Excellent food and ambiance.
Service could use improvement. Was over 10 minutes before the waiter stopped at table, we nearly got up and left for waiting so long. Waiter rarely stopped by during the meal. For the quality of the experience otherwise, would have expected better and more attentive service.

We had a wonderful evening with great food. Our waiter Mike was excellent, we really enjoyed the background music..from our era. All and all a lovely dining experience

Menu is much improved since years past. Great variety of appetizer and entree choices. Service was great. A cocktail menu would improve the experience.

Food was delicious! Large portions. The artichoke parm risotto with the chicken marsala was creamy and tasted amazing. Had plenty for leftovers.

We were seated in a room, was private and very nice. Food was great. Our waiter was good. Will definitely be coming back. The mussels and chicken Milanese were delicious.

I loved going to 31 Club and have been many times. This time, the food was AWFUL! Tasted old and flavorless. Neither my husband or I finished our nearly $50 meals because they were that bad. Should have asked for my money back, kicking myself that I didn't. Did get an upgraded bottle of wine (because they didn't have the one we wanted), but it will be a very long time before I go back.

We ended our Niagara Falls leaf viewing trip back to Maryland with brunch. The ambience and drinks made it well worth the Buffalo stop.

We visited The Club 31 for my birthday with just my husband and I. We were seated at a high top in the bar area. It was near the men’s bathroom and a door leading outside where people came in/out from smoke breaks. The ambience wasn’t as intimate as we had hoped with sports on tv and patrons drinking and talking loudly at the bar but the staff is very nice so that was a plus.

I really liked my meal of chicken Milanese but my husband ordered steak and it was just ok for the price.

This is our second time dining at the 31 Club. Our first experience would receive a 5 star rating across the board. For this experience we had a party of 4. We were disappointed with this visit due to the slow service. Appetizers and drinks were served in a timely manner. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for the entrees and another 17 minutes for three desserts. We ended up taking the desserts to go because we had grown frustrated with the long wait. When the desserts finally arrived, it was only for two instead of three!

We found this restaurant on open table!! So far never gone wrong booking with them! Great place for brunch! The food was delicious and the prices reasonable- they were friendly and COVID conscious! Would highly recommend

The male bartender got into a fight with our waitress and yelled at her in front of everyone. Wry unprofessional of him. He proceeded to complain about it to the other customer and other workers. He is a jerk!

A real let down. I have been there for dinner and it was great. This time we we tried the Sunday brunch and what a let down. Here are some low lights: Eggs Benedict with no hollandaise sauce. One meal was served 10+min. after all the other meals were served. 3 meals not properly made and when brought to servers attention she plopped the berries that were missing on the table and just walked away. Asked for hot sauce for a table of 6 and was given an empty Tabasco bottle. When we recieved the bill it had items on it that we did not order. What a shame.

My second time and just as the first everything perfect!

Great service, food and evening. Our server Michael and Robert did a great job of taking care of us. We moved inside to a high top table in the bar area and it was lively yet we still could hear each other well.

Absolutely love it here. Good mix of modern and classic. The ambience is magnificent, especially the bar. Almost feels like you are back in time.

The service by the staff is tremendous. Although, this was not my first time there, all of the afore mentioned is a constant.

I love this restaurant. I have always had superior, efficient and polite service. Every time I have visited this restaurant I have thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I miss the scallops (still pictured on their website), which was my favorite menu item. If there was any suggestion, I felt the music was too loud. I found myself talking over it. But this was a minor issue. Overall, this was 5 star dining experience.

I forgot how lovely the ambience is at 31 Club. Brunch was spectacular, so I'm putting this on my list for a special occasion dinner. The hostess, the servers, the water pourer....everyone offered sensational service. I've already started recommending 31 Club to friends and family. THANK YOU!

Great ambiance, very romantic low lights candlelight at table. Would recommend but it was pricey for the value except oysters they was so fresh and good!!!! Overall I had a beautiful time. My husband took me here for dinner

This was our first time dining at 31 Club and it was nice. Nothing spectacular but everyone was friendly, especially Travis the bartender, and the food was good (again nothing incredible). Our waiter was a bit brusque in the beginning but then he seemed to "warm up." Three people in our party ordered both an appetizer and a salad, which they brought at the same time! So they had to put their salad aside while they enjoyed their appetizer. I have never had a restaurant serve the appetizer and salad together. Overall, it was an enjoyable evening. Thank you 31 Club!

My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary with brunch at 31 Club, ironically where 46 years ago we had our first date. We were greeted by a very courteous employee who seated us at our table immediately. Our server was very attentive to our needs. Our brunch food was very good. A good value for the money.
We will definitely go back to 31 Club and recommend it to our family and friends.
The only negative thing I can say is the music was a little too loud but that didn't affect our visit.

Dinner, service and the atmosphere were all excellent. Food was outstanding!!

31 Club is a beautiful setting with a throwback to the past. Frank Sinatra is playing in the background and the decor is old school with pictures of starlets on the walls. The food was excellent. We started with their award-winning ricotta meatballs. Definitely worth an award. The burrata salad was lovely and the veal Picatta the best I have ever had. 31 Club is worth the trip.

Food was great. Clam Casino’s are the best in Buffalo.
