Graeme Pallister of 63 Tay Street works with John to develop menus and new ideas for the Restaurant.The restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation for its fine food and relaxed yet efficient service. With a large emphasis on Scottish and regional cuisine, we source only the best ingredients from local suppliers.
63@Parklands simple format of a fixed tasting menu of 5 courses compliments our more extensive bistro menu served in No1 the Bank.
The Restaurant has 30 covers and is light and spacious with contemporary decor. Tables are arranged to ensure an ideal ambiance, from quiet tables for two or business tables for eight people, ensuring comfort for our diners.

Overall really quite impressed.
There is a top dining destination in Perth.
We intend to return soon.

We booked Parklands as we greatly enjoy 63 Tay Street, Perth, its partner restaurant. The dining room had a hard floor and seemed to be a thoroughfare for waiting staff taking food elsewhere so the room was very noisy. The food was not really that great. To start, we were offered two rolls, one brown, one white and neither warm. What would have happened if I, too, had wanted a white roll? They were not baked in the kitchen. The starter was cold, as it was meant to be, but really insipid. My Partner had the steak which was all right, but nothing too fancy, and my venison haunch was overcooked at the ends. We left before pudding. Was it worth £125? No. Maybe the fact that there were only four tables in use in the restaurant on a Saturday evening should ell the restaurant something.

We were here for a romantic get away and really enjoyed our experience here. The steak was amazing. Truly. Worth every penny.

From the moment of arrival you are treated to a refined although relaxed atmosphere. The staff are all very pleasant and attentive throughout your visit. Best of all of course is the food, you are treated to culinary delights.

We had booked to go to 63@Parklands in Perth but when we arrived we were given the choice of going there and being on our own, or going to No 1. The Bank which is another restaurant within the same hotel. We chose to go to No.1 The Bank as there were more guests there and the atmosphere seemed better. The food was fine and the service was very good, but next time we shall try 63@Parklands, even if we are the only people there, as the menu looked more interesting.

63@ Parklands, Perth. First time and have been spectacular! The food and the service are something special.The menu is set with a choice of starter, main and dessert. Should suit most of taste and uses locally sourced seasonal produce. perfectly balanced dishes with small mini courses inbetween. Each dish is prepared with skill, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. At £45 per head with glass of wine to match each course it is fine dining at a reasonable value.

We were reccomended to try this new restaurant and really enjoyed our night out. The menu idea was just great, choice of 2.1.2.1.2 and we were not overfull as we progressed through the courses. Excellent Oxtail risotto and Roasted Cod. The restaurant was very quiet, but the setting and deco were just great and we sat for a while with coffee in the lounge afterwards. Different to 63 Tay Street but excellent idea from the same team.
