l only food that was just ok was the skillet cakes. I was disappointed that this particular location could not make my poached eggs cooked hard. I never had that issue at the other locations. Besides that, we had a good time and left satisfied. Don’t go when u have a lot to catch up on because the noise level is very high. As a table of 4, we struggled to hear each other. More

What a charming restaurant! Went for my birthday dinner and food was delicious and seasoning on point! I had the steak, perfectly medium and the creamed spinach was not too salty and was delicious. Would definitely recommend for any special occasion dinner. More

Contemporary European | Easton, Eastern Shore

Bas Rouge is a restaurant that is sophisticated without being snobby. The staff is friendly, and polite without being intrusive. I love that the portions of food are not huge, so that you don't feel stuffed at the end of the meal. All the dishes are presented in a creative way, too, and everything I have had has been absolutely delicious! All this in a beautiful setting! I love it! I wish it were open more often than just two days a week. More

Fusion / Eclectic | Easton, Eastern Shore

Lovely restaurant in historic Easton. Many kinds of pizza (!) but we enjoyed seafood with an Italian twist. Original paintings on the walls - most for sale. Like having dinner in a gallery. Excellent service and very nice space between tables in this fairly narrow space. Thanks for a great dinner. More

Discover Baltimore

There is perhaps no better place from which to watch Fourth of July fireworks than Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, dotted with restaurants offering Maryland blue clams, doused in spicy Old Bay seasoning and ready for shucking (not to mention exceptional crab cakes and other local seafood.) An historic city known for its colonial architecture and music halls, Baltimore’s food scene draws on rich tradition with an innovative spin. Keep your eyes peeled for lake trout and scrapple (a brick of pork “scraps”—can be delicious grilled, but probably worth avoiding if you find it dubious), and explore posh Federal Hill and Harbor East for burgeoning restaurant scenes and nightlife.
