Excellent service and value. Would recommend and have been before.
Booked for husbands birthday , when I booked there was an a la Carte menu when we arrived was a awry menu and hard to choose from ....and we are not fussy eaters, started prawn and crab was like a sandwich not as advertised , mains was nice, and never stayed for dessert, lovely view, service was fine but for 75.00 I could have went anywhere in Glasgow and got a beautiful meal and choose what I wanted, will not be returning very disappointed and would definitely not recommend
Outstanding in all aspects would highly recommend warm friendly staff and atmosphere
Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service from minute we entered restaurant, food was first class and would highly recommend
Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere and great food
Surroundings were excellent , looking over football stadium. Very nice meal served with a smile. Quiet restaurant which makes it easy to sit & chat.
First visit and certainly won’t be our last! From the second we walked in, until we left we were waited upon by very friendly staff. The food was amazing. Portions were a little larger than we expected and we were unable to finish it. The view of the stadium is great.
Staff where amazing, very attentive and happy made the environment enjoyable to see the staff happy. Food was nice but my meal came out cold and potatoes where very hard and did not enjoy it, started and dessert was nice thought let down by main meal.
My sons always choose Argyle House for their birthday lunches or Sunday carvery. The view of the stadium never fails to impress. Staff always great with kids.
We booked a table for 3 recently for Sunday lunch, this was our first visit.
We all enjoyed it and i would very much like to return. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was good. I think the menu was value for money, there was a good selection of foods to choose from. (It would be nice to see a another vegetarian option in the mains choice maybe) i had the cauliflower cheese, it was nice and i did enjoy it.
The soup of the day was lovely and the desserts table was full of delicious treats to pick from.
Also you get a great view from the windows looking down directly onto the park.
Thanks Argyle Restaurant for giving us a nice afternoon.
It’s been the best dining experience I’ve been to, food was out this world and staff could not of been any nicer was our first of many visits, 200/100 %
I cant commend the Argyle Suite enough. Outwith the phenomenal private boothes overlooking the pitch & stadium, The quality of the food FAR exceeded my expectations, talented chef & kitchen staff obviously doing the meals. The portion sizes were also fantastic, especially when you take into account its only £12.95 for 2 delicious courses.
The waiting/bar staff were very helpful, friendly, polite but most of all, excellent at their jobs while that extra special touch of remembering peoples names & personal things relating to the visit.
I was very impressed, so ive booked another meal.
Thank you all at the Argyle for a great day.
I have been frequenting the Argyle Restaurant for more than 25 years and never had reason to complain about anything. The food is superb and we thoroughly enjoy Sunday Carvery which is great value for money. The staff (well what can you say about a fantastic group of girls who can’t do enough for you and treat you as one of their family). Already looking forward to our next visit.
The staff at Argyll house are very friendly and attentive. Never had to wait long for food and we had no waiting time for drinks.
I had the steak, well done and it was the best I’ve tasted in a long time. The food was simply delicious.
The service was fantastic, wonderful view. The only bad thing was that the menu was limited at lunch
Good food, good service , good choices and value for money. Recommend Sunday carvery
Took my Dad for his birthday & what a lovely day it was. It was the carvery which was delicious & really good value for money. The staff were great & really helpful & added to the experience which was finished off perfectly with a fantastic pitch view. Can’t wait to go back.

Staff very friendly & welcoming. Food was excellent great selection at the Sunday Carvery for both adults/children
Food and service exceptional. Very friendly staff who are very attentive without being annoying. Great value. Highly recommend and will certainly be back
Booked meal to celebrate my partners 40th. Staff friendly, professional and efficient.
Food nicely done and varied choice on menu. Some nice wee touches though out the dinner from staff as it was a special occasion.
Had a table overlooking the pitch which was also a nice touch.
Great service, fantastic food, definitely be back again.
Was in on Sunday 27th with my wife and son the staff were brilliant really attentive, the food was superb the carvery was and vegetables were all cooked well, also we had a booth overlooking ibrox stadium which was a picture to behold, the carvery on Sunday was £18.50 & great value I'd recommend Argyll house to all
Booked Argyle house restaurant for my 60th birthday for myself and family. We arrived to a friendly welcome from the staff and shown to our table. My 2 granddaughters (6yrs,and 9yrs) were treated fantastically as we all were! Food was simply beautiful from Darren the chef and we couldn't fault a single thing! Icing on the cake was when the staff came out with a huge birthday cake, singing Happy Birthday!!
We've been a few times now and the service is outstanding...as is the food..we'll definitely be back!!
One of the best restaurants in the city. Quiet very friendly atmosphere, very nice attentive staff, very good for a quiet date with superb food
The food was lovely although the menu on the day was different from that advertised online. More expensive than some bar meals but lovely view of the pitch from private booths.
We came here for my dads birthday and it was every bit as good as I expected. They couldn’t have done anymore to accommodate us and the carvery was delicious! (Great banter from the scouse guy who cuts the meats too lol)
Afterwards we were able to spend an hour in one of the empty boxes to watch the youth development squad play. And again staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone
We had an excellent meal with great service and stunning views of the stadium.
It was made more special as Steven Gerrard's press conference was being held that day and a crowd of 8,000 were in the main stand chanting his name.
Brilliant service great views
Great day out food great and staff even better.
Having been to this establishment a number of years ago which was fantastic and definitely was 5* going back to it on Friday I couldn't help but notice the difference in the quality of the food which you would find in a brewers fare to be brutally honest and for what we had the price was expensive I'd like to say the staff were excellent and extremely efficient and very helpful but I'm afraid we won't be back
it was my nephews 14th birthday suprise and he loved every minute of it
Food was delicious, and staff very attentive! Could not fault any of it
The welcome from the staff is excellent, and the service continued in that manner, the food was lovely and a very good menu, also a very reasonable senior menu was offered at an excellent price....very good day out
I Took my boyfriend here for his birthday as he is a season ticket holder and loves Ibrox Stadium . I was very impressed with everything. Friendly staff-allowing us to nip into a booth to take pictures of the view. Staff were her attentive.
Food was 10/10.
I cannot wait to come back for another occasion. My boyfriend enjoyed his birthday lunch with a great view.
Was booked in on Saturday night - a fantastic restaurant- we were looked after every step of the way from the moment we arrived.
The staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem for them - they took photos of me and the wife, even phoned us a taxi to take us a couple of hundred yards up the road to our next destination because of the heavy rain.
The food was delicious and worth every penny this combined with the venue and staff has firmly placed the argyle restaurant at the top of my places to eat.
My sincere thanks to all the staff who helped make my visit one to remember.
Not been here for years and it did not disappoint! Food great, view amazing, staff could not be any more helpful. 10 out of 10
Booked for lunch, but buffet was on. Good choices, very good food. Requested a booth table overlooking the pitch, but none were available.
Excellent value for money and great service and always made welcome and great service by the staff xx
