Beirut Nights Restaurant & Shisha Lounge Ratings and Reviews
Booked Beirut Nights on the recommendation of a friend for my 30th and couldn't have been happier. From the moment we arrived we were treated as special guests, given a better table, kept entertained and served with the best Strawberry Mojitos you will taste! They allowed us to have our own cake which they kindly served for us in the Shisha lounge area once we were done eating, complete with a sparkling candle and full Happy Birthday... we stayed well over 6 hours at the restaurant/lounge and could have stayed longer. We were never made to feel like they were waiting for us to leave. I would recommend Beirut Nights for a quiet Shisha and drinks on a weekend or indeed for a birthday party with a huge group - its such a versatile venue!
Was welcomed by a charming young man and taken to my table. Me and my husband really enjoyed the food was really delicious and melt in the mouth kind of food we then went outside for shishaa and was jus great service. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back again.
7 of us went as a family to celebrate a birthday and we were made to feel like royalty. Tariq and his team were attentive, welcoming and so helpful with their suggestions. The food was excellent, loved the strawberry mojitos and the decor is really well designed too. All in all a brilliant night out and can't wait to go again to try the shisha.
We had heard a lot about Beirut Nights and thought we would go and check it out for ourselves - and I can honestly say we were not dissapointed!
The food in one word can only be described as "amazing". The menu has a broad selection of both the more traditional and modern Lebanese classics - guarantee to have something to meet everyones taste. The food is freshly prepared, vibrant in colours and texture and portions that are generous!
To complete the Beirut experience you have to try the Shisha and selection of tempting teas and desserts on offer, which is available outside on the terrace. Service is extra special and a great place to dine and spend an evening.
Beirut nights has a lovely atmosphere. The menu has a variety to chose from, the food served was really nice the desert was scrumptious, the red velvet cake is a must try! - decent prices.
Beirut nights staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. I can't wait to pay another visit to Beirut nights.
I'm a BIG food lover and have been to every so called 'Lebanese' restaurant across London and have found nothing can come close to Beirut Nights. One thing above all that really did it for me was the customer service. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone made me feel very welcome and really did everything they could to ensure I had a great time.
The food! What can I say about the food! The farruj musahab (baby chicken) is unbelievably tender and tasty and is also very affordable.
We smoked shisha outside afterwards and it was refreshing to not be at a shisha place that is full of loud teens. It was a chilled out atmosphere with loads of cool looking people
I'd recommend this place to anyone without thinking twice.
Great place to visit when hungry or in the mood for some bubbly....hubbly bubbly that it.
Huge variety of authentic Lebanese food, drinks, desserts and tobacco flavours.
For family's there is a nicely decorated indoor non-smoking section.
Staff are well mannered, friendly and not too bad on the eyes either.
This is the first time here and to be honest it's a hidden gem. Service was second to none with all waiters smiling and never moody, always seeing if we need anything! The food was top notch, starters felt like mains the portions were so big! Definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!
We visited in a group of 13 and was advised to go with the set menu which offered a variety of dishes. This meant we tried dishes that we may have not necessarily ordered, but were pleasently suprised.
I have to say they the food was very good, loved the variety of drinks including the mocktails.
The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
Look forward to visiting soon.
Really nice and recommendable restaurant: delicious good, great decoration and very friendly staff at reasonable prices.
The only but was that they were not accepting cards for payment so, if you do not have enough cash with you, it may be a little bit uncomfortable. Overall, a really worthy experience.
I went to Shisha Lounge for Valentines Day. Overall it was very nice experience. Food was extremely nice, however service was a little slow. I found that if they could be just that little bit better organised they would maximise there competence and excel their customers experience.
The staff were all very friendly one even gave us a cigarette when i found out the shops was quite far away. The managers were very down to earth and one spoke with us a few times when we were outside having a Shisha. This made us feel very welcome. The shisha itself was as expected very good.
The bill was quite steep but the hike in price was because it was valentines day so on a usual day it can be expected to be a lot less.
Overall i would give it 8/10. :)
I heard about this restuarant from a lot of people and was very excited to go as I booked it on the same day as my birthday. The food overall was good however, one of the managers was really rude and he ruined my birthday. The way he spoke and took order came across very rude and when asked to turn the heating on he again responded very rudely. Overall I was disappointed with the service.
After arriving to find there is no card machine working, (and having to get cash out from over the road) we were asked if we wanted drinks. We ordered drinks, but when he came back to take our food order, he asked if we wanted any drinks! Food was good, but nothing here to blow you away. When asking if the chicken wings were deep or shallow fried, our waiter didn't comprehend, so we gave up. Know your menu people!
I might go back, but I don't think it deserves the very good reviews it has on the net. It's average.
I had high expectations from this place after reading all the great reviews. I booked my table for 5 in total. When we arrived everything was going well up until we began to order our food. We were told to hurry up and decide what we wanted to eat after 5 mins of receiving the menus, people who came after us got their food first..when it came to dessert we wanted to sit outside. We ended up having to squash up next to eachother however this problem was resolved. We ordered our desserts before we went to sit outside and they came an hour later after complaining 6 times. We got charged £76 for three Shishas we didn't buy..the food wasn't up to standards and the staff we're confusing orders... Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
I booked beirut nights on open table for a group of friends recently and then decided to give them a call to confirm our booking which was done so. We chose this restraunt specifically to have shisha after our meal, so on the phone I specifically asked if we could have shisha afterwards and the employee said "yeah thats fine, after your meal we will make space for you outside". When we arrived and say ok our table I asked if they could save a space for us and again an employee said he will take us outside once we are finshed. After our meal we started to move to the shisha area, which was full when we arrived. The employee said he will call us when people leave, which didn't happen. I feel like all they wanted was the money. :/
Service was poor, orders wrong every time, uncooked chicken, cold food wrong starter brought. Staff kept blaming their mistakes on the fact it was busy. If this was the case more staff should be employed, however they had enough to come to your table every 2 minutes saying they wanted us to be happy and smile which was annoying. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend at all. Oh and to top it off all THEIR mistakes later came on the bill, which implied they took no fault and just wanted our money. Just to add this happened on both visits a third visit is a no no.
This was our first time at this restaurant. We were warmly greeted, shown to our table and offered the menu. We ordered a shared starter and the main courses, and the starter arrived promptly. However, half way through eating the starter our main courses arrived, which we obviously couldn't accept and they were taken away again. When the main courses arrived later they were almost cold - they had obviously been put aside with no thought to keeping them hot.
The food, despite being lukewarm, was fair and plentiful. When it came to desserts, I had the mint tea and my partner ordered sticky toffee pudding - and ice cream arrived; there was no pudding left (at 8.30pm) and an alternative wasn't offered. Would we go back again? Probably not.
I was looking forward to Beirut Nights as were my friends. We were wonderfully greeted which surprised us in a good way but that is where the positives start & finish. We got there at 7.45pm, Ordered 3 dishes by 8pm and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Of the 3 dishes one never arrived & we had to enquire about it. Then we ordered dessert which took 20 minutes to arrive; a milkshake, a crepe and a cake which never arrived! We had to ask 2 members of staff about our order and then gave up. We had to wait for sheesha and then eventually a table was put together on the pavement! 3 people came & took our order and we got sheesha 20 minutes later. The mint tea and baklava took 40 minutes to arrive. My advise, DO NOT GO THERE!
