Easy to book and change the table from 2 to 3 diners. Good choice of seating inside and outside. Lovely food and drink choices.
This was our first time out to a restaurant in over 15 months. We were really impressed and didn’t feel at all nervous with regards the Covid situation. The tables were well spaced and all social distancing rules etc were observed.
The food and service was as good as I remembered and we will be returning again in the near future.
The table service needs to be improved especially from the drinks waitresses

Exceptionally good atmosphere, very clean, courteous and aimable staff.
The only down side is that it is quite pricey so would only go on Special occasions which our visit was.
The food was well presented but the sea bass lacked taste.
Abrupt attention from going in to leaving on paying no cash allowed no mention from arriving to leaving and was told info on desk at front but we could leave cash for tip !!!! Worst experience and I’ve been so many times staff were sullen and did not engage so disappointed

Regarding our cashless policy, it is on both the website and booking confirmation, as well as the front door and on a frame on the host stand. However, I am again sorry you felt this wasn't made clear, as we wouldn't want this to have a negative impact on your experience.

My only critique would be the absence of Albert’s outstanding and legendary sticky toffee pudding from the menu. I was so looking forward to it.

Yes food was okay however not much salad when ordering steak a few rocket leaves maybe cherry tomatoes or a little more salad with the steaks and more cocktails choices like pina colada but yes nice place staff lovely and polite and work hard 😀

Regarding Pina Coladas, we do offer a selection of classic cocktails, including Pina Coladas, as well as our house cocktails that are presented on the menu. This is obviously dependent on current bar stock, but I am sorry this wasn't made clear to you during you experience!
Very difficult to find the restaurant. Need clearer signage, especially when you drive in to the hotel car park. You feel that you have gone wrong.

Delicious meal set in lovely surroundings. Service was excellent - staff really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Quality all round.

The accommodated my specific requests really well.
The only comment was it's very noisy in there - I think it's because the ceiling is so low the acoustics mean there's a lot of noise - the background music was almost completely obliterated by the nose of the other guests.

Really lovely place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Loved the ambience and music playing. Food was fast so no long waits and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Very friendly staff and great customer service.

always a good meal although the waiter took our order then forget to place it at the till and went on his break but we wern't in a hurry and the order was taken again and food was delicious and we got dessert free due to the error

After having booked a table and arriving on time, our table was not ready and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated it was a further 20 minutes before our order was taken, after asking to be served at the table. From entering the restaurant we waited an hour to eat which with two children was a long time. We left without eating desert due to the restaurant being exceptionally warm.

Lovely Sunday dinner - very tasty and arrived hot
Arrived for a baby shower lunch and had a nice meal overall but the service was not great. No welcome or mention of the special event, difficult to get their attention to make orders or let them know one dish was burnt. Both the main course and the dessert were served for 3 and then a long wait while the others were served. Nice food but service lacking
