The main issue was the excessively load music . Tables were either under a blaring speaker or close by. I asked to me moved as the noise was unbearable. I asked the waiter if the volume on the speaker could be turned down but this was not done. My booking was a Monday evening so not a party night. Don’t understand why the volume had to on full blast. The table we were moved to was at the end of the terrace, no lights and no heater. Freezing and cold after 9pm. The food was good but the conditions terrible and waiting staff oblivious to excessive volume on speakers . Won’t go back to Big Easy !!
Food amazing as ever, great value
Bit slow on first drinks, ordered pints while waiting for a couple of others to arrive who both arrived, as well as the food, before we got our first drinks.
Other than that great staff and great food!
Food was stunning! We were lucky enough to have sunny clear sky while having dinner. It was our anniversary so we asked for a nicer table and they placed us on a nicer table with a view close to a heating lamp and we were very grateful for it!
Our service was on point, but we could definitely see how it can be hectic and confusing for some staff members, which is understandable. We’re all people at the end of the day and mistakes do happen. Our main waitress was Ivana (I think) and she was lovely!
Great food and amazing customer service by all staff.
Amazing food as always, good atmosphere and our server was perfect couldn’t fault anything!
Food was not as good as expected sadly and very overpriced! And we got a bad table. Not the greatest experience for the money.
Food is not worth the hype. Can find better seasoned food elsewhere. Watered down cocktails
Great views but a bit chilly
Really love Big Easy place, I will def visit again!
Went for bottomless brunch. Love the outdoor dining experience. Even though the weather was not ideal, the seating area is covered and there was heating for each table. Lovely!
Our waiter was pretty rude and we had to ask several time to get refill and water. Ended up asking other members of the staff. And we never got the dessert menu even though we asked twice...
Had the best time as usual! The servers were brilliant and attentive
great experience and lovely staff, we had great time
The service was slow and poor.
Food was mediocre.
It was an Amazing Birthday Celebration after lockdown for 1 year.
Excellent Customer Service by all the Staffs at Big Easy 🥰🥰🥰
Set up is nice and we have dined here many times. Initial service was nice, but has gone down hill during the meal. It was difficult to get attention to order another drink, although place was not busy (we have dined after bottomless brunch has finished). Also we asked for bill and waited 20 minutes. Still no one came so we went inside to pay. We spent £170 for table of 2, but there was no thank you or good bye. Server just literally took the payment, turned away and walked off. Food is always fine, but cocktails are not great at all. Best stick with wine, prosecco etc. Also it was a bit annoying that next to us, a group of 8 or 9 were seated across two tables. They have been shouting between the tables, the switching seats and mixing between the tables etc, and some point getting some someone else to join in. No one really cared from the team as service is quite erratic. Over all, we do like this place but standards here are average. Every time we come, never know what to expect. Sometimes it's great and other times not so much. A little disappointing first visit after lockdown.
I had booked the table for 4:30 pm due to circumstances I had arrived a couple of minutes late to then be told that my table was not available so I had to wait 15 minutes then I came back after 15 minutes and was told to wait another 15 minutes I was not from London and I had a coach to catch. Thankfully the managers was able to piece together a table for us but the staff at the door was not welcoming. The food did arrive very fast, we had ordered the 2 pint jug £29 this between five people was not enough at all it was very small. It was not the nicest view from where we were sitting and The table next to us was extremely loud.
It was a lovely experience. The food was delicious and presentation was very good.
Staff was professional and friendly.
Value for money was very good as well.
We were waiting for the table for almost half an hour even we had booked table . Staff was very apologetic about it and offered us a complementary drink.
The venue it self was pleasant and easthically pleasing. The heaters were so we could not complain despite the windy weather. I'd definitely recommend this place.
Overall experience was excellent!
Definitely exceeded expectations
Didn’t enjoy the outside dining experience.
Service was poor, had to ask 3 times for someone to take our order.
Food was nice but a bit pricey.
£5 for a kids milkshake!!
Didn’t like the service charge automatically added to the bill either.
Chose the boozy brunch and wow! Great food (unlimited), great booze (unlimited). Great value for money, 100% recommend for any BBQ fans.
Excellent service from start to finish. Best place for brunch
Great place for bottomless brunch, come with a group of friends and enjoy unlimited bbq and booze for £30. Ribs are the best in London, ask for an extra bbq souse. Prosecco is coming quite frequently so can’t complain. Staff very friendly but very busy, seem to forget about your requests sometimes.
We experienced really great service today and tasty food, as always.
We had a lovely time here at the weekend and had the brunch. The lobster was delicious and the prosecco was flowing.
Great food, excellent service and nice setting - highly recommended!
Very lovely location and the food was tasty!
The food was excellent the staff very helpful and the service was great
We will be going again. The Lobster was extremely fresh. Highly recommend 🙏👏🏻
Great location. Really nice view and keeps the sun all evening. Service and food were good too.
Went on a Thursday to get the special, to find out once I go to place my order that they sold out of Lobster and Steak , this should have been mentioned before even arriving at the restaurant and not while ordering food
They ran out of half the menu, and failed to tell us until after we ordered. VERY ANNNOYING!
as a restaurant known for your lobster, i suggest telling people before they are seated that you don’t have any lobsters! would have gone to another restaurant but as we had been seated decided to stay. pulled pork sandwich was okay, although a bit odd that the sandwich is covered in coleslaw, and you get coleslaw on the side as well? perhaps would have been better served with a salad or chips.
Good for Happy Hour cocktails and meaty, hearty dishes.
Terrible service. We were served flat Prosecco; advised that the kitchen run out of lobster ( the reason we came to Big Easy) @ 17:00!
Food as good as ever - less ambiance in outdoor seating
A wonderful lunch date with my husband. Food was great and good value for money.
Staff were so lovely.
We will be booking a table for next week.
Thank you Big Easy you are the Best!!
We came on a Tuesday, as we entered a young man was leaving and warned us of what was to come. They ran out of prawns which make up a large portion of the menu and the Tuesday deal of unlimited large prawns, instead they offered popcorn shrimp for the exact same price which didn’t make much sense. So then I proceeded to ask for the full lobster which they had said they had run out of and they only had half a lobster available, so naturally I asked if I could have two halves to make a whole? Which they said wasn’t possible. I did try to book elsewhere in the area however everything was fully booked so I had the tiniest half lobster which was cold and I had to send back.
Staff was great but food is whack. Won’t be seeing me again unfortunately.
TLDR - half the menu unavailable and food was less than mediocre and lobster was too small.
Due to the covid restrictions, it was just plain cold being outside, with no heat lamps (despite asking for some). As such, we left early.
Good, tasty soul food. We ordered the Tuesday special of Shrimp boil and fried shrimp, with some ribs to share. The ribs are to die for. I did think the shrimp boil was overrated, it was nice but I wouldn’t order again. Will get the brisket next time! Good service and food was delivered promptly, as well as our cocktails. Will definitely be going back!
went for the Tuesdays specials for unlimited prawn but was told they ran out of prawns after the first serving.
No outdoor heating, no blankets. Food was okay but was cold when it was served. Seated very far away and service was slow. Took food away and was initially told I couldn’t, then the second time I could and they would give me takeaway boxes. When asked if I could have bags, first lady said no but another server offered us some. Some of the servers were rude, did not have time for our table, didn’t want to be there, didn’t explain the menu or specials etc and didn’t even make eye contact! Shocking. Very disappointed about the service. I will not return & will not suggest to any of my friends. Shame..
I understand it’s COVID but this was booked for a birthday. No special treatment and put in a very cold area.
