An overall excellent experience. Food was great, and delivered fast. We both commented on how nice it was to have the music just quietly in the background as compared to another steak restaurant where the country music is blaring so loud you can't have any sort of conversation! Also the prices were moderate. We will go again.

Issue was our server. She was excellent. Our meal was great as usual. We had the camp feast with the filet mignon. It was outstanding.

After coming here for years and being delighted, this was our first experience that was less than expected. Rib eye steak had several very large chunks (1-1/2" by 1-1/2"!) of fat - not marbled fat as usual -probably almost 2 ounces of the total steak. Several requests to server were forgotten for a long enough period that it took the shine off of our birthday celebration. Side salads are now made differently and not as well, and toppings on the classic baked potato were virtually nonexistent. Perhaps it was just a bad night, but it felt like the standards we have come to expect from Black Angus have taken a real nose-dive. We will likely give them one more try in the future to see if things have been corrected, but our experience last night was quite disappointing.
