After being seated we waited over an hour for a chef. The chef prepares our food just fine but it appeared he was more interested in what was happening around the restaurant rather than our table. He missed preparing the meal for another group at our table. Overall not a good experience for the amount paid for the dining experience.

This Benihana has really gone down hill. If you make a reservation plan on it being an hour and a half later than your scheduled time. We were celebrating a 6 year olds birthday and he was so tired by the time he actually got his food that he was unable to even eat. The hibachi chef seemed rushed and put in little to no effort to be entertaining or fun, which is the entire reason people go to these types of restaurants. It was a complete disappointment and super expensive 300-400 dollar dinner. My son was so disappointed. We will never go there again.

Our tappenyaki chef prepared a delicious meal in stellar style. He was personable and went the extra mile to entertain all the adults and a young child with another party at our table. The staff was welcoming, thoughtful, and courteous for the entire evening.

Prices have doubled since January on my wife’s birthday. Service by waitress was pretty poor. Food was good but not worth what we paid for. Will find new place to celebrate special occasions.

We waited over 1.5 hours for our chef to arrive. When he started cooking he seemed rushed and was slanging food across the grill. The server disappeared and we had to ask another server to go find her so we could checkout. Benihana used to be our favorite restaurant but the last 3 visits have been subpar.

Second time trying here. First time had flies in my wine. Second time had hair in my rice. I try not to complain but come on. The waitresses are rude as well. When I’m paying I don’t need you standing over my shoulder seeing what I am going to tip you.

We made a reservation for 7:30 and didn’t get sat down until 8:30 which defeats the purpose of the reservation. We didn’t get food served until 9:30ish. Also, if you already have people waiting an hour to get seated having the host in charge should have better customer service.
