Food always great.
food was nothing special. Hummas was too salty and lacked an spices. The flatbread was disappointing.
Sadly, this restaurant did not live up to my expectations. It seems like a classy, sophisticated establishment from the outside and inside, but sadly, the service was not.
Food was great and beautifully served. Great cocktails. The only thing that it was a bit slow, but it was New Year’s lunch, so totally understand it
Pleasant dinner. Cocktails were yummy.
Food was amazing and fresh. The service was great as well
Food for all smart chef-inspired twists on Mediterranean classics. Beautiful space, great service, wonderful meal all around. We loved it!
Food was delicious. Our server was great. Overall was great experience.
Great food and service as always
Hidden gem always a wonderful meal and experience
Our waitress Justice was wonderful and attentive! The food was some of the best I've had - mezze sampler for two gave you just enough of everything to try. Also got the rice pilaf and lamb kebab which were both seasoned well and full of flavor!
Yummy food and good wine.
We had an amazing dinning experience at 10e. Our server, Jairus, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning.
One of my favorite spots in DTLA. Food is great, service is great
When I tasted the chickpeas, eggplant, pomegranted-walnut dip, spicy potatoes, scallops, and melt-in-your-mouth salmon, I was swished off to the Mediterranean Seashore. Wish I was there.
Took my date here, and the service was amazing. You can easily miss the place but the ambiance is really good for a date.
We ordered a little bit of almost everything and split between the 4 of us. The staff was super friendly. The food was excellent. I really liked the Brussels Spout starter. The craft cocktails excellent. We walked from Staples center, so great location.
Everything was fantastic at 10e. I will certainly be back soon!!
Overall it was fine. A bit overpriced for the quality. We ordered the kebab platter and it consisted of 2 screeds (1 ground beef 1 ground lamb) and disappointingly only two small cubes of chicken and one very small cube of beef…the veggies were good - cauliflower and Brussels sprouts and the babaganoush was good. All in all it was fine but kinda pricey for the quality
Excellent service. Food was very good; fresh pita to order was warm and flaky—yummy; shared sampler plate was outstanding.
A great restaurant in the middle of the Financial District. Lamb was outstanding, as was the service.
Parking is very tricky here as they don’t have their own private lot. My party had to go around this place at least 7 times to find a private parking structure that does not look shady. We ended up finding a street parking, but we still had to walk at least 15 minutes to get to this place. Also, the food was mediocre at best even though it was a pricey meal. My salmon was burnt and tasteless, and my friends’ kabobs were just as dry and tasteless as well. We all decided to pour hot sauce to actually taste something. I don’t think I will ever go back to this restaurant.
The food was relatively good however it seemed a bit over priced. The service was not the best. I do not think I would go back as it did not have the best dinner vibes
Wait staff was very attentive. Food was excellent.
"10e provides a relaxed vibe – very comfortable dining room and bar area. I liked it so much, I went back the very next night. The staff is professional, accommodating and very knowledgable on the menu and they made superior recommendations. The Bibb lettuce chopped salad was refreshing, the lamb kabob was excellent, not to mention the outstanding hummus.... The restaurant is a 10 as in the name 10e for excellent.
I have now eaten here 4 times in the last year I cannot say enough about the quality and freshness of the food. Everything is always delicious and tasty
I have been here on business and pleasure and on a date. It’s one of my favorite places to take friends.
Food is fabulous, fresh ingredients, great preparation. Service was polite, but I think they need more servers.
Nice first time here. Food was good great service
Highly recommend, however they do not have Valet parking. Parking across the street at Bloc costs $42.00 which is a rip off. If you go, give yourself plenty of time to find parking and ample time to walk to restaurant.
I was travelling to Downtown LA mid-February. We were looking for a restaurant for an early dinner seating for 4 before we went to the Philharmonic. It was Valentine's Day, so it was difficult to get a reservation. I was fortunate to make a reservation at 10e.
The day before the reservation, I received a call from the restaurant, but they didn't leave a voicemail. I decided to call the restaurant to confirm. They then informed me that it was going to be a $75 Prix Fixe four-course menu, and that they weren't serving the a la carte menu at all that evening. I asked whether they had vegetarian options, because one in our party is a vegetarian. She had no idea. She then said that I would need to call back to give a credit card to hold the reservation. For some reason, she could not take the credit card at that moment, nor did OpenTable ask for a credit card hold, as they sometimes do. Frustrated, I checked their website as well as OpenTable, and there was nothing about the Prix-Fixe menu or the credit card hold. According to OpenTable, all was OK.
The day of the reservation, less than one hour before, I decided to confirm my reservation details with OpenTable again, only to find out that the restaurant cancelled our reservation. Frustrated, I called the restaurant and asked them why. Again, she had no idea. Fortunately, they would still be able to seat us at our previously confirmed time slot.
The restaurant was half empty, throughout our meal. The front staff were constantly on their 'phones, apathetic to customers and their needs. For a good restaurant, it's no wonder why they were half empty. The front was killing them.
While the restaurant and the food were nice, the front staff should be fired. Quickly. Otherwise, 10e may suffer dearly at the hands of an incompetent front.
Food was great! Service was great and the food was better. We thought we were going out on a limb with a few items and we devoured everything! can't wait to go back!!!!
The food was extremely disappointing. Ambiance wasnt much to write home about either. Would def not come back here.
The food and the ambiance were outstanding. I usually do not want to go back to a restaurant after trying it but I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE!
I wanted to like this place but was disappointed by the poor service and the 20% gratuity that was added on to the bill. I took my parents who were visiting. The food was good though too expensive for what it was. I had to ask the hostess several times for a waiter to come to the table. It was disappointing and loud to boot.
Food is beyond amazing and such caring and wonderful service
Loved it. Wonderful Dinner Menu and Wine and Drink Menu. Great atmosphere. Great service.
