We understand that things are now getting back to speed due to lesser covid restrictions, but we noticed the quality of food was not as good as before. Also, I had to send the white wine back, I think it was a bad batch. The fish was slightly undercooked, but otherwise delicious. The table server was very nice and attentive, but the servers need to say upfront that "toppers" on steak/fish will cost extra. and to ask for size of beer (unless it's just one size). I'm sure it will become the Black Angus it once was.
Amazing dining experience. From the greet, sequence of service to the chef bringing our food personally. It was my first time and wow am I impressed.
I felt very rushed. Didn’t even get my cocktail and appetizer was served. Had asked for extra cucumber dip when ordering and had to ask busboy to get it for me and some water. Then salad came out before I got through with appetizers. And did even get to start my salad when entrees were served. They offered to keep warm which I declined as I didn’t want food to try out and over cook. Then the ribeye was over cooked anyway. I had said on the app that we were celebrating birthday and told the server who forgot. They did refire my steak. The busboy was excellent and I tipped him.
It was a great experience. Everyone was very nice from the person at the door, water, busboy and even the cook who came by. Food was excellent, order came quickly, and great vAlue for the price a lot of food for the price. Great place highly recommend it.

Worst prime rib ever . Very disappointed. No one ask how my meal was. Fatty, a lot of gristle and it was a challenge to cut and chew. Very disappointed

Even though we were seated outside, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was amazing. Everything from the taste to plating was superbly done.
I am glad I used Open Table to reserve my time. When I got there, outside tables were not ready. I mentioned my reservation and the manager (Jason) quickly set up out table outside, then preceded to take our orders since he did not have a waiter assigned.
Jasmine continued servicing our group. She was attentive but allowed us time to socialize.
I was disappointed that the only menu for lunch was at dinner prices. I understand with the pandemic, that Black Angus is not up for full time service. It was a bit more expensive than I had planned for.
We were slightly late for our dinner reservations and thankfully we were quickly forgiven and sat down to a great meal! The potato wedges and zucchini appetizer were my favorite.
Thursday 6/3/2021 not busy at all but it was only 4:30. Service was good, server was good. Did the campfire feast with prime rib which was very tender with very good flavor.Mid-week is usually not that busy, for us a good thing. Some times Black Angus can be hit or miss on quality, this time it was a hit.
It took 15 min. To seat us. Manager had no idea what was going on and could not figure things out. Table we were seated at was dirty, waited ten min for anyone to come by. Buy brought bread and we asked him to clean the table and he said with a sarcastic tone it wasn’t his job he just brings bread. But with same attitude he said he would because I requested it. Left complained to manager who didn’t give a crap. He has no business running your restaurant.
It has been a while since I have visitors a Black Angus steakhouse and it was a great experience! Food and service were 10/10

You need to put salt & pepper back on the table or have the wait staff ask if you need it. The meat was great but the baked potato was only warm??yah only warm. I don't eat much so I had alot to take home which was great.
Waiter got order wrong multiple times and I asked for wedge salad dry dressing on the side, I got wet wedge and dressing on the side. My steak I asked for Medium rare got well done. Got new steak tasted terrible. My daughter and husband enjoyed their dinner what they got.

Easy to make online reservations. We were seated within 2 minutes of arrival. Our server was super friendly. Everything was good, especially the cheesy garlic bread.

Food was excellent, service was attentive, a little noisy but mostly because people are so excited to be inside and eating and interacting to no big deal in the long run!
We went there to have Prime rib and steaks with the family. It took a while to get seated but that's to be expected in these times and it was Friday evening. However, once seated our waitress, although nice and courteous, was not very attentive. Ordered coffee and received both cups with no spoons, sugar and cream until asked for. The place was not very full either, which goes back to how long it took for us to get seated. Anyway, no bread for a long time, then when it came, no small dishes to put them on, no appetizers for a long time and the food took even longer. When I did get my Prime Rib, it was nice and big and looked great along with all the trimmings. However, there it lacked some taste to it. But I would rate the plate an 8 overall. Just expected a little nicer experience than what he had. Could be a Covid thing but there's only so many times you can draw from that well to justify things nowadays.
This was our first in restaurant meal since covid started. The service given by our server, Michelle, was excellent. She checked on us often, made sure we were comfortable, she was attentive, and fulfilled all our requests promptly. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful dinner experience. It was really nice to finally be out on Friday night after only having take out for the past year. Our son enjoyed the foods immensely (we all did). The foods were so good and the bbq baby ribs were tender and juicy just like how we remembered them to be.

The steak at this Black Angus — which is what we come for — was great, tasty and tender. I might have enjoyed it more had they turned down the air conditioning, though. It was very cold in there. I ate with my jacket on and zippered. They could have hung the meat next to the table! But it was a good meal, and topping it off with the chocolate cake made my wife’s birthday celebration a success.
Everything was perfect.. food service.. staff.. restroom.. they even offered to take pics of us for us.. it was an awesome experience
Would’ve liked more of a selection for Mother’s Day brunch. The items were closer to a lunch or dinner menu. No real special menu or deals for the day.
