I sat at the counter and got to watch the chefs prepare the food. The server was kind and energetic and attentive. Literally everything looked amazing!
Cool spot in the “hood” Always great to find a place like this, attention to detail in the food prep and the taste… Yum Yum will definitely come back it has a cool ambience as well. And a goodly amount of attention from the staff…
We had a lovely evening dining at Betty. We would go back again and recommend it to friends.
Flavorful touches to every portion. We deconstructed flavors so we could duplicate at home. Delicious salad and best halibut ever!
Great food and service. Love sitting at bar watching the chefs!
I always feel welcomed here whether alone or with others. Food is reliably good. Staff is kind and makes every effort to accommodate. Great asset for the Queen Anne neighborhood.
Loved the staff (our server was stellar) and the food was delicious, as always.
Wonderful halibut and pork main entrees! Service also wonderful! Conversation easily heard.
As always - staff, chefs and service were exceptional. Our favorite neighborhood diner.
They held our table when we were late due to traffic, even called to check on us before cancelling our reservation. The food and service we were over all excellent.
Always a great experience. Love their salads.
Came on a Sunday night with a group of 12, including visitors from Africa and UK. The service was attentive, everyone was delighted with their meals, and they even made sure to adjust a meal for Gluten Free. We had a perfect evening!
Great food service and price! What’s not to like?
Love Betty's the steak is to die for and we had the Raspberry Cabernet Sorbet that was so very delicious! I am not deducting a star but had made reservations way ahead of time and asked for a window seat in front...they called to confirm and they wanted to stick me in the bar area and I said no I wanted a window seat in front and she said ok because I was with a couple of elderly women friends...where were we put in the bar area back in a corner! A little ticked off but I still love this place. Next time I won't make reservations a week ahead because it didn't matter the people who walked in ahead of us got the window seat in front and they didn't even have reservations...so I would say just walk in, you will get a better seat!!!
Great food and service, as always!
The food was delicious. Live to eat there
Came with friends for an early dinner (pre-ballet). We had a reservation for 5:30. Everything was fine until our server cleared our entrees and tried to rush us out. When I told her we weren’t in a hurry (we’d only been there a little over an hour) and would like to see the dessert menu she said there was a 7pm booking and they needed the table?! Let her know that was her problem- frankly if we wanted fast food we would have gone somewhere else and paid a whole lot less (sans the attitude). We proceeded to order dessert and took our time. In the end, the waitress Lamely apologized that the host failed to tell us before we were seated. Frankly a manager should have come by, apologized and comped us a drink or dessert. Not cool, don’t recommend and won’t be back.
Sitting at the “Chefs’ counter” was fun. Bird’s eye view of cooking and plating with very conversant staff.
We had a delish dinner of our favorite chicken accompanied by a delectable Betty Draper cocktail. A great combo always!
We love Betty -- it's our neighborhood haunt. I only gave three stars for the food this time because the soup I ordered was not up to the usual quality. I think I got the "dregs" of the pot (we were eating late on a Sunday). But everything else was totally up to our standards.
Great food and location. Only complaint is -- way to noisy. Hard to carry on a conversation because of all the kitchen noise.
Overall food and service were not good. Very disappointing experience.
We love Betty, and consider it”our” neighborhood restaurant, but it seems that it has feature the same seasonal menu for a longer time than usual (may feel like that since we ate there more frequently than usual). Had the pork chop various times, and quality erratic. This latest, very dry.
I would highly recommend the chicken dinner entre. It was juicy with a crispy skin and the sauce was excellent. The asparagus and potatoes were a perfect pairing and cooked just right. Natalie was our server and was both friendly and informative. She made the outing very nice with her warm personality.
As always, our favorite "Go To" place in the neighborhood!!
We love Betty!
Two birthdays. Server was attentive and let us take our time. Also added candles to the birthday desserts. Great restaurant!
I thought the menu was a bit limited and not all that interesting.
Betty’s is a fun, diner, at the top of Queen Anne hill. Finding parking can be a challenge so allow yourself a few extra minutes. Once inside you’re transformed back a few years enjoying the likes of a great cocktail and noshing on a variety of offerings. My favorite cocktail is the Betty Draper (aka wife of Don Draper in Mad Men). THe menu speaks for itself and everything I have tried was great. Enjoy Betty’s as it’s a Seattle keeper!
Our favorite go-to place! The service is always warm, personal and helpful -- food is delish and interesting -- always new things to try without being overwhelming.
Great as always. Hard to stray from the Ribeye & Frites and the Roasted Chicken.
Wonderful meal for Valentine's Day! Can't wait to return.
The pork chop was prepared just right. It was fun to sit st the chef’s bar.
Great food, beverages, and service, as always!
Consistent, good food & service. A great spot for dinner on Queen Anne
Don’t change anything! Been going to Betty’s for years, menu is the best!
Food and service always outstanding! A neighborhood gem!
Too loud if you want to have a conversation. Steak was excellent but WAY too much sauce on it. would like to see more vegetable sides on the menu. Nice wine list.
