Al Duca was opened by leading restaurateur Claudio Pulze in 1999. As part of Pulze’s 'Cuisine Collection' restaurant group, Al Duca remains one of the most popular restaurants in the St. James area of the capital with a loyal clientele of diners. Serving modern Italian cuisine, Al Duca focuses heavily on bringing out the very best elements of what is one of the most acclaimed gastronomic regions of the world. The food was nice and quite affordable for location, but cheapest wine bottle at £49 kind of doubled the price per person Nothing special but decent place for a low key easy evening

Al Duca's price to quality ratio puts it into the 'excellent' category IMO. Nothing flashy; everything is just right. Plus very friendly and attentive staff.

Lovely Restaurant tucked away off Piccadilly so a bit of a hidden gem so not terribly busy for a Wednesday night but the food was excellent, the service great and for meeting up with friends I hadn’t seen for a while it was perfect as you could actually hold a conversation without shouting which has benn my experience with some London restaurants. A little pricey but we got a 20% off food deal so ended up being fairly reasonable. Would definitely recommend and shall return.

We found a peaceful elegance in the simplicity of the decor and the freshness of the food that stood out because of the quality and seasoning that enhanced the food rather than change the subtle flavors. Loved the stoneware and the presentation.
