I went to this restaurant last week to meet up with two friends who live some distance from me. We like to meet and have a special meal every 6 months. This experience did not disappoint! Two of us had a tasting menu which was sublime. Proper seasonal local food presented brilliantly and so flavoursome. I can't recommend this enough. Despite being at least 100 miles away from all three of us, we will be back!

Really enjoyed our experience. Had a taster menu and a wine flight. The wines and food were explained in great detail which was wonderful.

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. A lot of thought and effort goes into each dish. I was a little disappointed with the tasting menu, which I did not rate as highly as the A la Carte dining I have experienced at Adelina Yard previously. But, on the whole, a very good meal.

The food and the service were exquisite . The courses were creative and original and the flavour combinations really worked.
My suggestion for improvement is that they need to work on making portion sizes identical when people in the same party are ordering the same dish.

We had the tasting menu on a Wednesday night with an added course from the a-la-carte menu (venison tartare) which was the best course of the evening. Overall the meal was great with only one course in particular missing the mark. This was our second visit and we were quite pleased with the food, service and ambience. We will definitely return as the menu changes with the season. This is a good spot for some creative food at reasonable prices. The food is definitely more refined compared to other similar establishments without venturing into Michelin star territory.

Had a lovely family dinner & as before absolutely loved the menu & food & wine.

Had a little bit of a long wait between our cheese course & dessert which considering the time was a little inconvenient but overall a wonderful experience & would highly recommend to friends & family :-)

Outstanding food, we had the tasting menu that is probably the best food that I've ever had, the tastes were amazing and made all the better by the descriptions and explanations given by the chef each time another tasty morsel was delivered. Typical Bristol so nice and relaxed atmosphere with friendly people, if you are in Bristol you must go.,

Anniversary treat and went for the Tasting menu with wines to match. A truly fabulous experience to the senses. The raw scallops with almond puree a delight and the dessert of Yorkshire rhubarb completely delicious. The pre dinner nibbles and petit fours also to die for! All in all a wonder experience. The wines described with much knowledge and went so well with all the dishes. Excellent service throughout.

Gem of a restaurant on Welsh Back, in Bristol's historic harbour district. This was my second visit and it didn't disappoint. The food is imaginative, beautifully prepared and delicious (each dish is also presented in person by the chef, which is a nice touch). The dining room is narrow and can lack a bit of atmosphere when it isn't busy, but I'm quibbling as I doubt it's often quiet. This restaurant warrants the good reviews and I'll definitely be back.

Great innovative takes on seasonal foods. I like the way the chefs attend turntable and explain what the food is and why they've done it in a particular way. The ethos of using every part of an ingredient and wasting nothing is great.

An enjoyable meal & very nice to have the interaction with the chefs on each of the dishes. Some total standouts that were both interesting & delicious.

I found the service generally efficient but not warm or friendly - very different from our usual Bristol experiences. Although we had advised in advance that it was a birthday meal, this was also ignored.

We went for the first time on valentines and had their set tasting menu and were not disappointed. Having experienced tasting menus where we left feeling the flavours and colours were all interesting and worth discussing but still that it was on the micro side Adelina Yard delivered it all.... full flavours, delicate flavours, exciting tastes and combinations and yet good portion sizes and I left feeling I didn't need to eat for a long time afterwards. The chef introducing each course I enjoyed as to know what some of the subtle flavours for was great. The risotto with 40 year aged Parmesan and truffle was the best risotto I have had and I do not say that lightly! While my husband loved the wagyu beef with the melting fat.... the fish with eel was also mouthwatering and I've been off fish since being pregnant. Must make a special mention to the Virgin Mary👌🏾 Spot on, made me feel so good to have a tasty non alcholhic drink. Once the baby is born we will be back as I NEED to experience the flight wine - wine paired with each course I watched others have with a little envy lol. Thanks for a superb night and loved the roses on the table for the guests to take home, it's all the little touches one remembers 😊

My girlfriend and I went to the Valentine's Day taster menu evening. The flavour combinations on each dish was incredible. Having the staff explain each dish as it was served was a great way to see the passion each chef has for the plate they created. I can see this place getting a Michelin star soon, so get going before it hikes up the prices.

We had an amazing dinner at Adelina Yard on Saturday. It was my birthday treat and we opted for the Chef's Tasting Menu with Wine Parings. It din not dissapoint, each course was exceptional and the wines very suited. Service was also faultless. The place has a nice chilled out ambience and we were made to feel very welcome. I would love to go back when I'm next in Bristol.

Absolute gem : Heavenly food and a pretty good albeit limited wine list .
We ate a la carte , leaving the lunch menu aside, and were delighted at all the dishes that kept coming and two hours passed without us even noticing.
The staff were appropriately attentive and knowledgeable.
This was the second time of eating here and I will be back.

This is a great little restaurant with excellent food and pleasant service. I was there with an elderly friend for lunch and we booth enjoyed the experience. Whilst not cheap overall the lunch menu is excellent value for money.

One thing - because of the wood decor I found hearing a little difficult.

Get a table near the back window to have a view over the water and boats.

I would go back.

Excellent evening meal! We went for the tasting menu along with the chosen wines. Food was beautifully presented with a well crafted mix of flavours. Varied courses, from a crab salad/terrine, egg with goats cheese sauce pot and my favourite was the pork and swede, matched perfectly with a mead. Plenty of nice wine selections along the way. Attentive and knowledgable staff. Will definitely go back

Amazing food and service. The tasting menu with matching wines was delicious and had some really interesting dishes on it. The staff were really helpful, attentive and knowledge about the food and wine. The atmosphere was fairly formal but also felt relaxed and friendly - just the right balance for a special occasion but not too stuffy! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back there as soon as I get the chance.
