We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. We have pursued that goal ever since and it has earned us many loyal customers. Our menu is probably classed as British with some additional favourites from Italy and around the globe. Albert's Worsley provides a slick, modern space with dining for 180 guests inside and features a fabulous outside dining terrace for 60.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturday and Sunday are also open for breakfast.

The Ellesmere Room located on the first floor, it is named after the cinema that occupied the site many years ago. The Ellesmere is a modern, design led space which can be used for anything from wedding ceremonies to christenings. It can accommodate up to 120 for dining to 200 for parties. It has its own dedicated entrance, private bar and a private heated and covered terrace. All our menus are designed and cooked by the chefs in albert’s, so you can rest assured the food will be as outstanding as our event space. Situated on the ground floor of our main restaurant, The Harold Riley room is perfect for private lunches or dinners or drinks receptions. The private dining room can accommodate up to 40 people and also features its own heated terrace which is the perfect alfresco area in which to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or to let the outside in during the summer months!

First rate Sunday lunch with family , lovely atmosphere for a large restaurant , our waitress was attentive efficient and charming we all ordered roast beef and one steak burger it was served within 10 mins of ordering !! Everyone agreed all aspects of their meals were first class , first visit , first of many I would highly recommend

We had the sea bass and the lamb rump, both were absolutely delicious. The food at Alberts has always been good but especially in the last few months - their Sunday roasts are fantastic. No doubt we'll be back soon.

nice place, staff really good, generally visit as Alberts is convenient to where we live, food ok, sometimes hard to pick something if you are eating with people who don't like the latest food fads. good choice of drinks bit expensive for this area. have a lovely outdoor space but gets booked up quickly if its nice weather.

Fabulous lunch at Albert’s. On the booking form it asked if it was a special occasion, I ticked that it was our anniversary. Sometimes this is completely ignored but when we went in the waitress immediately asked her colleague to take us to a booth. We were given a complimentary glass of Prosecco each as well which was a nice touch. Food was excellent. Service was fabulous
