Our server did a very poor job made a mistake on half the things we ordered
The food was great. Regan our server very attentive. Overall good dining experience.
The appetizers was a little lacking. We ordered the artichoke but it wasn't cooked correctly as the leaves were still hard. The shrimp was good. The drinks decent. Dinner was a little to sweet as the fish was layered with the teriyaki sauce. Maybe put less sugar in prep of the sauce. The dessert was excellent and server was so nice.
Good and drinks weren’t perfect BUT the staff fixed everything without issue. Steak was undercooked but the second one that came out was perfect. One drink was too salty but the replacement was perfect. Maybe training new cooks/bartenders. Getting accustomed to this experience because of worker shortages and people getting back into the workforce due to COVID. Overall we loved the restaurant and will be back!!
I have eaten there several times before, no great shakes but nice and decent value. Last night was really poor. Food was ok, service was passable at best. Not friendly at all. It was like we were doing them a favor by dining. I paid the check, looking down, I found empty water glasses, empty wine glasses and out entre plates still on the table. For $185.00 for two people I expect much more.
We sat in the indoor patio. Our waitress had large parties and us, she did a great job of taking care of everyone. Great food. We are always impressed that the quality of food at Aloha is consistently great.
Made a reservation but had to wait 30 minutes.
For several years, Aloha has been my "office" - where friends (many from out of town) and I meet for decent, reasonably-priced food and to socialize.
The ambience (especially in the indoor and outdoor patios), service and food are fine, and the place couldn't be easier to find - and with validated parking.
This isn't a hamburger joint -- though burgers are available -- but for the price, I can't imagine a better place to congregate. And the menu's on the website.
Note that all this applies to lunch -- I've never been there for dinner.
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Aloha Steakhouse.
Our server, Alexi, was fantastic.
What a terrific house salad with so many distinctive flavors.
The fish was delightful, full of delicate flavors.
We were fortunate to be able to view the ocean from our table.
We weren't rushed and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of
conversation, food, and gorgeous ocean views.
Spectacular food and amazing service. We celebrated a birthday and an Anniversary and it was a pampered evening. Fun pictures too.
When the food and service are right, it didn't matter that the winds unexpectedly came in and were blowing outside.
We drove a distance to the restaurant and it was worth every ounce of extra effort to get there. We will be back to celebrate more happy times!
We had a great server, named Cassie! She was very friendly and patient with our needs. We’d come here before and enjoyed it! That’s why we made a return visit; for my birthday!
Our server, Erica, was wonderful and very helpful
Good food and service. Noise level is a little loud
Great place. Not cheap but an upscale place with a low key vibe. Great food steak was super tender and juicy. My husband had prime rib and my mom had the Ny steak. I had the Lobster which careful to be wary as the price changes daily. That being said it was a great meal worth the money. Try the au jus and the garlic mashed potatoes
Aloha Steakhouse is amazing. The food is delicious, the staff is fun & personable. Kat was awesome and made our experience fantastic.
Always excellent prime rib and fantastic service.
Get there extra early for sunset views
Excellent drinks "bruised" perfectly (obviously, they have a very skilled Bartender). Black & Blu Crustini appetizer was last item on the menu, but I think it's now my favorite appetizer ever... never tasted anything like it. My gigantic Cowboy Cut is probably not easy to cook right, but it was perfect "medium" as I requested. Wife's Filet Mignon cut like butter, also cooked perfect. Regan C, our waitress, was super polite and spoke clearly and was patient with our questions (something not too common nowadays, lol).
The Volcano Souffle was to die for... chocolate so rich and dark that light cannot escape it! Order it ahead, it's worth the wait!
It took 20 minutes to get water another 15 minutes to get our 2 margaritas which were wrong , then another 30 minutes to get our food. My seared ahi tuna was horrible over cooked & rubbery. Then our server kept forgetting our check. After pure frustration my wife walked up to the front desk and paid $120 bill. The next day my wife called in to place an order for shrimp cocktail and coconut rice and was told it was too busy and she couldn’t place the order. Horrible customer service and a huge waste of money. We won’t be back & won’t refer anyone.
Excellent food. Excellent service
Steaks were awesome, view was great.................
Aloha steakhouse is such a great spot to get a relaxed meal on the promenade or have a fancy dinner! The bar is great, and the menu is nicely sized with fresh seafood and beautiful steaks!
private party took most of outdoor seating heaters, so we sat inside. Our server was excellent and meal prepared promptly. Will be going again. First time visitor.
We went to Aloha restaurant to celebrate my birthday. We had reservations to sit outside but there was a party next-door that was quite noisy so we decided to sit inside. The service was just OK with waitress not very friendly. We ordered jalapeño and spinach dip and after having a couple pieces of the jalapeño bread we noticed hairs on the plate. Our entrées were very good and we ate fish and chips coconut shrimp and scallops. Overall, the meal was ok
The ambiance and ocean view are wonderful! I have eaten here a few times before, over the past eight years or so. Always had a great experience. This visit was very disappointing. The service was quite slow, and the server was not very engaging or personable. The cocktail I ordered was subpar and not very tasty. It was very disappointing that each entree included only one side, given the price point. The filet mignon was mediocre at best. One positive point is that I presented a rather old gift card, and the restaurant was able to read the card and apply it to our tab. I very much looked forward to taking my family to Aloha for a nice dinner, but we left very disappointed in our experience.
Our server Jason was amazing… very friendly and made us feel at home.
Game for 4th of July weekend everything went well except an unexpected surprise of being charged $100 more than I approved. I had to file a dispute despite reporting this problem to a Manager that said he would call me back and never did.
Forth of July Celebration for My 97 yr old Mom! 🇺🇸
They had my Open Table reservation and we were seated immediately. Alas, though i left at Open Table this was an occasion we were lead 8 get to a small table next to the Restrooms, the reception station and the entrance where the glare was impossible.
Fortunately when we requested a different table, within a few minutes were led to a significantly better location with a view (though the 3 receptionists were whispering and giggling, we assumed they were telling a joke?).
We were offered drinks immediately by Shelby a very pretty, pleasant server. We were able to split a prime rib dinner cooked a perfect medium rare with all the accouterments. The service was efficient and my sister celebrating her birthday here from Vegas enjoyed everything. We all did. Luckily Shelby reminded us she could validate our parking or we might have forgotten.
This was our third or fourth time giving this place a chance. It was not great. The restaurant has the potential to be amazing, but it falls way short. We both had the prime rib which was good, but luke warm The baked potato was yummy, also luke warm.
My Hubby had a cup of clam chowder and I had a Caesar salad to start. We both ordered drinks from the bar which were great.
I don’t understand why some restaurants allow dogs on their patios. We were unlucky enough to have a very large dog a table away who barked at anybody walking passed.
When the check came, the charge for our bread was $6. There was no mention of a charge when our server asked if we wanted bread with our soup and salad. They didn’t have enough heaters for the tables to share. We were told that most of them were broken. Seriously? All this for $150 😳
This was the last straw for the Aloha Steakhouse. We will not be back.
Food was too salty in my opinion and we ordered steaks /burger medium and they brought well done. Too expensive for what it was. But overall not bad experience just normal to OK.
Super disappointed! What happened Aloha! Patron of 20 years. Food was warm at best. Not nearly enough staff. Waited 20 minutes to place drink order. Another 10 for the drink. Only 1(really?) side included with $40 meal! No bread served unless you spend an additional $8!! Really? The 1 side you receive portion was very small. Hope they fix things soon. Won’t last otherwise
Food is always consistently good & the service is great. Never disappointed!
We celebrated our anniversary and wanted to take in the views. When we arrived it was cold and windy so I asked to be seated inside. They were very accommodating and nice. The service was very good as well as the food. Our server took pictures of us in an anniversary picture frame. We had a good time.
Wonderful anniversary dinner....attentive service, delicious food.
I've never had to pay for bread before. The sirloin steak was mediocre. Steak wasn't worth the money and they don't even serve a bake potato with it. Salad was delicious and my husband like his clam chowder.
They were very busy, but were very pleasant and efficient
Service was a little slow they were busy and like every place these days not enough help. Food was excellent the only complaint were the little flies buzzing around that was annoying.
Would definitely go back!
A bit cold but they went out of their way to make us comfortable all in all a pleasant experience
