We returned to BiCE Mare after about 4 years. The view is fabulous. One can see the fountains at Burj Khalifa if seated outside. The food is good but not spectacular.

We booked this restaurant because we love seafood and we wanted to watch the Burj Khalifa fountain show, it was an excellent place to view it. I was rather hot which I understand because of the time of year but there were only 3 fans, they were located on one row and more could easily be added. The food was absolutely incredible, the complimentary breads and the dips were amazing and something you would normally pay for! My wife asked to add shrimp to the fetacheni and they did not go small on that portion! I had the seabream and it was probably one of the best fish dishes I have had in my life! After we had desserts and I had the chocolate fondant dish which was amazing. It is also our wedding anniversary and your team recognized this on the booking and made sure to acknowledge it with a dessert plate. Overall we had an amazing dinner and I would highly recommend it again! I am pretty sure the server said his name was Chem but the receipt said Ahamed. I have included a photo of the receipt also so you know who it was. He was excellent and very attentive. I do however feel bad because I didn't check the receipt before paying and only realized after that no tip or service charge was included. I only hope that you can recognize his service in some other way.

Excellent service! I requested a table with good views of the fountain show through email as I was on my honeymoon. Not only was I given a great table, but they went above and beyond and served a complementary dessert at the end which said ‘Happy Honeymoon’. Its gestures like these which make your day.

great location to see the fountains and Burj Khalifa. The food is very good, but overpriced and the price of the wine is outrageous. I guess you pay a premium for location. I enjoy taking guests to this restaurant. they are always impressed. I had Turbot last night which tasted lovely, i know its an expensive fish but the portion was tiny!

Great location with the best view on the fountains. Terrace is a bit crowded as everyone wants to sit outside for the fountain show. Staff was quick and attentive. Food is delicious. I had carpaccio and cacio e pepe pasta with truffles plus couple glasses of Prosecco. My friend had fried calamari and lobster pasta plus a glass of Prosecco. Portions were big enough. I live in US and we get same portion size in a good restaurants. Portions are bigger than in France) The bill with included 10% service charge came to $300 for 2 which isn’t bad given the location.

As a first time tourist, I wanted to see the fountain show for the first time. I asked in advance for a table beside the balustrade, but was placed in a middle row of tables, where from was a vir hard tô enjoy the view, that was the whole purpose of the night. Anyway, the food and service was great!

Food average and extremely overpriced compared to other similar in Dubai. Service severely lacking along with ambiance. Cigarette smoke wafting in from outside as we eat , music terrible and just not suited to a dining “experience”… not worthy of the hype or price.
