Parmesan and herb tomato sauce
Sherry Garlic Shrimp
Very good food, service, and barmaid was friendly
Food and service was excellent, music with Frances Rahaim was fantastic!
Wonderful evening celebrating my Dads 88th birthday!! Thank you
Overpriced for what you’re getting. Gives off the vibe of a gentlemen’s club.
Brought my wife here for Valentine’s. She wanted to have dinner with live jazz music. As a vegetarian, I had one option on the menu, which was unavailable that day. Very much understaffed. We waited close to an hour for our food. The one thing that saved the night was the ambience and the live music. I think for the food, it is overpriced. Would not recommend it unfortunately.
There was only one waiter for the entire floor on a weekend night which is ridiculous. The Mac and cheese was so bad I took a bite and could not eat any more. The buffalo Mac and cheese only had 5 small pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. Service was subpar, food was bad, and the music was too loud. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
A very poor experience from start to finish. Unfortunately they ran out food, alchohol and our steaks were not cooked the way we requested.
Food ,as always ,was excellent. The service was good however looked liked they could have used a few more workers this evening. Our server was very personable.
To summarize our Valentine day dinner:
- when we arrived there (driving from Connecticut to experience a Mass. Restaurant) they had a hard time finding our reservation
- after we were seated, it took about 30 minutes before a waiter took our appetizer orders
- I ordered a steak. Not sure why it was served on a wooden plank when it is a known fact that wood absorb liquids ( and by transitivity absorbed all the steak juices)
Bonus: a couple sat at the table behind us 10 minutes after we were seated, they had the time to enjoy their full dinner (including desert) pay their bill and leave while we were still waiting for our meals.
Conclusion: I should have stayed in CT and gone to the restaurants that I know in CT. The waitress that came to our rescue was nice. However, a restaurant experience is not based on just one waitress. I am definitely never going back there.
Centrally located in the Springfield Downtown Entertainment District. The 350 Grill restaurant is one not to miss. Fine dining at it best ! Excellent menu selection as well as a fully stocked bar. In an atmosphere that set the stage for a good night out.
It took over an hour to get our food. A party of two, the day before Valentines Day and the restaurant wasn’t even packed
Sent food back. Would not recommend
Waitress was wonderful. Food fantastic! Little bit too noisy but not a big issue. My only concern is the hostess was not friendly. She should smile a bit. It would feel more welcoming.
My husband and I invited our son's new in-laws to dinner. We had a beautiful time, wonderful experience. Our server, Hector, was amazing... the food was delicious (although my husband's pasta wasn't anything I'd recommend.) There was a terrific two piece band to enjoy with a nightcap before leaving. Overall a wonderful evening.
We had an amazing experience. My teenage daughter and I were in town for the Sympony that night. The food was perfect. Best Lobster bisque we have ever had (we usually get lobster bisque at a well known seafood restaurant in our town in Connecticut, but 350 Grill put them to shame!!) We both had the filet which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The risotto balls were so yummy. Our waiter was Wonderful. He was so nice and on top of everything. We will definitely be planning to go back to Springfield just so we can eat there!!!
Terrible - smells like marijuana upon walking inside. The smell of marijuana and cigars lingers throughout the restaurant. Not sure if it’s coming from the strip club that is attached to this restaurant. Cannot enjoy your meal without inhaling the smell. Do not recommend.
Steaks were great. Great wines. Staff was super - good service and very friendly. Will go back again.
Came for a business dinner, 6 people total. Immediately after walking in it smelled like pot-not cool to meet someone under this condition for the first time. Got over that little hiccup, great setting and ambiance. Drinks came quickly, ordered the meat & cheese platter-amazing!! ..and then seemed service got slowww, had to ask when dinner was going to be out. Finally got dinner and 3 of us got beef Wellington, which we were told was best served medium/raw-and all of ours came WELL DONE. Yuck. There was only one other table with customers so I am not sure what the issue was but I would NOT recommend nor go back. Bummed!
Dance music dj was odd, but everything was really great!
I can’t say enough good things about my most recent experience here. We took both of our folks out for their Christmas present prior to seeing a show at Symphony Hall, and surprised Dad with a birthday celebration too.
We had gotten there an hour earlier than they opened (they used to serve brunch, but had recently eliminated that) as we generally meet about 30 minutes before our reservation to grab a drink at the bar. However, once I called, Hector said he’d happily allow us to come in and wait, but we couldn’t order until the kitchen opened.. (It was cold and rainy outside) we were certainly happy we didn’t have to change plans with our folks at the last minute. As I know this would’ve caused them distress.
We had our choice of two tables and were accommodated immediately.
Hector was also our server and was fantastic. Even honoring special requests.
I’ve been here many times over the years and I must say I’m never disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxed, and perhaps a little boisterous for some, but we enjoy the buzz and the vibe of everyone having a good time.
As we were leaving the band was setting up. That’s another thing that I enjoy about this place, great music too!
Good food as always. Great service.
All meals were cold.
Excellent food and drinks. The grapefruit martini was exceptional.
Great restaurant. All food types are excellent. Moderately priced with large portions. One of our favorites. Worth the drive.
It was noisy that night but it was due to a party that was going on which tired out to be quite fun! Great service, food. Can’t go wrong.
We made reservations. I called multiple times to try to change the time to later. No one answered the phone. When we arrived, there was a huge party and the place was not functioning like a steak house. We just wanted a nice quiet dinner. The web advertised that. We reserved a table for that. It was not that.
Kathy was great - efficient as had right timeline - food and bar were excellent.
Overall great experience. My wife loves the surf and turf tower. Great quality. We were surprised by the calamari. Was good but completely different than expected. Served with capers olives grilled tomatoes and peppers and raw onions all mixed together with breaded and fried calamari. No sauce.
Left after one drink and a serving of onion soup . The soup was dense with lots of cheese topping and no broth. Our waiter had had numerous tables. Brought one drink and had to remind him my husband had ordered a glass of wine. He was not really attentive or knowledgeable . We asked a question about a menu item and he never returned with an answer. People at other tables were calling him over for service. This restaurant used to be excellent. On Saturday, it was poor service and food quality.
Food was ok. Nothing special. Didn’t know they were going to have a DJ so it was very loud.
Good ambience, but over priced for the level of quality.
Fabulous as usual. Outstanding in every way. Had dinner with our daughter & her husband for her birthday. Everyone there made it a special occasion for her, hostess, bartender, waitress. Food was out of this world. Highly recommend the filet! Soooo delicious!!
It was a very good environment however I was disappointed at the fact that I didnt get the booth and or private area as I requested in my reservation. Food was okay not what I expected.
Amazing ambiance and great service! There were 4 of us and everyone’s meal was delicious and spot on. Will go back soon!
Excellent meals and great service.
Our Server, Hector, was AWESOME! The food was outstanding! Our only criticism would be that we ordered a side salad and did not get it. We did not even realize it until we were half way home, that's how great everything else was. Did not mind at all. I will, and in fact, already have told multiple people to try it out. We will be back for sure!
Very good steak service was great I will return
Steaks were very good and so was The service. What we felt was lacking was nice food presentation—that was quite disappointing.
The only issue we had was a piece of meet was over cooked. However our waitress took care of this with no issues. I do want to note that we have eaten at the 350 about 6 times and the service has always been outstanding! Great waitstaff.
The service was terrible and the food was okay. I’m not sure if it was the kitchen or the actual server that was having the problem but service was extremely slow, the wrong dish was brought to me when the food finally came and it was like the server was trying to avoid interaction unless necessary. It was not extremely busy so I’m not sure what the problem was but had the waiter at least checked in once in a while it would have been forgivable. It wasn’t until a woman asked how everything was that we got an apology. They compt dessert but after 3 hrs IOC being there it didn’t feel like enough. The two tables beside us were as frustrated as us because they were having the same issues. Very bad experience!!
