Had a wonderful time and the social distance was on point and very space out will be visiting soon again.
Food was cold everything else was ok
Very Good Restaurant I Will Definitely Be Back Soon
Forgot to bring me out cutlery and I had to wait almost ten minutes for one.
Well managed layout for social distancing.
A few of the waitresses and bus table people had their masks below their noses. I would ask management to require all staff to wear gloves.
Our waiter was amazing and on point. Very knowledgeable. Food was very good. Will definitely visit again.
My niece 21st Bday celebration was great!
I found several servers not wearing the mask properly with the nose exposed. When I complained the person on shrugged their shoulders as to tell me tough luck. I complained about the computer having a dirty screen only to receive the answer that the cleaning solution doesn't work. It was disgusting looking and appeared to be dirty. In using the restrooms I found the same filth that was in the restaurant. The food was tasty and the service was adaquate. Cleanliness is an issue with this location.
Food was great especially those jerk wings loved them!
Just reserved for lunch had a good time
My hostess did not honor my reservation when I stated I wanted outdoor seating. But other than that I loved it! My server was wonderful! She was super nice and made the experience better. My drinks were also wonderful!
Horrible service made reservations still waited more than ninty minutes for a table
I made reservations for 4:30pm, we didn’t get seated until 5:30pm. The drink (bahamarita) was really sour. I ordered mahi tacos, the tacos were extremely hard and the fish didn’t look cooked so I told the waitress to take it away and I ordered something different. My friend got salmon, yellow rice, and broccoli. She didn’t like her salmon or rice so she got it taken away, after that she didn’t want to order another entree. This was my first time bringing my friend here and she did not have a good experience. I’m disappointed.
I had reservations and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated.
Great food and service. A long wait time even with reservations but I don’t hold that against them because they just opened after the pandemic shutdown.
We made a reservation and then they didn’t seat us for over half an hour. Then we sat for another half hour and wasn’t asked if we at least wanted water or anything. We ended up walking out and no staff or manager even noticed
Worst experience ever, 2 hour wait after confirmed reservation, rude hostess
I recently went to Bahama Breeze on 6/30/20 for my best friend's birthday. Even though I made a reservation, the wait was about 30-40 minutes due to COVID-19, which is understandable. However, the food was horrible. My friends and I were expecting authentic Caribbean food, but that was not the case. We were better off staying home and ordering Jamaican food. My friends and I are Haitian/Jamaican so we were expecting the food we ordered to be nicely seasoned/tasty.
The restaurant was quiet, clean and the view was nice but the jerk wings and oxtails we ordered were horrible. Also, I want to mention the oxtails we ordered were huge! I've never seen oxtails that big and I could not order it with rice & peas. It only comes with white rice. If you're West Indian, you know that oxtails and rice & peas go together. I will not go back to this restaurant.
Waiter was a little rude because of the overload he had with tables, but after awhile he became ok! Food and drinks are always amaze. However, I prefer cherry hill over kop
Social distancing and mask are all evident. Great food and the drinks are delicious.
Usually we have an ok experience there. But today I guess because of Covid-19 the restaurant was not ready to serve guests. There were only 2 other tables and it took about 10-15min for us to be greeted by our server. During the time I placed most of the order through the touchscreen pad they had on the table. When the food came out I was not made aware that something I ordered was not available and instead they automatically substituted for something else without asking or telling. The food was ok at best. Chips were stale, pasta was lukewarm, jerk chicken was not as crispy as they usually are. I hope they get it together.
My chicken was half done & there was a long wait time
Server never came back to fill drinks or check after dropping food that was not good no flavor still all
Horrible service that took forever to the pint we have to leave.
Great place, island atmosphere, great service, delicious food, best Mojito in Philly
All good 👍🏻
It was amazing
The food was horrible. I had jerk chicken paste it was dry and I had to wait 30minutes to get it. The first problem was the server started with a table that was seated after us.
It was really cool vibes.
Wonderful meal, polite server and we enjoyed limited seating.
For it to be our first time dining out in months, it was a great experience. Tristan, our server, was phenomenal. He ensured we had everything we needed, made great cocktail recommendations, and provided suggestions around dietary restrictions. The staff thoroughly disinfected after each party, and the manager was pleasant to chat with. I look forward to returning.
This is one of favorite places to eat. However, the young woman who seated us was not very welcoming or accommodating. Our waiter was great but the olives he brought out to us were bad. I love this place and I understand the effect that COVID-19 has had on businesses.
Our food was very good, our drinks were very good and our waitress was very very good We will definitely be back!
I had an amazing time at Bahama breeze, the ultimate pineapple with the very exquisite shrubs that we had for appetizer, made our conversation. The seafood paella that I got was everything. And to finish the desert was amazing plus the margarita I got. Just an unforgettable night.
Our server summer was Very good, but your hostess and manager left a lot to be desired. You don’t leave a customer sitting at a table for 20 to 25 minutes and having to track a manager down to get service. Started off the night on a really sour note and just never seem to get better.
This was my first time dining in since March due to COVID-19. We sat on the patio however there were patrons outside as well. There was plenty of distance between everyone. It was a very enjoyable experience after being cooped up inside.
I had the jerk wing appetizer and the skirt steak entree. Both were good. I also had the Virgin Pina Colada but it melted quick, I guess due to the warm weather. Our waitress was good, started off real attentive but as time went on she kept us waiting numerous times for items order but her friendliness kinda made up for that.. Overall it was tasty, good ambience, and a four out of 5 stars.
Our server was very nice and attentive to our needs
