360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower
Just to try it, it was a good experience but the waiter was not engaging and was rushing us to order. No one even asked if we were celebrating anything. It was my 50th and it was just an average dinner. He did not even entice us with dessert ideas. Per my mention of needing another vegan option, the waiter recommended a plate of boring vegetables. He was non sympathetic to it. The bread also did not have a vegan option. The waiter disappeared for awhile after dinner served so could not ask for a knife until halfway struggling to cut eggplant. Frustrating.
The experience, the service, the food and the scenery was fantastic. Really enjoyed every moment and would recommend the visit to anybody and every body.
İt was amazing service amd ambians in there. But foods are not good enough.
Great experience. The server was impeccable. The food was really nice but definitely pricey. It was a treat to visit.
It was great!
We were celebrating our sons’ bday. The experience/views were amazing, but the food, service & cost were disappointing. Also, it was so loud, we couldn’t hear the waiter. Although I expected an above average dinner cost, I did not anticipate paying over $300 for 2 adults & 3 kids. At this cost, I expected better quality & service.
If you ever find yourself in Toronto.. THIS IS A MUST!! Yes, it can be a little pricey - but it is so completely worth the views and the experience. I will definitely be returning whenever I find my way back in Toronto!
I made my reservation about a month in advance. Came all the way from Chicago to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. I specifically asked to be seated right next to the glass windows when I reserved . As we arrived we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated and figured that we had a table right in the way of everyone else. We asked to move to the booth or a window seat as two of those seats were available a manager comes to us and told us that in order to do that we had to go back in line and wait tike was 45 minute. We stayed in our table and was was bizarre is that the booth stayed empty for at least an hour. I mean all they had to do is give us our table that we reserved and whoever came after us could’ve sat on the table we didn’t want to keep. Will never return here... on top of all that, our waiter was very serious and rude to us. We asked for wine recommendations he gave us a weird look as we were ordering he was so impatient that he walked away without even asking if we wanted to drink something etc ....
The service the whole time was fantastic, staff were terrific and polite, and the overall satisfaction was definitely a 5 stars
It always helps when you have a friendly & sincere waiter and we certainly appreciated the service we received from Stephen. Great job 👍
Cenare qua è stata un’esperienza fantastica che consiglio a tutti. Il cibo è ottimo, il servizio cordiale e attento. E poi cenare a quell’altezza , con il ristorante che gira e che ti consente di vedere la città , non ha prezzo. Super consigliato
It is not normal that if you visit with couple and you want take only one fix set of two and share it and waiter offer you $40 penalty for share!!! This is extortion, You’re greedy MF!
Your food is not tasty at all - send your chef to NY for training or lay off ...
Typical tourists skulduggery ...
The food is average. It’s a super busy. Everyone feels like rushing. Service is okay. However, it’s a great place to go if it’s your first time up there, for the view and experience. Other than that, not highly recommended. I wouldn’t wanna go again.
Es un lugar caro, comercial y muy Apretado, los meseros te estan corriendo para tener nuevos clientes, menu ya prehecho y malo
It was our anniversary weekend in Toronto from Boston. I requested a window table and was assured we would get one. We got there and got seated right away but not at a window table :(. There were two window tables and we asked to move there but the hostess said they were reserved (hello, we reserved a window seat too!). We didn’t make a fuss about it because it was a special night and didn’t want to make a big deal or kill the mood. The worst part was a couple coming in shortly after us in sweat pants got seated at a window table and clearly did not have a reservation.
Food was good. Drinks were really good. Our waiter could use some help. He was all over the place and never checked on us. The bus man was actually better to us - took our photo, explained what drinks we should try. Overall it was a good experience- we just wished for a more special vibe from beginning to end.
Booked my reservation from home several months in advance. On arrival everything was perfect. Had a window seat which was our preference. Really well looked after. We had the three course meal plus coffee. Each course was excellent quality and the portion sizes were just right. This was the last night of our extended first trip to Canada. Great finish to our holiday. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.
Was there for birthday celebration. Nice view and food and friendly server too. One thing to improve is that its spinning a bit too fast that all 4 or us felt dizzy the whole time.
This place gets better everytimewe go back, the view was breathtaking and the food is unreal. It can be expensive but that's why we love going to treat ourselves. Love everything about this place cant wait to go back
Wonderful experience and great way to see the city. The food is excellent but pricey. The desserts aren’t as good as the rest of the meal. Our servers seemed busy or hard to find, perhaps because it was a holiday weekend
Great meal. Only complaint was the horseradish that comes with prime rib tasted old and bottled. To bad for such good beef
you can enjoy a grand view as well as the top quality food.
I went to 360 the restaurant at the CN tower for 1 person. I enjoyed the incredible view and foods.
But, when I was guided by one lady who works for the restaurant, I told her whether I could sit the window spot. She told me that I need to wait for 45 minutes in order to get the spot. But, I saw people to keep coming and sitting the window spots. I feel bad about how the restaurant worker treating people. I assume that 1 people only paid less than 100 dollars that's why I sat beside the tableside.
Everything was great. Food was perfect and view was amazing.
Our server Fracesco was very pleasant and attentive to our needs despite how busy the restaurant was at the time we were there. Food was excellent. I had the the beet and mozarella salad, osso buco and dark chocolate lava cake - all of which had amazing flavors. Excellent overall experience!
We went on Saturday October 12th at 12:30 pm. The man at the front desk was extremely rude other than that everything was great. Our waiter Sunny was excellent!
Over priced for slow service, even when your early for your reservation expect a 15 min delay. Small portions also
Even if the price is quite expensive, the food was correct (appetizers really small), the view is breathless and Keith the waiter was helpful and lovely! We enjoy our experience.
Don’t make late reservation. When i booked the reservation i wanted a late dinner 9:30 Due to arriving late in Toronto that night. They were more than accommodating to give me a reservation at 10 PM they said they had available. Well upon arriving at 10 they informed me i had five minutes to select dinner and drinks because the kitchen was closing.
I Question them on why they would give someone such a late reservation when they close in a few minutes and they told me while they are still open but they are closing so please hurry ..?!?
not going to hurry through dinner I told him just forget it I will find somewhere else to eat I wish the time they told me I’ll be responsible for paying for the other lift fees.
So a drink and a soda cost me 138.00.
Try it out for the view, not the food though. Great experience but we expected way more from the food itself.
Overall I enjoyed visiting 360, of course there is absolutely nothing bad to say about the view or the rotation mechanism, brilliant. The food on the other hand was not great and I'm not a picky eater. I had the duck as my main, and it was near impossible to chew it, had good flavour but was very rubbery and I had to spit some out into my napkin, and the mash potatoes that came as a side were honestly so over salty. My girlfriend had a pasta dish, she also was very unhappy with it, she said they were very hard pieces which really needed some softness for texture. She felt the price was high but I reminded her that the price people pay just to go up the CN Tower normally could be counted in the price which made it more reasonable. Service was fine and the ambiance was pleasant. I would recommend 360 to friends for the view but based on the food I would probably recommend having some drinks rather than eat. Hope this review is helpful, thanks.
Our waiter was fabulous! The best waiter I have ever had! I was surprised that my message that I sent when making the reservation was addressed ! It was an early birthday celebration! A Birthday desert with Happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate and multiple birthday wishes from our waiter! It was a perfect dinner! The prime rib was the best I have ever had!
Wahnsinns Ausblick, gutes essen....
Great view of the lake and Toronto skyline. Food was good too.
It's was a great experience! I highly recommend it. I return without hesitation.
The food, view and ambiance was terrific and was made even better by the wonderful friendly and helpful staff. We were especially impressed by the very friendly, helpful and attentive waiter named Steven. We have gone many times to this restaurant and, while we were always happy with our visit, this time was especially wonderful and we'll be visiting again in the future.
We had a very nice time at dinner. We had prime rib and duck breast. Both were outstanding. Of course the lure of the scenery at the top of the tower makes it worth the price. All in all a great experience .
First time in Toronto
Awesome view, and really friendly staff. Being able to see for miles and getting a 360 degree view really makes the trip worth it. Food is really testy. It is worth to have lunch/ dinner and get free access to two observation levels up to 1,122ft and the Glass Floor.
Is very nice place but The waiter who touched me tended us to the races because the kitchen was closed at 3 and the attention was very bad. the delicious food...
