Nice music, food was nice, service was good- just there weren’t many servers so getting service meant waiting a fair bit

They change the menu. Frequently. Food was ok. Love the band. They now add 3pp to the bill towards the band and 2 toward the charity and they dont tell you. Service charge was almost £30. Its good for drinks and lively music.

This is the second time I have booked the restaurant for a birthday celebration and the quality of the food and the service were second to none. The music entertainment was also excellent. Highly recommended and will return again and recommend to friends.

It was a very pleasant surprise walking down an elaborate staircase to the restaurant and entertainment space. Very impressive with the majority of the tables having very good view of the stage.

Entertainment was ok. A girl singer doing traditional ballads accompanied by a guy on key board and doubling up on tenor sax. He was very good. Acoustics not great but tolerable.

Food and service was excellent and great value.

Visited for my 23rd birthday table of 6 of us for the 3 courses for £35. Great value for money for this sort of place. Went on a Saturday night was expecting live music whilst we ate but nothing bit disappointing. Service was okay a bit slow, considering it wasn’t overly busy, staff were however lovely in terms of making me feel special. Only other downside was that I felt we were rushed which is never nice. Would go again.

The food and the vibe lived up to expectations, I can’t speak highly enough for the service too.

Second time here and again, food was amazing! We had the Scallops and Burata salad to start and those were absolutely delicious. Mains was Pork Tomahawk with triple cooked chips and broccoli which again were amazing, we had problems finishing all the pork. Service was impeccable with attentive service and good recommendations. You can actually just come here for live band who were so cool, though can be quite loud if you want to talk as you need to shout.

the food was amazing and the service was great. we was told that jazz was playing then rnb but we felt like after 10pm they wanted us to leave so felt disappointed!! the entertainment was oki but not really worth what we paid for ... we left like they wanted us out of the place ...

The staff were incredibly rude. We were celebrating dear friends birthday and the evening was ruined by very unkind comments made by the staff . The manager on duty when we complained said he had checked the video footage and was sure that the staff hadn’t been rude despite the fact the same manager had stood on the staircase and had not made any attempt to look at any cameras. The concept of this restaurant could be great unfortunately it is ruined by the staff. Food was average.

The restaurant were in such a rush for our table back that we had no gap in between courses and when we ordered our second drink we were told they needed our table back in 15 minutes! This ruined the whole ambience of our meal throughout.
Food was poor also, dessert had clearly been sitting there for ages because we took longer to eat main. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Live music is an extra

Wonderful service, excellent vibe and some amazing vocal singing. Our waitress Paola was amazing.

I love this venue. Great food, good live music. Would definitely recommend. Set menu is great value.
Starter of sea bass ceviche followed by cod were both good. Chocolate fondant for dessert was delicious.

Such a nice place. Everything was perfect, but the singer Sofie was the hidden jem that made it unforgettable.

Great food and music. Atmosphere was lively. Only shame was having seats next to stage facing away from the stage especially when the live music was on. Maybe reconsideration of this tables nearest to stage needed. Would have been 5/5

Terrible evening - apart from the food being decent, your over the top rude staff ruined my mums birthday that she had flown in to celebrate. Your security staff threw one of the guests out because they thought he was fighting, and the rude girl with the iPad at the door denied 2 guys access after having gone for a smoke. I’ve come here several time’s and spent a lot of money, but I will never return to your venue after this treatment

Dinner downstairs at 7pm lacked atmosphere, we felt we were being rushed through. Might be good for big groups but wouldn’t go back for dinner for two. Food was good but overall wasn’t a great experience

Had a good time but there was a party going on at the time we went and it was impossible to hear anything over the shouting. Staff were apologetic but it did kind of ruin the experience and they didn't say anything to try and calm the group down.

Food was tasty but combined with the cost of prosecco it felt overpriced. That said, the music was great and had I had the chance to enjoy it over the din of the party next to us I might have felt that the price wasn't too bad.

Don't order bottled water though, at £4.50 a bottle you're better off with the prosecco!

Amazing experience

The food is very nice but you are charged a head cost for the music. I don't agree with that as a business practice. A bottle of water was also very expensive. The deal was good but I wouldn't come back without an offer on.
