Food was so-so, quite oily in a bit of an unpleasant way. The service was pretty atrocious. Got our order wrong, had to ask 3 or 4 times our drinks, etc. There are plenty of better Korean places nearby.

The soybean stew was far below what we expected - the portion is extremely small, only a few cuts of beef slices floating on a small pot of soup with so few vegetables that you can even count - totally different from the picture on the menu. No serving of kimchee or marinated bean sprouts. Won't come again and won't recommend to anyone.

The food was good - a very nice courgette pancake and our two different types of bulgolgi were delicious. The dumplings were a bit disappointing though as they were very greasy, far more so than they ought to have been. What marred the experience was the srrvice. Although the waiters were very polite, they were forgetful and far too busy. There were nowhere near enough staff were present to manage the lunchtime rush, so service was very slow. I'd go back, but not if I was in a rush.

Very average. They very nicely added an extra place to our table on the day of the booking....but the service once we were seated was poor. The food was tasty but arrived quite cold... the yellow sea cocktail was divine though. Overall, just average.

What a delightful meal! The place itself is cosy and sleek, the staff polite and attentive. But the best thing about Bibigo is the food, such an incredible value for money! Really tasty Korean 3 course meal for £13 on most nights of the week! will definitely be back.

Food was tasty and leaves you full.. service however was poor: took ages to get served and when asked if we could get served we got told to wait, order arrived incomplete and we had to chase the food.. each time a server approached our table felt awkward and what's with taking away the plate as soon as I have put my fork down like you're breathing down my neck? Our request for the service to be removed from our bill was met by a frosty and annoyed server.. all in all won't rush back to eat there.. shame as service used to be the strong point when visited before? Perhaps new management?

The waiter who seated us were rude and condenscending to us from the get go and that put us off straight away. The other waiters were friendly and food was pretty good but pricey if going for the ala carte menu and in my opinion not worth going unless you have the set meal. There are better Korean places in town with less rude waiters. When we left he just glared at us and didn't say thank you or bye. Will definitely not be going back again

First time at Bibigo. I took my partner here for her birthday. The food was excellent. We weren't sure how many dishes to order but the staff were really helpful and provided some good suggestions. We ended up with three starters and two mains to share. Perhaps two starters may have been better as we started to get full during the mains. Food was very fresh. I can highly recommend the Red Chicken and the Traditional Bulgogi (with the Ssam Basket side order). We will definitely go back!

Everything was great but if you are a connoisseur of Korean food , I would not recommend this place . Very lacking on the taste department , the bulgogi and bibimpap were bland , almost felt frozen and reheated . Cocktails are great and atmosphere and service top notch.
