360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower
Es un lugar caro, comercial y muy Apretado, los meseros te estan corriendo para tener nuevos clientes, menu ya prehecho y malo
We had a very nice time at dinner. We had prime rib and duck breast. Both were outstanding. Of course the lure of the scenery at the top of the tower makes it worth the price. All in all a great experience .
We arrived, to have a little wait to get up the tower and for our table but was reasonable. Most of our food was to die for. Full of flavour and tasty. We got a window seat which was amazing. The view amazed my boyfriend who is super afraid of heights but he didn’t want to leave. The seafood chowder could have been a bigger portion but was very delicious. We stayed there till close as we enjoyed two bottles of wine, a seafood tower and two pre fix meals. We felt a little rushed to finish our bottle of wine to leave but overall was great.
The food was correct but not worse at all the price. We were 4, 3 of us took the 10oz Roast Beef Prime Rib for an extra 10$ supplement and honestly it was way under our expectation.
Regarding the service, we never had such a bad service in a restaurant:
The waiter threw the plates on the table without even looking at what he was doing. He was leaning on our chairs! We ordered drinks during the meal and had to reclaim them several times. The waiters ran around and talked very loudly to each other, a waiter was running in saying he was coming. This is not a way to behave especially in such a restaurant. The service was horrible. I will not come back and recommend anyone to come.
I’d go back to a customer from another country. As a Toronto resident, never again
View is spectacular. Our table was ready at the agreed time.
Service was good, but not better than anticipated.
Food was also good but considering the price it was just ok.
We are from out of town so this was definitely a tourist type of dinner for us. We would not have missed it.
Loved everything about the 360 restaurant it was beautiful and had a wonderful ambience staff was friendly and food was awesome I’ll be back for sure.
Food was good, little overpriced for the taste, but for that view worth every penny! Had a great experience overall! Thanks for the excellent service we got!
Service was Top drawer, the Food was very good but the menu is small.
What makes this special though is the amazing perspective of Toronto, the view is spectacular
Outstanding view, godlike food, fulfilling hospitality
I would recommend it only because of the experience of the revolving restaurant The food serve was only luke warm, as if it has been sitting around for a while in the kitchen. Service was slow - almost seems like the place is under-staffed. I only go there when I have visitors from out of town. I also find the price on the high side - certainly not getting value for my money.
I red all the comments and was a bit scared to book the restaurant because there was a discrepancy between amazing and awful reviews. Over all I thinks its an amazing experience. I can understand that the service can be not optimal in the rush hours, the food is not fine cuisine and it is expensive but over all I recommend it as a one time in life thing. Try to choose lunch over dinner avoiding peak hours. We went for lunch got an amazing table as it was not busy, a happy weightier, ok food and view we will remember forever.
Excellent celebration for my cousin’s 60th birthday. Thanks for making it special
View and atmosphere excellent. Food excellent, BUT this is our second visit to 360 and on both times my main was served while still having my appetizer. I realise they are trying to turn over tables but not that quick.
The evening was excellent, but a little disappointed with the food, have had better for the money
1. Lovely view, that's why you selected this place.
2. Food is good for the price to value and experience.
3. Service, ummmmmm so so. Some of the guys were really good but the rest were not. There's this guy who keeps looking at the food and noting down a time till you leave. Leaves you a bit annoyed. Another server came and asked us to speed up eating the appetizers or else he would put the mains on the small table. What!!!! Really???? But then there was a great old chap who was gentle like a feather! Mike if I recollect.
Excellent view and food. Highly recommend for any occasion. It's a must-visit restaurant in Toronto.
Great experience and a must-do while visiting Toronto.
The service was very poor. Took 20 mins for a waiter to even say hi. Food was very bland and this was our 4th time to restaurant. For the price we paid it would have better spent else where.
We had a wonderful meal, with excellent service.the staff in the CN centre were very helpful in telling us how best to access the viewing platform afterwards.
This was my daughter in law first time on the tower, she really liked it! I am unofficial tour guide for family and friends from abroad and we always visit our tower since 1977
Highly recommended especially when entertaining guests from out of town. On a clear day the view is fabulous.
Very disappointed couldn’t sit beside the window even it’s available when we arrived, we asked for the window table but waitress said it was reserved, but we booked the table online too.
View is awesome, but it was very noisy, a guy seemed drunk or was too excited, yelling and laughing out loud few times but no one stop him until other customer complained.
You’re paying for the view and that’s fine, it’s a lovely view! The service was generally very good and attentive and we had a nice bottle of wine and cocktail. The food was good but not outstanding. The biggest issue was that there was an extremely loud, obnoxious and clearly drunk customer who was determined to ruin everyone else’s experience by shouting at the top of his lungs at random intervals and doing inappropriate things with the harem of women he had obviously paid to accompany him. The manager and then security eventually threw him out but his behaviour had already carried on for an hour at this point and the whole section had already been treated to him licking cream off one of his dates faces. It wasn’t what I would expect of a restaurant of this caliber and should have been better handled.
I went there with my boyfriend to celebrate our first anniversary. They were very nice to decorate our dessert plate saying “Happy Anniversary”. And foods were really delicious.
Wow! What a view. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Fantastic food, service and the best view you’ll ever have at any restaurant in the world. In around 70 minutes the restaurant will rotate 360 degrees enabling you to see the whole city.
It was a wonderful time only regret had to cut it short could have sat there all day
I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the 360 Restaurant and would highly recommend it. The dining room had a calming ambience and the views were amazing. There was a great selection of food on the menu ,all the staff were friendly and welcoming and the meal was fantastic. The whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely go again if I ever return to Toronto.
Food was great and it was very nice to spend my birthday there. Such an iconic establishment and structure.
An experience which you must try if you visit Toronto, amazing view, very good food but little bit expensive, but anyway for once in a life you have to do
Good dinner in a perfect view!! I recommend this experience one in a life
Everything was good but hospitality and waiters service not good , she were mad and angry when wanna gives us service
Fantastic view, good atmosphere, understaffed and expensive. Would i go again. Yes.
A terrible experience! I had guests from the UK and I was so embarrassed...a horrible reflection of the food scene in Toronto!!
From the start to finish the waitstaff was unprofessional. The hostess was rude and herded us around and made us wait for our table well after our reservation time. Unacceptable first impression. It just got worse with incompetent waiters. They threw utensils at us and poured water from the ledge above the booth where we were seated. I felt like we were in a barn...my horses have more class! Absolutely no finesse at all!
The menu was confusing. Not accommodating at all.
And the food was awful. For an $800+ meal, the best part was the bread! Green salad was basic. Bison carpaccio was tasteless. The chicken was fatty and inedible. Steak was too fatty and prime rib was tasteless. Horseradish was dolled out like slop.
This was beyond a disappointment!! I would NEVER go back and caution anyone who thinks of booking this horrible spot.
Fantastic venue with good quality service just a pity that the food is no better than just average but would go back again for the atmostphere and views while having a meal
BBeaurifull view off the city. We loved the food and the sunset was amazing
Very cool...main course and starters could have been better, but otherwise all good. The desserts were divine!
We had planned to go to the CN observation Tower, so since the meal includes entrance to the main observation floors we felt it was a good deal...and it is. The food, service, and ambience are very nice. We had a clear day day and wound up being able to hang around after our 4:45 meal to see the 6:45 sunset. I had the Sable fish which was excellent in the sweet/savory sauce. My wife had the stuffed young eggplant which while good, seemed a little bland. The Caesar Salad was great as was the local flavor mushroom on toast appetizer. Coffee and wine were also very good. Bread was very flavorful.
The waiters keep rushing and pressuring you to eat fast
It was AMAZING. The food was spectacular! Never have I ever had great steak like that (sadly) but this place has fulfilled that and I am in love. The service was EXCELLENT. Very respectful, attentive and kind! Jessica & Mike were awesome, thank you!! I will make sure to come back on my next visit to Canada!!
