It just seems they are going out of business . They were quite literally out of everything we wanted to order . What we did get was not good . It was a weird experience for sure .

Our server was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We so appreciated her letting us catch up with our friends before ordering. Our last experience a few months ago had not gone as well but I am glad we came back.

Better than expected. I was here once maybe 10 months ago and had the ribeye with baked potato and salad. Was not impressed with the ribeye the first time around, but this time it was great, also, the salad and baked potato were very good.

We ordered a Yew York Srtip and a Sirlion ... Ordered medium rare. The Strip came back warm side of medium the other was better as she got towards the middle. Still not acceptable. Management was very gracious and offered a discount. Which was nice... However, we would have prefered our steaks to have been prepared correctly...

The restaurant is really ran down. Our server, Deanna was fabulous! Very nice, prompt and polite. They were out of many items. Their potato soup is as delicious as it always has been in the past. The restaurant will not sustain its life with all the new places going up around them. It’s sad it has become a restaurant of the past.

Ordered off the Brunch Menu. The shaved Prime Rib sandwich looked nothing as advertised. Not even sure it it was Prime Rib but the meat was cut thick not shaved. Asked for Medium and it was well done. Asked for over medium eggs and they were over hard. Seems like they were not even prepared to serve off the Brunch menu as advertised between the hours of 11 - 2 PM on weekends.

Shoutout to the team Sean and Maria did an excellent job hosting. This felt like a New York elevated dining experience. It was an excellent tasting and food experience. What shines the most about this restaurant is the leadership, attention to detail and customer care. The associates treat everyone like family and make it their mission to provide White Glove Service. I have visited the Chandler and Avondale locations and Arrowhead constantly out performs and consistently shows the craft of hospitality.
