Dishes feature carefully-selected fine British produce and combine the staple ingredients of British cooking with innovative techniques. The restaurant is open all day offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The contemporary cosmopolitan interior has distinctly British touches; gin and tea, both with strong roots in this part of London, have inspired the design along with Liberty fabrics which appear in subtle touches throughout the restaurant, complementing the dark oak floor. From sunrise to sunset, guests can enjoy the ever-changing views of the London skyline whilst sampling British cuisine and stunning cocktails.

Top class bar and restaurant in the heart of one of the world's most amazing cities. Whether you are a local or just visiting, the Aquashard is a must. Mouth watering dishes and tempting cocktails, along with first class service from one of the best hospitality teams to be found, and an absolutely amazing view of London, will leave you wanting for nothing.
Could not fault the service nor the quality of the food. The only disappointment was the small choice of desserts. There was nothing available a la carte.
Overall this place is quite nice, the view is very impressive with a great view of London... and the table layout is also quite nice (food seating on one side, bar seating on the other).
But unfortunately the food is very average and the service okay. The best selling point about this place is the view.
Gorgeous setting with outstanding views of London and great food. Had the taster menu which was really good. The cocktails were well made.
Good food and accommodated the table we wanted. Food was good but water was charged, VAT not included in brunch price so ended up being £60 each not £44
The thing everyone comes here for, which is the view, was excellent with panoramic views of the city. However, the service was among the worst we've experienced the wait staff was inattentive. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes just to place our order! The delivery of the food was slow, and the food itself was unimpressive for the price. Even at half the price. The portions were very small. I felt like eating dinner again as soon as we left. I've never spent 179 pounds before, just to leave hungry and disappointed. If you want to enjoy the view, skip the meal and get a table for drinks instead. Speaking of which, the tables that are next to the windows are not for the restaurant, but for drinks only.
Visited this place on Sunday, as i had good occasion to celebrate my family’s event. Great view is only the good thing about this place. Service at average level , at some point event unacceptable, the Sunday’s branch meniu tested as any other kooked meal in average diner, plus 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill. Do not take sirloin stake from the meniu as you will be disappointed from the first sight, I am not mentioning the test...
Vine is quiet expensive and the price doesn’t equal the test again.
Have to admit that sommelier was knowledgable guy and very friendly.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for a dining..
Food was overpriced and steak £42 was cold when served, when returned over cooked as I asked for medium rare, the initial vegetables was not changed when they took the first steak back so again cold by the time the second steak was returned.Waiter poured a bottle of water over me at the beginning by accident.
Paying for the view and ambience but certainly not the food.
The wine was great. Food portions exceptionally small. Amazing view.
Was my 30th birthday and Requested window view at time of booking. Didn’t get it. Only me and my girlfriend so disappointed they couldn’t accommodate on a very important day.
Great vibe, ambiance and view. Portions were small but the food was good.
This is a stunning experience.
The diner was of excellent quality.
Food is correctly priced for this venue.
Wine list & drinks are overpriced.
We were at Aqua for a special occasion - my parents were visiting from abroad, and it was their last day in the city. Our waitress was extremely rude, and rushed us to order multiple times, even though we explained we were not ready yet. He repeated multiple times we only had two hours at the table. Under pressure, we ordered our food. The appetizers arrived, and were good. Then, the main courses took 50 minutes to arrive - 50 minutes when of course, our waiter ignored us when enquired about the order. When the food finally arrived, it was incorrect - the steaks were not respecting the requested cooking point. The food was so mediocre, and the service was so bad, that we left without having the desert - which was included. I do recommend the view, but avoid the food and the people.
Very fancy restaurant, we mainly came for the view, of course they will not be able to sit everyone by the window so we were first offered seat somewhere in the end of the restaurant, I asked if I can be seated closer to the window so I waited about 15min for a better table, the place does get busy, we came here for brunch so they had prefix option which was very good and food was great, the restaurant is on the pricey side thats the only downside. Deferentially good place for special occasion.
I had a great lunch here, the food was simply exquisite, the service was first class, great seating, and the views were awesome!
Aqua has always been a favourite restaurant of mine, and they never disappoint.
Perfect for any special occasion, or even if you just enjoy fine dining.
Highly recommend Aqua, and will definitely be back there soon!
We were given a great table & Daniel (Italian ) our waiter was really excellent. He looked after us really well.
Went there for breakfast, the prices are extortionate, I would recommend Wolsey instead, much better food and service
We were given a table by the window which was amazing. The first course came quickly but the second was very slow coming so they gave us a complimentary glass of fizz which which was very nice of them. The staff were all extremely pleasant and professional.
All was good and top notch. Spectacular view if London no matter where you are seated.
A great place to go to in London. 32 stories above the city gives a different perspective. Food is good. Specialty cocktails are good as well.
We had a lovely brunch with views over London. Looking forward to going back
Horrible service and slow kitchen. Seriously understaffed and this is not a one time problem. None of the employees care at this restaurant. Yes its a nice view, but it too us 2.5 hours to get our three courses. Small half slices of bread were delivered as if gold coins (how about more choices and more frequent bread service?). We had two servers and so it was pretty impossible to get either one of them to care. When I complained to our waitress (which took some doing to get her to come over) that it had been over an hour to get our main courses she said sorry we have a big event tonight. No one checked in with us or kept us informed. Really sad for a 400 GBP dinner. Will never return, will never recommend. Go have a drink in the free sky garden across the Thames...
We have fined here several times, and the latest was up to the usual high standard.
Great setting with fabulous views and we were given a fantastic table by the window as I mentioned it was my nieces birthday on the booking and they also brought her a birthday dessert which I thought was a really nice touch. My only criticism is the service at the bar is really poor, there seemed to be a lot of staff behind the bar but they didn't seem to be doing very much so we waited ages for drinks before and after dinner.
The service was SLOW we waited 2 hours to get our food and no one ever came to check us - food was mediocre - steak was burned - great view but that’s all you can say
Poor food and terrible customer service
Another visit for Sunday Brunch went faultlessly with a great table where outside we were entertained by Spider-Man and his fellow spider assembling a crane a few hundred feet over the streets of London. Meanwhile inside we were entertained to a magnificent meal smoothly served. The brunch menu is always inspiring and it’s wise to arrive with a hearty appetite to do full justice to your varied choice. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday but any excuse is justified, assuming one is required.
The slowest service I’ve ever experienced, 90 minutes between starter and main, lazy staff who couldn’t even remember basic things like bringing people a drink they’ve ordered. Considering the restaurant has been open for only 2 years the interior is worn and looks very tired and on the whole is poorly finished. Relies entirely on its location, don’t go here.
The view is undeniably stunning. But the superlatives stop there. The food, whilst good quality, was almost cold, the service being incredibly slow. We waited nearly 2 hours for the main course. Very poor value.
Better just to have a drink and admire the view...
I have eaten at some very pricy restaurants. I usually do not write negative reviews. However, this was by far the worst high price restaurant I have ever eaten at. I am used to eating at pricy restaurants. However, when you pay the kind of price that we paid (over $500 for 4 people), with only 4 alcoholic drinks, you would expect the food and drinks to be exceptional. The drinks we ordered were horrible and the food was even worst. This restaurant was also billed as one with exceptional views. Well, if you are seated in the back against the wall, then the views are barely noticeable. So, not even the views promised were delivered to us. On our way out, another American couple, who we had met downstairs, while waiting to go onto the elevator, came up to us and asked us if we had eaten already. We told him, yes and we are done. We had walked in together and they had not even received their food yet. He had ordered the same meal as my brother and me. He was extremely upset. I told him, don’t worry, you won’t like the food the neither. Save yourselves the money and do NOT eat at this place. There has to be better restaurants in London, where you get at least good food for this kind of price.
Very overpriced for the food you get. Loud music, but lovely location and staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that this is a place to go for the location (and view) rather than a foodie experience. Great cocktails though!
Lovely venue for a special breakfast, limited vegan options but avocado on toast was delicious
The view was amazing. However the food wasn’t good. I ordered the chicken and it was dry.
Not impressed: they got our booking wrong and then blamed us for the mistake - not a good attitude if you want return business! The first glass of champagne was warm and we had to wait a long time for the second.
Go there for a drink, food is overpriced and disappointing. London is full of great restaurants, this is not one of them.
Noise (both conversations & loud music) from the Bar area bleeds into the restaurant, making it difficult to have conversations at your table without shouting. The area of the restaurant we got seated in made it difficult to see the view - which was the main reason for visiting. (There are "private" seating areas for parties blocking the view of the regular dining guests.) The food was disappointing. Neither my husband, nor I, cared for our main dishes or the dessert.
Would come here again, will come here again.
Birthday for both aunt and mother in law. They did not take notice. Food was cold and over salted. Wait staff didnt understand english well. Would only come back for drinks, never to have a meal.
