We mentioned it was cold out and our server immediately set out heaters for us and all the guests. Was very pleased with the attention we received.

I think this will be the last Thanksgiving dinner at Black Angus after going there the last 10+ years! The price has gotten ridiculous! Cost us way more than a steak dinner when we can use a coupon special which you are not allowed to use on Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving dinner there used to be a special reasonable price but not anymore! Started out at 9.95 a person and now 23.95 per person???? I know you have to allow for inflation but come on!!! Then due to covid (which is nobody's fault), had to eat outside! Not real comfortable! Should have compensated your guests in the price of the dinner!!
We had a delicious Thanksgiving turkey meal. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Everything went very well. Black Angus is my all time favorite restaurant.

Our first table was literally in the parking away from the tent covering. We asked to be moved, which we were! My wife asked for her steak med well and it was way undercooked & our potatoes were cold.
Due to COVID, we had to eat outside, it was chilly but not too bad. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious.
It was awesome.. but it was my husbands birthday and I thought we was going to get a dessert,but we didn't.
Right now it is only outside dining, so not the nicest, but as always the food and service were exceptional, the staff was friendly and making the best of the coronavirus experience.

Okay steak snobs, I know it's a chain. I know Stuart Anderson takes it on the chin for his chain often (he's been dead four years). BUT, for date night my bride of 37 years and I decided to give it a go. Was the meal as good as Duane's or Sycamore Inn or Flemings? Well, all things considered, yes! It was a pleasant evening, all dining was outside, noise level was acceptable, our server was a HOOT (thank you JT), and the food was well prepared and tasty.
Starting with the shrimp cocktail, my wife decided to add potato skins and call that her meal as she nibbled on my dinner salad. It was all excellent. The shrimp flavorful and the proper texture, too many incredible skins to eat (took some home), and I washed mine down with a Montana Mai Tai ... I am a guy who likes fruity rum drinks!!!
My entrée was a New York steak cooked medium with au gratin potatoes. The steak, cooked perfectly, was a little thinner than I like but excellent. Tongue teasing taste with a single tiny section of gristle ,,, I definitely enjoyed it. And I had forgotten what REAL made-from-scratch au gratin pomme de terres tasted! So moist, soft, cheesy and wonderful ... please, ma'am, may I have more!!! (<Not really, we wanted dessert, but it WAS that good!)
We split the No-Flour Chocolate Torte, a decadent blend of four chocolates topped with a ganache, and a Lemon Poppyseed Cake layered with luscious lemon buttercream frosting and topped with fresh honey-tossed strawberries. The Torte ... chocolate flavored "butter"! So rich and creamy best eaten small bites at a time and with hot black coffee!
The Cake was polished off first. The exact opposite in consistency from the Torte, it was light, airy and detectible!
Would we come here again? Absolutely. Definitely better than I expected.
Always love Black Angus. The food and service at this location is always exceptional. We go for the happy hour and we were so excited that it has started up again in San Bernardino. Our server Phil was very attentive and is always pleasant. The food is always outstanding.

Still doing outside dining. It was pretty good but not the best experience quizzed on a sidewalk next to the parking lot. It did seem a little more intimate though.
We had a great server and the outside set up was nice and spaced out.
Everything was great except the fact that we had to dine outside which takes away from the ambiance.

My party of 6, had a really great time. Our waiter Raphael was very helpful and was always there when we needed him. We went out there to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Raphael made this a very pleasant one. The food was real good. Thank you Black Angus Steakhouse in San Bernardino.
A good option during dining restrictions. It was easy to make a reservation for six the day of for a Sunday afternoon. We were seated quickly. Food came out quickly after ordering. Steaks were seasoned well and portions of sides and salads were good. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
Considering the setup due to Covid, they have done an ok job.
Waitress was very good, friendly and helpful.
Suggest they move all dinning to covered tents, rather then outside along building.
My salmon was very good but the asparagus was overdone and stringy. My date's steak was grisly and he didn't even want to take the left over home. Disappointed because usually we've had good food. Service was excellent, however.
Reservation was not ready waited about 30min, other than that all was good.
The waiter was awesome. Our dinner was okay, my steak had a lot of fat by the time I cut all the fat out my steak was kinda small.
Everything was wonderful and enjoyable. The server was excellent the food was delicious. Fresh and the right temperature made well. Will return again and open table made it easy to dine with a reservation from home.
The food is great. The outside dinning is good they have the table 6ft apart from each other.

There was 2 pieces of hair in my baked potato soup, and then another piece of hair in my sons 6 year old black cloth, server was rude and never checked on us. Tables are way to small for the amount of food served. The manager apologized, and no discounts were given. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant For a party of 3 or more because the limited table space. Food wasn’t that good like before.!!!!
