Asia de Cuba - London Ratings and Reviews
I chose this restaurant for a reunion with an overseas friend that I had not seen in several years and I wanted something special, Asia de Cuba, fit the bill perfectly. We started with a cocktail in the bar which has a great vibe and then moved to the restaurant. The food was excellent and had some unique twists, even though we ate from the set menu there was a good range of choice, we both started with the crispy squid salad which was light and fresh with the most gorgeous dressing. My friend then had the spice chicken and I had the tamarind salmon with a lovely fresh garnish and for dessert my friend had the doughnuts with the chocolate chilli sauce and I had the yummy guava cheesecake, which was a really quirky take on a classic cheesecake and so delicious ................... we also had some lovely wine, there was quite a good selection . All in all it was a brillent evening and I would highly recommend Asia de Cuba !
Well what can I say have been coming here in excess of 25 years and never ever has it failed to impress. The service is excellent the food always different with the most exquisite flavours of any London restaurant. The fusion here works really well and the espresso martinis after dinner are out of this world. Will return soon. Keep up the good work.
Restaurant was spacious. Nice calm music in the background. Was able to communicate without yelling. Was given very welcoming and good service by the staff. Food was really good, was surprised by the asian and Cuban mix but they went really well together. Would visit often for business lunches and recommend others to do so too.
My partner and I came here for bottomless brunch for our anniversary and we had amazing service from our waiter Carlos, we absolutely loved it! He even brought out a surprise happy anniversary plate of donuts. Would definitely recommend it to a friend and we will definitely be coming back
Fantastic food, attentive waiter and great atmosphere. The only let down was that the booking was 45 minutes late, which was not an issue, but the bar area was not well tended and left customers who had to wait for tables waiting for a drink by staff that were too busy tending to table orders to be able to serve waiting customers.
we went for the bottomless brunch and had a great time. the starter (plantain chips and hummus) wasn't the most amazing thing we have had but the main made up for it. We had a super friendly blond waitress from Italy, she made our experience even better. the Mexican donuts are defo worth trying. Will be back again
Celebrated our 15th anniversary.
The restaurant is is nicely decorated.
The staff is very attentive ans helpful.
Our waiter was Luca. He made our evening perfect. He helped us choose the food, attending to our restrictions and dislikes.
Luca recommended the best dishes on thr menu.
The food was amazing. The atmosphere was great.
At the end of the dinner, Luca chose 3 deserts for us, courtesy of the restaurant. They were divine.
Great venue for a business lunch. We chose the a la carte menu and all tried something different - and it was all so good and plentiful in terms of portions that we even tried a bit of each others, despite it being a business lunch.
Well done to the team at Asia de Cuba - you have found a winning formula!
I took my boyfriend here for the bottomless brunch for his birthday. The service was a little slow at first but they were pretty busy. However, everything else was lovely. The staff were very nice and kept our drinks topped up. The food was well presented and delicious! The brunch menu was diverse and had breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options, providing something for many tastes and desires. The decor was different and cosy, homely yet modern and sophisticated.
I would love to go again :)
We had a bottomless brunch here and it was impeccable. The food was delicious, the waiters were extremely friendly and kept topping up our drinks without us asking. The limit for brunch is 2 hours but they left us there and kept serving us for almost 3 hours!
The ambience of the restaurant is great, there was even live music which was the right amount of loud (enabling us to have a conversation without any issues) and the quality of service was great. I cannot recommend this place enough.
We had the premium unlimited brunch which was really tasty, the drinks just kept coming, we were fill to groaning! Great band playing wonderful salsa, sadly we couldn't see them as tucked behind a divider, really wanted to get up and dance but not really any space
