Anton's at the Swan
Please note that reservations are for the restaurant but not the bar.
Very nice meal in a quaint environment. Food was very good and came out very hot. Slightly pricey but I woudl definitely recommend and will return
Fabulous dinner and service! Thank you
We had friends visiting from New Zealand and we all loved the food was exceptional.
Salmon was burned on top and dry....spinach base was burned on the edges...a real disappointment :(
It was a magnificent evening. Service was flawless, food was superb, it is my favorite restaurant.
One of the best meals I've ever had. Our server, Tary, was extraordinary. A wonderful experience.
Romantic spot great food though parking is a problem . Quirky bar
Amazing time at Anton’s at the Swan! Terry completely spoiled us with her stellar knowledge & “just right” amount of attention. And the food...... yum! My husband & I are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for a beautiful evening.
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and really enjoyed the evening at Anton's. It was an all round treat. Would definitely go again.
I love this place. The only issue we had was that the octopus appetizer had. A small proportion of octopus compared to the risotto.
The food was to die for but a tad out of price range...great experience overall. Definitely would recommend for a special occasion.
Lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Just wish the pricing was more reasonable. Still, we will be back!
I was delighted to see the Guinea hen back on the menu. Once again, this was prepared perfectly.
We love it here! Always a great meal and experience.
The food as always was delicious but the Blueberry Galette was what dessert dreams are made up. Taryn really shined as an attentive, accurate, welcoming server. Thank you for a wonderful date night.
Always great going to Anton's! There were four adults with a 14-year-old. Worried that he might not like the food, but he loved it as much as we did. They were visiting from out-of-state. It was an experience worthy of praise!
We are regular visitors to the Swan. It is always a special occasion when we go there We love the service the food and the ambience. Tarry is our all time favorite server.
We are staying in a lovely inn in New Hope and researched restaurants for a good dinner. I came across The Swan Bar and by the description, knew we needed to try it. So why not book the restaurant Anton’s there as well? So glad we did both! I would recommend a drink at the bar with the very affable bartender in a tavern like atmosphere and then transfer over to the lovely small, white linen tabled dining room. The menu is small but we found enough choices to satisfy us. We began with a well made Caesar salad (actually had lemon in it) and fresh toasted croutons and my partner had a cold chickpea with feta soup which was deemed an A plus , The warm homemade boule with fresh butter was possibly one of the best breads we ever tasted I ordered the guinea hen with risotto and my partner had the pork chop which was moist and cooked perfectly. After that we thought we were finished and too full for dessert but we were tempted by the fresh blueberry ganache with homemade vanilla ice cream. Fabulous! There us a very nice wine list or by the glass with very reasonable prices. Possibly the most wonderful part of the experience was not the food but the hostess/waitress Tary?. Please excuse the spelling. She knew the food intimately and could almost finish my sentence when describing a fish choice. A charming, gracious, knowledgeable lady who added to a completely wonderful dining experience. We will need to come back for sure.
A visit to Anton's at the Swan is always a delightful experience. This time was no exception. The service was flawless and the food is delicious. The bacon and corn risotto is amazing! A must try!
Absolutely perfect in every way. Limited but beautifully prepared and tasty entree. Outstanding crab cake appetizers and beet and arugula salad. Lovely ambience including hurricane lamps with candles and soft Sinatra music background. Quiet enough to actually have a conversation on a Saturday night!
The halibut was excellent. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Our service was excellent.
We arrived early Sunday evening for an impromptu dinner. Fortunately for us, Lawrenceville is quiet on a Sunday night. The restaurant is a converted hotel from the mid 1800’s and has a tremendous element of charm. Wine selection by the glass is good with an 8oz pour ranging from $8-12.
My wife had a salad with goat cheese and beets which she enjoyed. I had the pate to start, also quite good for a Starter.
We both ordered the rare tuna and it was very good and seared to perfection.
Service was excellent and should be since we were the only customers in the dining room.
Beautiful dining room in an historic building that is consistently the best. We’ve been here four or five times in the past 2 months and not a single disappointment. Warm, welcoming staff, terrific food served in an elegant dining room. Our new favorite!
Excellent Halibut best I've had.
Anton's was recommended to me. Quite a disappointment. The pork chop was very tough and hard to cut. The tuna my friend had was laid on top of creamed spinach which made the tuna soggy. Dessert was so late in arriving we asked to cancel it. The waitress was just bringing it and was smart. She comped it and apologized for delay. Very disappointed as this could have become a regular.
Always love Anton's! Because of my busy lifestyle, I can't get there frequently so it is refreshing to have the experience there consistently excellent!
There servers we not dressed as nice as the place. Sloppy casual attire- with converse sneakers. Only the bartender looked the part
As always a very fine anniversary dining experience at Anton’s. Whilst no specials were offered, old culinary friends remained well prepared, well garnished and impeccably served.
I love it

Very nice ambiance
I really loved my combination this evening; Vichyssoise (described as chilled potato and leek soup) and the Alaskan king salmon.
l;The menu has limited choices however the food is very very good. I had the sword fish and my wife the hslibut and both were excellent. The watermelon feta salad which I had and the potato leek soup (served chilled) which my wife had were also very good. The service was attentive and glad to discuss the menu with the patrons. We went here because another restaurant we usually go to had no reservations. Im glad we chose Anton's.
Our first visit to Anton's at the Swan. My overall impression was that it's a little dated (both the menu and the atmosphere); clearly a neighborhood stalwart that has been around for the long haul. However, the service was good and the food was well-prepared. I was disappointed that there weren't more seasonal items on the menu. Aside from the watermelon/feta salad (which was mostly arugula), there really wasn't anything that was inspired by spring/summer. Surprising, given the vast array of locally available produce in Bucks County. The orange duck breast was crispy and juicy, and my husband's filet was one of the best he's ever had. Apparently you can order cocktails from the Swan Bar next door, however we didn't realize it as there was no mention of cocktails on the menu (the bar looks really cute - will try that next time). I would describe the decor as Bucks County historic. These items combined explains why the majority of the other diners were our parents' age, and appeared to be locals who frequent this establishment.
Outstanding service savory food carefully prepared great conversational noise level historic ambience
So welcoming and personal staff. Excellent food. Will be back for sure.
My third time at this gem, and it still delivers! Great service, great food. You can't go wrong!
As always Anton’s is a very special dining experience! The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is quite special! An 1850 hotel turned restaurant and art gallery ! The service is very personal and welcoming and the food is superb! Our favorite restaurant!
