Fantastic lunch on my Wifes Birthday.
We enjoyed the bespoke tasting menu and asked the excellent Sommelier Constantinos to do us a wine pairing with each course.
A great experience and the attentive staff made the afternoon very special
Alyn came out of the kitchen and spoke to every table in the room towards the end of the lunch and was very welcoming
Looking forward to our next visit

Generally good value for money we went for the 5-course tasting menu. We were there last year the food was more impressive than today tho. Was hoping to meet the chef in person but again didn’t get it. Like the decor still, and the ambience, very calming and relaxed.
Great food and service. Would come again.
Its on another level, if you have the chance to go it’s a must visit.
Went for Valentine’s Day, the food was fresh, fantastic and filling.
For the price, pretty mediocre food. Excellent wine pairings - the best part of the meal. Service was ok, what one would expect. Horrible music playing the entire time. Felt like we were in an elevator on our way to the dentist... Bottom line: for the price tag, we will never ever be going there again.
Fantastic food and service in a lovely, relaxing environment.
A lovely memorable valentines dinner, efficient and polite service and 6 courses of the finest food! Highly recommend!
Great food and good service. Great to see a veggie tasting menu as standard.
Wonderfully delicious Saturday lunch. Will definitely be back!
Food very good but average within it’s category. Also, expensive within category. Have eaten better in many Michelin started restaurants for. Courses came too fast. First course brought to table while still eating canapés. Overall a pleasant evening but I wouldn’t return.
Wonderful food with proper service. Space and quiet for private conversation
A very nice place for food and great ambience. The only thing that was a let down was the pace of the food as it was very slow and I had to tell the waiter to speed up the pace. Also the food could have been better if the portions were not too big as we got full towards the last few dishes.
We had a wonderful experience for lunch. We chose the 6 course tasting menu, and every course was amazing - as was the wine and service. Outstanding.
Fabulous food, friendly and approachable staff in a calm and relaxed environment.
The entire meal was perfect. Chef Tom is amazing !
As always excellent service and food for a reasonable price. It’s a quiet setting which adds to the experience. Thank you!!
Absolutely fantastic lunch on Saturday at Alyn Williams. We ate from the set Saturday lunch menu at £40 a head. The food was beautiful, the staff were attentive but not overly so, and we had a very relaxed lunch.
Best of all was the way they handled the food allergy in our group - no fuss, well informed staff and alternatives served by the kitchen.
Superb - a special venue for a delicious lunch. Would hugely recommend - the extra touches kept on coming!
We went with the tasting menu and asked the Sommelier to pair wines for us.
Really great, we had food courses and wines we would never normally have chosen independently
First Class Service, a lovely room. Cant wait to return
Another outstanding dining experience at Alyn Williams. All courses expertly executed with a tremendous lightness of touch. Wonderful presentation equally matched by the quality and combination of ingredients. This restaurant never fails to impress on all levels from the moment you arrive and remains on our 'go-to' list for consistency and value despite the huge variety of London restaurants. Young Tom is rocking the kitchen!
We had a wonderful lunch Sat 19th January, the food was superb, the service very friendly and attentive and we were made to feel very welcome! We even were invited into the kitchen to meet Alyn himself!
I couldn't rate it highly enough!
Our second visit did not disappoint. Delicious food, beautifully presented, including a first experience of muntjac. Good recommendation by the sommelier for a bottle of red to accompany first courses of beetroot followed by the muntjac and the halibut. Outstanding desserts. Impeccable service, ending with a visit to the kitchen and a chat with Alyn Williams himself.
Elegant and cosy place, very calm perfect for a romantic dinner. Service is far above than expected and still friendly.
We had the tasting menu and each dish was a wonderful surprise for eyes and taste. Every employee is very attentionate and each dish is fully explained, which enhance the pleasure.
In order to fully enjoy your dinner, consider at least 3 hours time.
We definitely recommend this one star Michelin restaurant.
Absolutely outstanding in every way! We were superbly looked after by all the staff who were really knowledgeable about all the food and beers. So hard to pick a favourite moment - the tiny pickled mushrooms, nori cracker amuse bouche, lobster bisque, walnut and smoked eel, zingy granita....we loved it. Thank you for making a truly special birthday!
Another excellent dinner, the lobster was the best I've ever had. Inventive menu flawlessly executed.
We had a great Saturday lunch good choice, beautifully prepared and presented, knowledgeable friendly team working to make sure everything is perfect. We love the food and the experience and we will return.
We went for a family Saturday lunch and chose the £40.00 set lunch menu as all the choices appealed to us.
We weren't disappointed all the courses were delicious.
As a non drinker my only complaint is that there were no options other than mocktails of soft drinks. Please all restaurants there is a great range of non alcoholic beer and wine available now and Seedlip is a great alternative to gin. As past keen wine drinker I understand that non alcoholic wines do not compare but they are palatable and so much better than sweet fizzy drinks or drinking water with your food.
It was very a good experience. I fully recommend it.
It was a creative cuisine with very tasty vegetables, quiet atmosphere, enough space between tables, comfortable chairs and very efficient and pleasant service.
Had the tasting menu and paired wines. Meal had a lovely balance of courses and the wines worked extremely well and offered an interesting variety. Being asked in to the kitchen and meeting Alyn was an additional highlight.
The food was amazing and the service was fantastic too.
Delicious, great value, friendly professional staff.
It was my first experience with Michelin star restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. Great food, excellent service and nice, quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Dare I say it, but a 'normal' high quality restaurant. We chose the lunch menu and it was 'very nice', a bit of venison for me and duck breast for my son. One of the sweets, a sort of jelly covered cream, lacked flavour. The wine was disproportionately expensive so we had a couple of, still expensive, weissbier. Service was very good, if impersonal. The £1 charity addition attracted service charge!! For the money, there are more characterful venues in town.
Impeccable service, creative and delicious food, in a romantic and elegant setting.
Superb set lunch with imaginative food and characterful service.
Incredible value for such good cooking. Will be back for the taster menu.
I have to say overall I was disappointed with my experience at Alyn Williams at The Westbury.
We went as party of four on Saturday evening to celebrate a birthday. On Saturdays only the tasting menu is available. We were a party of four with one vegetarian. We also selected the matching wines.
When offered an aperitif we order a bottle of wine. We also ordered the lobster/truffle risotto supplementary course.
Everything we ate was lovely - favourite course was lobster. That said desserts were nothing special.
All the wine was well selected.
So why disappointed - the length of the meal. There were at least 2 courses where the wait felt way too long. Our table was booked for 7.30pm and one of my guests left without coffee and petit fours to catch their last train home at 11.48 from Waterloo. I put the speed of meal down to the 2 large parties in the private dining areas backing up the kitchen. That may not be the case but it was absolutely how it felt.
I am a regular diner in fine dining restaurants with tasting menus and matched wines and this was my worst experience for a while. It was also one of the most expensive. I would not recommend nor return there are much better options available in London.
We eat here 2-3 times a year either for special occasions or just a little treat. Once again this excellent restaurant delivered everything you would expect from a top London eatery.
We had the set Saturday lunch and had a choice of 4 items per course. I had sweetbreads followed by rabbit and my husband had lobster and venison all of which was superb. But the star of the show was the apple tart - wow!
As always we enjoyed the little extras along the way.
What a wonderful way to spend a few hours on a wintery afternoon just off Bond Street. We will be back.
Brilliant service, perfect seasonal food. Got to meet the chef - great guy. Amazing somilier.
An awesome Michelin starred restaurant. Fantastic value if you do the set lunch (3 courses for BP35).
