Did the unlimited fajita deal and upgraded to the one that comes with prawns and steaks. They only brought out the chicken one and it was like a big plate of wet mush with shredded pre cooked chicken. I told them that I ordered the mixed one and they brought out another plate of much with chewy steak and horrible prawns. The bar is cool but id never eat here again, terrible quality food and poor service!
Good value lunch menu but a tad overpriced otherwise. Tasty food and attentive staff.
Long wait for food at lunch and all 5 of our plates eventually came out ice cold. That said, as an American, I know good barbecue, and this is pretty authentic. The sides less so, especially the baked beans and coleslaw, which were way off the mark. Good mac and cheese and desserts, though.
I love the food but it takes too long for them to serve you. And it’s difficult to book a table as well.
I've been before and had a lovely meal. But on our last visit all of our food was dry and over cooked. The table next to us left because of their ice cold lobsters. Even the beer was flat.
I was very disappointed with the level of service and the quality of food served. My starter arrived after the main was served. No once I was asked if everything was okay and I felt like I was rushed. I book the table to celebrate my daughter birthday but the evening was spoiled because of this poor experience.
My daughter had a lovely 11th Birthday meal. It was lovely the live band song her a happy birthday we will return very soon. X
I've been coming here this past year but recently the s service has taken a turn for the worse. After being seated it took 40 mins for a waiter to take our order even though we knew what we wanted before we came to the venue. When proceeding to bring out our first round of the big pig buffet it took another 40 mins till the next round was brought out, by which time half of the table had already lost its appetite. I don't think it's fair that people should be left waiting between courses of a buffet because noone will get their moneys worth. The food that was brought out was not even packed away to take home. If they're going to throw the food away anyway, might as well not let it go to waste. Rather disappointed.
I made a last minute booking and everything went smoothly.
This is the second time we have been, as we live in Manchester we enjoyed it so much the first time round we had to visit again and we weren't disappointed
Food tasted reheated, service was poor, kept bringing the wrong food to our table and tables around us. Brought my partner’s food to another table who started eating it and tried to give my food to their table too but they realised this one wasn’t what they ordered. So my food found it’s way to me, but my partner had to wait another 15 mins for her food. Wouldn’t really consider going back considering the price.
Been many times to the big easy and this was the first time that the food wasn’t as nice, however the waitress had it taken away straight away and replaced with something else
It was ok, but the lobsters we order were overcooked, and only a little bit warm when they on the table. We also order a mixed meat plate, food was cold when it on the table, and dont taste as good as before. We order deserts, but extremely slow.
Good food not great service but the staff were friendly good atmosphere they forgot my wife’s starter the rest of the family had eaten their starters and my wife had not even got hers but good food can’t complain about that

staff at the front door were rude and dont have a clue how to run the place.
food took forever to come when it did half of it was missing and then had to wait about another half hour for the rest to come.

Customer service by leamary was shamboloc , this must be a case where workers need to be trained to be respectful to customers and make them enjoy their experience

This restaurant definitely offered better food when it opened first. Still decent food, service on this occasion was pretty slow (forgetting some orders, bringing not complete meals - eg. missing salad, waiting 15 min to order a dessert). Overall nice location and ambience.
Superb, great atmosphere, great food! Regularly attend and have recommended to friends and family. Portion sizes are big so be mindful when ordering your starters.
Our main waitress was good but they took forever to bring out top up drinks!!! They definitely on time brining your bill though and ready for you to clear off after two hours. Word of advice though..., check the bill your getting is actually yours!! They gave us the wrong bill then gave us another bill with unknown additional charges on that we spotted before we paid. Also do not say thank you if you require your change otherwise they assume it’s there tip even if it was just a pound, still nice to get your change and actually say no thanks keep it..... 😒

We waited over an hour for a table, service was poor to none existent until the manager got involved and was exceptional. He gave us some great discounts and service to make up for the disappointing start.

Great venue, really attentive staff & great atmosphere. Only real downside was the quality of some of the food. We opted for the Thursday special (half a lobster, steak & half a bottle of red). The waitress didn't know the wine nor the steak type & when the steak turned up it was beyond chewy despite being cooked medium-rare (as recommended by the waitress). My dining partner seemed to get twice as much steak as me (which in itself wasn't an issue as the food portions are fairly healthy), but one section was done on the pink side of medium-rare, whilst the other was well done and had the consistency of coconut matting.
Really really wanted to love it, came away just having had a nice time, but wouldn't hurry back.

The service was really slow and they got our drinks and food orders wrong. As a result the food got cold whilst we were waiting for them to bring out the correct side dishes/ sauces. They then didn’t clear our plates for ages. Disappointing as I’ve enjoyed eating at other restaurants as part of this chain.
Used to really like this place but this time we had a table that the air conditioning leaked down ontop of us, and waited for our door for over 2 hours

Great and quick lunch for Office Colleagues. Good value for money although we did not have any alcohol. The Quick Bite choice is really good.
Excellent food and wide choice. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Only disappointments were a mix up with our order (wanted platter for 2 but only 1 prepared) and I didn’t think the beer pitcher was good value compared to per pint pricing.
Music was way too loud and had to shout across table to converse.
The service between ordering and serving the meal was the worse I have experienced.
Bad service, the waiter was not gentle and we have to wait a lot of time until one of them to look at our table to order the food.
Was rather unhappy this time round in visiting big easy for my partners birthday. I specifically said on my reservation that I would like a candle to come out with the desert and for them to sing happy birthday, when I entered the restaurant I said the same thing again and they noted it now, & then the desert came out which I didn’t even want, with no candles on & no nothing, so I spoke to the lady & she said she knew nothing. Bit of a disgrace

Was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit to Big Easy Canary Wharf! The service was absolutely terrible - our waitress was rude and we had to ask 3 times for some water and our bill. When our food turned up, our chips was missing which we then had to ask for twice! Our food was also cold! Won’t be returning in a hurry
My brisket was excellent; however the added half lobster was disappointing - small and watery. One companion had a very good sirloin steak. Other companion had the Tuesday special of “limitless” boiled shrimp. Turned out to be a small platter of sautéed shrimp (3 fairly large) with potatoes, corn and sausage in a sort of creole sauce. However, he did get 3 servings. Music was too loud for my taste so conversation was difficult. No doubt others would enjoy the music and party atmosphere.
