Very nice restaurant and good food but overpriced and the staff did not seem t speak English very well. We bought wine which was not left on our table but taken away which I found weird.
We found the food mediocre considering the high price. The Starters were lovely and simple but the Mains dissappointed. The wine list was good but also pricey. We enjoyed the Fixin Burgundy. Service was excellent.
Great place for breakfast lunch and dinner. We will continue to visit this great place.
Have been before and loved it, but slow service, tables too close together and my poached eggs were very over cooked which was a shame as otherwise all the food was delicious.
Such a perfect place to meet - so central and so chic.
1. Good friendly service but, as with most restaurants, when it gets busy the standard drops.
2. Food : mixed. "Afters" need some attention in terms of quality and value.
3. Can get very noisy.
4. The logistics of "meet and greet" and taking coats/ bags etc. need a significant overhaul.
Attended for Breakfast. Lovely menu, different to normal. Duck eggs, caviar, juices and Teas, very fine coffee. Use of herbs gave an extra level of flavours.
Efficient service. Comfortable searing as not too close.
The heaviest salt and pepper Mills ever.
Lovely service, good menu and delicious food. Warm ambiance without being noisy
Always go at Christmas time , 4th visit , had drinks , evening meal and Sunday lunch and it’s always been fantastic. Will definitely go again next time in London
Conveniently located yet far from the hectic scene of Piccadilly. Comfortable seating and for once this is a place where one can actually converse. Food though is hit and miss. Some dishes were too salty, the gnocchi and a tough pork belly served with teeny weeny strips of crackling. The management was very courteous and offered their apologies. The Welsh rarebit is top notch!
Normally service here is amazing
Yesterday I had to
Ask 3 times for butter ,
The gave us the wrong food
Lots of waiters but service was very poor
Quality. Good food, Good atmosphere, would definitely go back, 5 stars.
FABBY relaxed atmosphere great service food ordinary menu but really well cooked and presented loved it !!Will be back
45 Jermyn is one of my favorite restaurants for lunch in London.
While the quality of food and atmosphere at dinner were up to the standard that I have grown to expect. The service was not.
The restaurant was clearly understaffed, our waitress had little understanding of the items on the menu and our wine arrived when we were almost done with our meal.
Delicious food. Comfortable seating. Convenient location.
Food was average. The menu oversold the food. Expectations were higher. Too many tables packed in closely.
Far better food in chain restaurants.
Great meal once again. Faultless in every way. I look forward to dining there soon ASAP
We’ve been a fan of 45 Jermyn St since it’s refurbishment and we continue to be impressed. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special.
Drinks cocktails and wine list are superb and the food is always top drawer.
Try the white truffle tagliatelle 👌👌
Went for Sunday lunch and we loved it! Highly recommend the Baked Alaska.
The 3 course set menu plus a cocktail was good value and the food and service were very good. Nice for a special occasion.
I went there with my partner and we were pleasantly surprised! They cook the food in front of you and it's delicious. The only issue we had was the service. It was quite slow. But overall, great place to sine out!
Spotless, beautiful , sensitive service , Polite patrons, perfect food with flavours.
Great location, professional pleasant staff, enjoyed our meal very much, thorough wine list.
Lovely breakfast, promptly served. Good choice of breakfast options on the menu.
friendly efficient service and delicious food but pricey
Excellente Brasserie anglaise; très bons produits; belle carte de vin. Service sympathique et éfficace.
Cadre agréable; maison bien tenue.
Bon rapport qualité /prix pour le quartier.
Excellent food and wine, and lovely setting. Tables for 5 are very convenient and cosy, arranged as a round booth. Service was also very pleasant although the bread arrived a little late. It got a little noisy at the end as the room was full. Overall we had a very good time and we will definitely come back.
Very slow food service. Had to wait 30+ minutes just for an omelette.
This was a post birthday Sunday brunch and when we arrived it was busy and buzzy. The table was booked and we were shown straight to it. However from then on things went a little awry! The maitre d said to our waiter to delay our order as the chef was very busy at the moment! In front of us! We said no problem. Thinking it would be 15 mins or so not the 45 that it actually took. The staff kept coming over and saying it will be ready soon! However I would go back knowing that maybe at busy times it might take a while as the atmosphere and politeness of the staff made up for the delay over the food. Which was good when it arrived.
As always busy on Saturday night but Ian runs a very smooth operation and the service was superb.Food is high quality without being fussy and wine list excellent
Exquisite food, lively but intimate atmosphere, and great service. Couldn't be happier!
Incredible glimpse into a culinary paradise. Special outing to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were made to feel very welcome, very special and most appreciated. Staff friendly, polite, knowledgeable with great service. Food highest quality, a culinary delight to be savoured. Wine list extensive. A superb evening most appreciated.
I booked the restaurant for my mums birthday breakfast. I wanted to start the day with something fancy, and it didn’t disappoint. Not only did they have my mums favourite Swedish cheese that you don’t see much in restaurants so she was so exited about her omelette but my full English was to die for, I had breakfast pretty much all over London and This was the best breakfast. The people that work at the restaurant were also very kind, well spoken and attentive. We were looked after impeccably. I can’t wait to go back for lunch or dinner.
Always a pleasure due to attentive and professional service, nice ambience and delicious food.
First time at the counter and much better than other counters I have eaten at. Each person has room. Autumn food where the soup was OK but not great while a small plate of gnocchi was very good apart from being slightly over seasoned. Will definitely visit again.
From the second we entered we were welcomed warmly and menus produced never neglected and everything explained
Breakfast not on list but the kippers here
and the Full English are top quality as was the pot of proper leaf tea .
Fantastic food, faultless service. I will be back many times and would highly recommend it as a post theatre, shopping trip stop, romantic evening, any occasion really. Out truffle pasta was the best I’ve had, the caviar starter reasonably priced and skill fully executed at our table. In all, one of the best restaurants in London.
Wonderful place with a great welcome. Lovely food when we went for a relaxed Sunday breakfast. Service attention wavered throughout the meal, depending on how busy and focused the staff were. Cold draft if you’re seated near the door, but a minor niggle compared to the overall experience. Will definitely go back.
Lovely mean with friendly service as ever. A very elegant dining room with fabulous cocktails!
