiter who asked if we had booked a table, push menus at us and told us to get a drink and wait for our table. After waiting for an hour, and no update or acknowledgement that our table would ready at any time we decided to leave. Terrible service! They clearly do not value anyone's custom and did not seem in any sort of rush to seat as at a table. Will not be returning!"
    dined on 27/04/2013
  • "Service was very laid back. Could have been more attentive, and made to feel more welcome - waiter seemed a little hungover, or tired, and the greeting from the hostess was luke-warm at best. Food was ok, tasty enough, but nothing to encourage a return visit. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues, as there are many steps. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced. Better for a group outing than a quiet romantic dinner."
    dined on 29/03/2013
  • "We were pleasantly surprised by great food and service. Fantastic range of specialist beers!"
