Much like her sibling down the hill, Betty serves a rotating menu of bistro-style food using seasonal ingredients. We are centrally located amongst the trendy businesses along Queen Anne Avenue's bustling business district - step inside to our inviting yet eclectic and sophisticated atmosphere, featuring art by Bay Area artist, Judah Thomas. The restaurant offers seating in either our dining room or at the chef's counter where you can watch our talented chefs at work. Betty also has a full bar and lounge and a superb wine list with values from around the globe. Reservations are recommended.

Betty Ratings and Reviews
Fantastic burger and fries! The burger itself had great flavor and was topped w/ deliciously crunchy pickles, garden fresh tomatoes, very thinly sliced red onion w/ a great sauce on the side! Fries were slender and perfectly crispy! Highly recommend the Betty Draper cocktail too! Great service!
I’m a fan of Betty’s for many years whether it’s for happy hour, a friends gathering, a special event, or I’m alone and I eat at the bar with the fabulous bartender Angie! The food is creative, the staff are professional and I could take my dear elder friends who both use walkers and it’s accessible!
We are tired of always going to the same few places near Seattle Center before a play or, in this case, a SIFF film. Venturing slightly up the hill to Betty did mean that we had to find two parking places, but we absolutely enjoyed our meal. The pork tenderloin was savory and tender, cooked perfectly, with a tasty side of Israeli couscous and tomatoes. The mushroom pasta could have used a bit of salt and pepper, but was fine and very ample. Desserts of rhubarb pie and chocolate cake were delicious. All around us, big groups were happily celebrating graduations or birthdays or anniversaries. It was a happy alternative to the same old places and I think we will be back.
Wonderful staff - perfect combination of engaging and hands off.
We are the steak frites - excellent. Steak melts in your mouth. We also had the pear and burrata which was a great way to start the meal and ended with delicious lemon ricotta doughnuts.
Wonderful meal - if only I lived nearby!
With so many great options nearby, we were delighted that a pre-opera, wedding anniversary pick of Betty (because one of us was craving steak) delivered big time. Perfectly-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth ribeye, a shaved asparagus salad to die for, and excellent wine. Next time we'll pass on the Italian donuts in favor of the consistenly-delicious pie.
Kudos to the staff for excellent food, service, and enough calm to carry on a conversation. A wonderful neighborhood asset.
My 14 year old had steak and frites and I had the pork chop. The accompaniments to the pork chop were so good and the pork chop was so big that most of it is in my fridge right now. Service was attentive and friendly. The food takes longer than other restaurants so don't go if you are in a hurry.
I had been hearing that Betty was that great neighborhood spot that you wish was just down the street from your house so you could go once a week. It did not disappoint, casual but attentive service, delicious food, balanced, creative cocktails and a decent wine by the glass list that didn't break the bank. We had the steak frites and the fish special and both were cooked to perfection. There was a guest bartender making specialty cocktails that night and they got us out of there in an hour so we could zip down to catch the ballet. Super yummy, we will be back for another pre-theatre dinner.
Betty is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. The service is excellent -- friendly, conversant -- wonderful to be a regular there. The seasonal specials are predictably . . . well, seasonal and either a comfort (caussolet), or colorful and seasonally appropriate. The cozy atmosphere invites lingering. Make an evening of it.
We had an early New Year's Eve dinner at Betty with our daughter before seeing her off on the train to Portland on Sunday.
Really good food, great service, didn't feel rushed at all, even though they were booked for the night.
We will return when we are back in Seattle.
