Me & my wife love the food from the Ontario location I wish covid wasn’t involved with our lives because the inside total experience is better then the outside one but all in all still great food & service for all demographics

Went there to celebrate my anniversary and was happy to be able to sit down and enjoy dinner with my wife. The service was great and everything was properly spaced and cleaned.
We were sat 30 minutes after our reservation. Sat at a table in the dark without any heater and it was windy. No cover. We left before we even ordered. It was a terrible experience.
Excellent place to eat. We liked the Black Angus in Ontario, CA before the March 2020 COVID-19 pandemic began. Since March we have been looking for a place to eat where the food was served hot, in a timely manner, and that offered the same meals that they offered prior to March 2020. Hands down this place is best outside dinning experience.
Started off by asking about their trio offer. I was told we could pick from 3 different steaks and that comes with lobster tail and shrimp. So let's start with that. The steak I picked wound up being $8 more than the advertised price to which I was never once told about until the check came so NO you do NOT have a choice with the meal. You get one type of steak and you can upgrade but they wont tell you that. Thanks for screwing me over on that! The shrimp were frozen microwave garbage and tasted exactly as such. The lobster was the smallest I've ever seen in my life. Seriously, one bite. I asked what lettuce the salad came with and I was told iceberg and romain, that was a lie, it was that spring mix garbage. They brought out my steak and walked away. They had no intention of bringing me my lobster or shrimp, had to ask for it and wait another 20 minutes to get it. My wifes chicken came out as complete rubber. Had to get that replaced. Had to ask multiple times for thing like salt and pepper. Gotta love eating outside with the flies. Yum! And the super loud 10 freeway was so romantic. Now to top off the night, did management care one bit about any of the "food" issues we faced? NOPE! He couldn't have cared less.

It was my hubby’s birthday. The food was amazing the only issue was our server kept forgetting little things we would ask for
Overall we enjoyed our experience. We always love the food and the dinner for two is delicious. Our biggest complaint is that we had a reservation time and waited at least 30 minutes more than our scheduled time. That is a little frustrating when you have a babysitter and limited time away from your kid. But the service was good and the environment felt nice and safe.
Eating outside is not really enjoyable, chasing flies away from food. Food itself was not good, did not even finish the steak bacon cheeseburger. Service was good.
This is our go-to family steakhouse. Reasonable prices, good food and great drinks.
Enjoyed our dinners and service, however, we would prefer to sit inside instead of outside. The noise of cars and flying insects are just not our cup of tea.
First Time to this restaurant. Our server Luis gave us excellent customer service. He told us about their specials. We had the Trio which included steak, shrimp and lobster. It was delicious. We are definitely going back.

It is just rough to eat in a tent with flies and it is hot outside. I miss the ambiance of sitting in one one of the nice comfortable booths inside. I will not return until we can go inside to eat. Food and service were both great.

The campfire feast is the bomb. Trio fest was excellent.
This dinner was to celebrate my mother’s 65th birthday and the staff was extremely nice. Took about 10 mins. to get our table though, that was a bit annoying. I assumed with a reservation our table would already be ready. Besides that, the staff was extremely attentive, everyone practiced social distancing, everything was cleaned and the food was bomb! I’d go again!

Super disappointed in the overall experience. Since the Covid I do realize there have been some changes but the Manager needs to step up everything here I have done a few outdoor dining and this was the worst. The Servers personality was lacking when we asked for salt and pepper the server told the person bussing to hand us the salt & pepper off a dirty table no sanitizing or cleaning just passed it over. We had our own in our purses but some places are just using the togo salt and pepper to avoid problems. I asked for my steak Med Rare it came out med to med well. We waited a very long time just for waters.
Waited 35 minutes after my reserved time. Server took another 20 minutes to come and offer drinks. Had to ask the man that picks up the tables to bring us drinks or something. Absolutely no attention from our server, other than when we ordered & brought the food. Steak was too dry, didn't enjoy it. 1 st I'm disappointed in this place & to make matters worst it was out 10yr. Anniversary. Worst dinner date
We had a reservation at 6:30 p.m. and took over 45 minutes to be seated due to some earlier parties sitting for 2-3 hours. You need to limit the amount of time they are sitting taking up a table after they receive the check, please
Ordered the filet and I’m sure it was a sirloin. It was overcooked and tasted terrible!!!!
Manager was passive aggressive. They didn't accommodate my reservation requirements for a special occasion. Not going back there for a event. Food was good.
Usually this is our favorite restaurant but this time our experience was very disappointing. First of all, although we had a reservation they wanted to split our party which we refused to accept since we were actually celebrating my daughters birthday. Secondly, the quality of the food was pretty bad. Food Looks very good in pictures but actually was not the best. The server was having a little bad attitude but at least she got better towards the end. Overall we didn’t enjoy this visit at all. We were completely disappointed with the quality of food and service for the amount of money we spent.
The server wasn't very attentive. Slow service.
Our steaks were way over cooked. Medium rare didn't even have any pink in it. It was well done and dry! The baked potato soup was barely warm. The bread was hard and dry.

I get the Covid thing, but 1 black tent placed in the sunny side of the parking lot isn’t well thought out. Considering the price, the steaks were sub-par (gristle in a filet?) the broccoli was barely steamed. My dinner salad showed up 10-15 minutes before my wife’s. So I waited... We asked that we don’t get appetizers, salads etc., all at once. The dinners arrived about 30 seconds after my wife’s salad arrived.
2 family friends joined us (CA locals) joined us and they suggested this Angus, but after our experience they decided they would not return. There are other close-by options that are better managed.
