360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower
We requested a window seat. There were open window seats the waiter was argumentative.
For the price the food was below average. The seafood chowder was just about lukewarm. The shrimp in the soup was soggy. Never had soggy shrimp before, I had the prime rib and a supposed baked potato. The baked potato was microwaved. I opted out of dessert. My husband had the elk and was bland and mealy. His salmon appetizer was unremarkable. His chocolate chilli dessert was ok at best. Worst dining experience in a longtime. Waste of money and time. We had dinner at the Skylon tower restaurant earlier this week. Had an exception meal with a view. Save your money. I won’t get in to the details of what I had to look at trying to see the view out the window at the 360.
Better pricing on food and more selection with chicken would be nice.
It was a lovely experience, as always. The server, Kelly and his assistant, were very kind. The food was delicious. Our family enjoyed the meal, view, and overall evening, celebrating our daughter's birthday. We have been there several times over the years, and cherish the special moments spent there.
Great experience to celebrate something and take in a wonderful view. It’s a definite must do to experience it plus get access to the rest of the area like the glass floor etc. The food was pretty good. The appetizers were a standout with the beef carpaccio and the mozzarella ball. The service was excellent, especially our server Mike. Super friendly, naturally chatty, and attentive, he deserves some recognition for sure.
I would say it was a great experience overall. The view is amazing. I think the menu should be more descriptive to what you are ordering. The menus are descriptive but the food sounds better on the menu.
food was not cooked to spec should have sent it back and my pasta was dry, spent 550$ for a bd dinner and was less than impressed. my coke was not refilled or asked to be refilled once. will not be returning. spent 550$ for the view, thats it
Great experience overall. The only shortcomings were that the noise levels were very high and food portions could have been a little better.
We had a prime rib and it melted in your mouth and wine
overall positive experience! i think everyone should visit this place at least once! good value, delicious meal, great atmosphere
Plats délicieux, surtout pour le prix loin d'être surfait compte-tenu de l'endroit exceptionnel.
I would recommend lunch as this was a better deal. Great experience in the restaurant and getting onto the viewing deck but dinner was a bit expensive for the quality. I had lunch there two years ago and it was much better value.
The restaurant is is elegant and the revolving aspect provides amazing views.
The food was presented nicely and tasty. However the menu setup is confusing and restricting.
Our server seemed to rush us through everything which was disappointing.
C'était notre premier voyage à Toronto....Plus que satisfait!!!! Nous allons revenir et amener des amis!!!! Bravo pour le service et l'ambiance
The view is amazing
the restaurant is not amazing
Its worth going for the view but maybe eat before and just drink there
The 360 Restaurant was very nice with a clean, upscale atmosphere. There were some larger groups around, but nobody was loud or disruptive, and the space was arranged in a way that didn’t make it feel crowded even at capacity. Our server was polite, personable, and attentive. The food was a picture of perfection. Although it’s pricey, if you compare the cost of just going up to the observation deck, it really isn’t that much more. Overall, an awesome way to cap our visit to Toronto. Highly recommend.
Deberian tener mas elegancia en las mesas, senti que esaba comienddo en un restaurante de cadena, deberian . hacer la experieencia mas agradablle.
5-Star Prices 2-Star Quality! I have traveled enough that I should have known better. Total over priced tourist trap. There are excellant restaurants in Toronto of every variety. Go to dinner somewhere else then go to the viewing deck of the CN Tower. You will have a much better experience at a better value. The food was edible but extremely over-priced. I question what part of the Elk the "tenderloin" came from and there is NO WAY that the Beef Steak was aged 45 days as advertised on the menu. The wait staff was extremely slow to respond and the ancillary staff was rude. The volume is loud and can be difficult to have a conversation. The tables are crowded together and I was bumped into throughout my entire meal by wait staff trying to get to the tables on the other side. I have been treated better and spent less at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Truly - Dine ANYWHERE else in Toronto!!!
The experience was truly amazing! Our server was just wonderful and made our dinner special for us! We would recommend this restaurant to everyone we know!!’
We had a wonderful experience. Our server was professional. He didn't rush us, but was always around when we needed him....The food was outstanding. The view, obviously spectacular, and possibly the best experience in the world. I have been here for dinner at least 15 times in my life, and every single time was exceptional...I will be back again some day....
fantastic food and service.
great views obviously.
such great value
top class beer and wine
Just to try it, it was a good experience but the waiter was not engaging and was rushing us to order. No one even asked if we were celebrating anything. It was my 50th and it was just an average dinner. He did not even entice us with dessert ideas. Per my mention of needing another vegan option, the waiter recommended a plate of boring vegetables. He was non sympathetic to it. The bread also did not have a vegan option. The waiter disappeared for awhile after dinner served so could not ask for a knife until halfway struggling to cut eggplant. Frustrating.
The experience, the service, the food and the scenery was fantastic. Really enjoyed every moment and would recommend the visit to anybody and every body.
Great experience. The server was impeccable. The food was really nice but definitely pricey. It was a treat to visit.
İt was amazing service amd ambians in there. But foods are not good enough.
It was great!
We were celebrating our sons’ bday. The experience/views were amazing, but the food, service & cost were disappointing. Also, it was so loud, we couldn’t hear the waiter. Although I expected an above average dinner cost, I did not anticipate paying over $300 for 2 adults & 3 kids. At this cost, I expected better quality & service.
If you ever find yourself in Toronto.. THIS IS A MUST!! Yes, it can be a little pricey - but it is so completely worth the views and the experience. I will definitely be returning whenever I find my way back in Toronto!
I made my reservation about a month in advance. Came all the way from Chicago to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. I specifically asked to be seated right next to the glass windows when I reserved . As we arrived we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated and figured that we had a table right in the way of everyone else. We asked to move to the booth or a window seat as two of those seats were available a manager comes to us and told us that in order to do that we had to go back in line and wait tike was 45 minute. We stayed in our table and was was bizarre is that the booth stayed empty for at least an hour. I mean all they had to do is give us our table that we reserved and whoever came after us could’ve sat on the table we didn’t want to keep. Will never return here... on top of all that, our waiter was very serious and rude to us. We asked for wine recommendations he gave us a weird look as we were ordering he was so impatient that he walked away without even asking if we wanted to drink something etc ....
The service the whole time was fantastic, staff were terrific and polite, and the overall satisfaction was definitely a 5 stars
It always helps when you have a friendly & sincere waiter and we certainly appreciated the service we received from Stephen. Great job 👍
Great view, nice food and wine. Medium-rare steak was rare but it was still tasty
We make an effort to bring all of our visitors to the CN Tower for dinner and it's always a lovely treat. However, we will not be returning after this visit.
We brought two friends who were visiting and were so embarrassed that we had made them so excited to go there.
We witnessed staff having full blown arguments with eachother (loudly). One staff member walked into a customer wjo was exiting the bathroom and gave her such a nasty look that I was shocked, he didn't apologize and kept walking.
The server pouring our water soaked the table each time and spilled water on one of our party, with no apology.
We always take one of the professional pictures home, not this time. The staff member at the picture centre told us that we were lying and that the package we were requesting has never existed (depsite the fact that we have purchased the same package at least 6 times in the past).
Cenare qua è stata un’esperienza fantastica che consiglio a tutti. Il cibo è ottimo, il servizio cordiale e attento. E poi cenare a quell’altezza , con il ristorante che gira e che ti consente di vedere la città , non ha prezzo. Super consigliato
It is not normal that if you visit with couple and you want take only one fix set of two and share it and waiter offer you $40 penalty for share!!! This is extortion, You’re greedy MF!
Your food is not tasty at all - send your chef to NY for training or lay off ...
Typical tourists skulduggery ...
The food is average. It’s a super busy. Everyone feels like rushing. Service is okay. However, it’s a great place to go if it’s your first time up there, for the view and experience. Other than that, not highly recommended. I wouldn’t wanna go again.
Es un lugar caro, comercial y muy Apretado, los meseros te estan corriendo para tener nuevos clientes, menu ya prehecho y malo
It was our anniversary weekend in Toronto from Boston. I requested a window table and was assured we would get one. We got there and got seated right away but not at a window table :(. There were two window tables and we asked to move there but the hostess said they were reserved (hello, we reserved a window seat too!). We didn’t make a fuss about it because it was a special night and didn’t want to make a big deal or kill the mood. The worst part was a couple coming in shortly after us in sweat pants got seated at a window table and clearly did not have a reservation.
Food was good. Drinks were really good. Our waiter could use some help. He was all over the place and never checked on us. The bus man was actually better to us - took our photo, explained what drinks we should try. Overall it was a good experience- we just wished for a more special vibe from beginning to end.
Booked my reservation from home several months in advance. On arrival everything was perfect. Had a window seat which was our preference. Really well looked after. We had the three course meal plus coffee. Each course was excellent quality and the portion sizes were just right. This was the last night of our extended first trip to Canada. Great finish to our holiday. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.
Was there for birthday celebration. Nice view and food and friendly server too. One thing to improve is that its spinning a bit too fast that all 4 or us felt dizzy the whole time.
