A bit of a well-kept secret, 34 Mayfair is 150 metres from Oxford Street and 200 from Bond, but far enough away from the madding crowds to be a real “find”.

Second time in 34 Mayfair.
Ambience is nice, food is very good! Salads, steaks, tar-tars, cocktail- everything was excellent.
Doormen are incredibly helpful and polite. Love it!
Cons: Waiters are not very expierenced, they can forget knifes for steaks or bring other people’s meal, but it’s not such a big deal.
When you make a booking, ask table further from the kitchen, otherwise it’s too smelly to sit too close.
Felt rushed to choose our food
Excellent food and really good service, will make a return visit soon.
Wonderful dinner. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
The 4 of us all thought the food was ok without being Wow and also thought it was overpriced
It was an outstanding experience with outstanding food.
We had a great time, I highly recommend! Excellent service and amazing food. Very pricey tho.
Excellent food, the Cote du boeuf is outstanding!!
The service is very discrete and helpful! The sommelier is very kind and ready to give you any information about wine...
It’s my second time in this restaurant but I will return definitely!!!
Lovely restaurant , great food.
Extra detail: they have an amazing bread basket with warm breads including olive bread and banana bread. Really a treat in the weekend
Delicious food, very reasonable prices for London. A really nice surprise!
Nice place, quite pricey. Decent steak.
The only redeeming factor of this restaurant was the piano player
Service was fair but the food awful
Argentine steak!? More like shoe leather and my chicken had a spicy barbecue sauce that I think came from McDonald’s
A bit pricey, but the menu, presentation and service are excellent. A good "people watching" place. Although I cannot understand why so many people come to dine in such an upscale venue dressed like they are getting a burger at McDonald's.
We had an excellent evening with friends and the food was really excellent, particularly the fish dishes. The service was superb and the atmosphere relaxed and warming. It is expensive though.
I really liked the food. Great place for lunch. I highly recommend it!
Disappointing service which spoilt the experience. Would not return.
A pleasing warm and attentive welcome followed by a caring, efficient service.Food presentation could scarcely have been better with the starter described by my wife as being a work of art.And the wine slipped down very nicely. In summary, an enjoyable lunch in a high quality restaurant. This was our second visit to 34.There will be more.
The food was good but the tuna I had was over cooked and had white beans with it which just did not match the tuna. We also had lobster with pasta. It was far too rich. Too much cream. They must have spilt the cream pot!
I was disappointed by the food and expected something better. I think the dishes are a bit old fashioned in their preparation
Fantastic food, ridiculous prices for wine which I complained about, 33 pounds for 1/2 carafe.
Best steak I have ever tasted food was absolutely incredible
The atmosphere was exvellent. It was very relaxed and lovely decor. The food was delicious. The staff were very attentive and the lovely door man even came up to us with an umbrella as we were looking for the restaurant in the rain.
We ate as a group of four. The staff were attentive, knowledgable and courteous, which is what you would expect from such an establishment. When our order arrived, we were each delighted with our choices. I started with shrimp, followed by stone bass and finished with the banoffee panna cotta - it was superb!
All in all we had a wonderful family meal. We would definitely recommend 34 Mayfair to anyone...and will return! Thank you
The waiter who served our table was so rude to us!! The rest of the stuff were pretty nice and friendly tho
Order was incorrect and the food was average though the restaurant is pretty.
Not on my ❤️ list at all
Absolutely loved it! Plus they were great to our six year old daughter. Highly recommend!
Loved the ambience and pianist. The service was a bit too fast on the night and the coffees were too strong. Other than this, it is a great place to dine in!
New Years eve
One of my favotit place in London which I visit every time I come here
The menu a d taste is amazing
The restaurant is nice, nothing outstanding and the food is not to die for. With all other options in London I would certainly try another. The restaurant is just ok, expensive and service was mediocre
Pity all diners do not dress appropriately at this lovely restaurant
Super food, trendy atmosphere and always excellent service !
Lovely place well decorated. Spectacular poke.
Visited here with family in monday lunch time. Food was fabulous and well presented. Service and staff are great. Would highly recommend. Lobster mac and cheese is a must.
Lovely meal, lovely friendly service.
The food is great, nice atmosphere, relaxed meal. Service was a bit erratic though. Overly attentive at times and non-existent at others eg I got asked for an aperitif order but the guy ran off before my partner ordered one. Got asked 3 times in 5 mins if we wanted wine by different people, but sat for a while trying to get attention when we wanted to order dessert. Just needs to be regulated a bit more- everyone helpful and friendly though.
food was outstanding great menu and as always very friendly and helpful staff
It was good to revisit this outstanding Mayfair restaurant. Out of our group of seven extended family members, five were visiting from the States. The restaurant is very bright and the tables are well separated, so the ambient noise is kept down. Service was friendly and efficient . The menu combines traditional, modern English with some fusion dishes, well prepared and presented. This is Mayfair, so some of the wines on the expensive list are pricey, but there are some delicious better priced options. It did not disappoint.
