All good - our table was a bit cold due to the window proximity, + better cleaning could be done on the floor and tables (both sticky). But did not ruin overall experience. Good food, nice staff, like this place
Very nice place with a lot of amazing food. Very good service.
Lots of choice in the menu. I had the Bondi brunch which was so delicious! Really glad I booked as we went at lunchtime on a Sunday where people without reservations were queuing.
Great food - especially the banana bread sandwich!! Service was friendly, although a bit stretched - they forgot to brink milk for our coffees on two occasions and the greeter was stroppy!
Only thing is it's a popular venue for bottomless brunching so can get quite loud.
Food was very good and especially good for vegetarian options which was nice. However we were sitting right by the door, which was electronically controlled and so stayed open for a long time, and we were pretty cold by the end of our meal! The staff did give us a free hot drink to make up for the cold which was thoughtful. Service was a bit slow, we ended up having to get one hot drink in a takeaway cup because we had been waiting so long for it. Overall I would go back again, but to a different table.
When we got there for brunch on sunday, they ran out of juices also the cofee machine was not working so we could not have coffee only options we had was either tea or boxed juices.. also the shaksuha was too spicy.
The food was excellent (as Daisy Green Food always is) however the restaurant was super cold and I felt it lacked the ambience I've experienced from other Daisy Green establishments I've visited
The food arrived cold, several coffees just never arrived and the entire group ended up wearing coats throughout as the whole building was not well heated
Food good but not enough staff
To give an idea of price... £3.75 for a plastic cup of orange juice (not fresh)....and no student discount.
Tasty, delicious food. Loved coconut bread the best
The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating to our party who had a pushchair. Only thing wrong, it was a little draughty by the doors in the corner.
Return visit as really enjoyed the first time - didn't let me down.
Had such a great time, the manager was Noel was looking after our table and she was AMAZING!!!! Made sure we had enough to drink and were well looked after :)
I have enjoyed other places in the same chain of restaurants but here the food did not taste very fresh and was not enjoyable at all. Service was slow, too
This place was simply AMAZING! we did the bottomless brunch with two courses!! The food was so great and the bubbles were flowing! I will be going back here for sure! make sure you get the banana bread if you go! its out of this world! Great service - very friendly. WE WILL BE BACK
I loved this branch of the daisy green, but I was disappointed to not have expresso martini as I throughly enjoyed in your Victoria branch.
The best brunch in London for me!!!!The food and the service just perfect!!!
Everything was great except the ventilation system - expect to smell of fried food for the entire day after your visit ...
One of the brunch places in London. Everything on the menu is excellent.
We were a fairly large table (12) for lunch, and the food was great. This is by far the most important thing. The smoothies and juices all went down well, and the food was delicious.
Downsides: the charcoal bread was a little tough, the service was friendly and well-intentioned but left a little to be desired on professionalism of manner, and our food arrived at fairly staggered times, leaving one of our party eating alone at the end. The biggest down point is the noise of the blender! I really hope someone from BG reads this - YOU NEED TO GET A NEW BLENDER. Every time someone ordered a smoothie, two minutes later the café was deafened. It was very interrupting.
The upsides: it's fun, the staff were friendly and accommodating when taking our booking, the range of food available is impressive and all looks delicious, and I was truly sad that we didn't have time for a cake. The gentleman who took our order, while not being the most efficient or astute, was incredibly considerate when I asked for no fresh chilli, as he then also brought the sauce on the side, saying the sauce was also quite hot (he wasn't wrong) and that I might not want it all. That impressed me. The food we ordered was all great bar the tough charcoal bread, and I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again. (I wouldn't go however for a serious conversation or a relaxing brunch/lunch/cup of tea, simply due to the blender.)
Great food, nice ambiance, awful blender.
I love this place, but the cheapest, but the ingredients are healthy, organic, and thus tend to be expensive. The caffeine hit smoothie is a favourite and if you have any food intolerances you are certain to still find options on the menu. Almond milk mocha, coconut yoghurt, etc!
Great creative menu. Healthy options. Good price. Service was okay
A friend and I were visiting London for the first time. We are big brunch fans so we found this one online, booked it for a Sunday brunch and I am so glad we did! This place could not have been cuter. I don't know which was better the service or the food. We did the bottomless brunch option which included multiple bottles of champagne and insane amount of delicious food. I wish I could go back to London just for this amazing place. Loved it!!!
This is by far one of the best places in London to go for Breakfast! I had the Smoked Salmon Royale and I could not fault it, solid 10/10.
One of my favourite brunch spots in London! There is a great variety of both sweet and savoury options on the menu and portion sizes are perfect! The shakshuka is second to none!
I also love the fact you can book- makes it perfect for making plans with friends knowing you won't have to queue for ages! A must try in London!
Beany Green is a really good brunch venue. Menu is strong and quality of food is great. Lovely buzz / vibe in the place.
Fairly decent brunch food but not amazing. I had the fritters, which were a little on the dry side and not the best brunch fritters I've tried. Very busy brunch spot - I'd made a reservation yet my friend still had to queue (didn't make sense)! Overall, not a bad place for your everyday brunch outing.
We’be been to Beany Green a couple of times and really enjoyed it. We all got food envy when the fancy bacon roll came out though. Service can be a bit stretched on a weekend brunch times but nice atmosphere
The food took forever, service seemed not interested in serving and we had to waive over a waitress after having waited for almost 20 min.
Nice concept but won't be back to this branch.
Absolutely loved the vibe in this place. Amazing food and good natured service. Would come again and again. Great brunch!
Had brunch with 4 friends on a Saturday. Food was tasty and good drinks options. Waiting staff were friendly and unobtrusive. The atmosphere and decor is casual. Nice to go for a walk along the canal after to burn off some brunch calories!
Great brunch and lovely coffee. Amazing avo on toast, which is hard to find in the UK!!
Great for groups, hefty and tasty portions! Only let down was the charcoal toast which was overly hard and chewy and seemed a bit of a gimmick without any additional flavour.
Great place for breakfast. Friendly staff!
Service is quite slow, but the food is delicious. Go for courgette fritters with homemade chilli pesto - amazing
A lovely quiet place for a spot of lunch- great food and service. The menu was different but very tasty although the menu didn't really cater for children.
They didn't have a record of our booking and it was v slow to be seated and for the drinks to come out, however the food is great and although the service is a little slow the staff are very friendly.
Great place with great food. Will definitely visit again.
Only negative thing was that the service a bit on the slow side.
Love the menu, food is fantastic, it's very buzzy and noisy. Some of the staff are so rude, ignore you etc, they def don't want to be there! But don't let that put you off, just be prepared to feel like you are putting them out and you'll be fine!
