Service and food were exceptional as always. Patio tables are well spaced out due to COVID restrictions. Heaters were not necessary on day of visit, however, patio is covered and you can see the abundance of built in overhead heaters available for the colder days coming. Tracking measures via contact info taken for all guests at table. Kudos!

We had an excellent meal at the Black Angus. The staff was, as always, attentive and the food excellent. The heaters on the patio kept us quite warm. The only detraction was the noise of the traffic about which nothing can be done. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening out.

Me and my date came in 5 minutes before last call, and they still made accommodations for us. I forget our waitress’ name but she had long red hair and she was excellent. She never made us feel rushed, and was always making sure we were okay, even though we stayed 30 minutes after the restaurant had closed. The food was amazingly tasty and cooked to perfection, and was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in my life! Definitely going to come back here again for special occasions. The service was excellent. They acknowledged our 20th anniversary. The nine in rib eye was ok..very fatty cut of meat hard to cut and left about a 3rd of it in the end ...
I didn't want to complain because it would upset my wife so I just left it.
Can't say I would return. I've been many times when at the original location. I'd say either it was a bad cut if meat or quality is going down a bit .

The food servings, while a bit expensive, provided us with two meals each - a "doggy bag" for what we did not finish.
Wirth the opening to the outside, a wee bit noisy with traffic and a booth with wee kiddies. But not too bad.

The decorations and prices are similar to the restaurants in downtown Toronto. The services were pretty good. After all, it is a nice restaurant at the west end of the city.

We live close by so we’ve done takeout many times from this place. We dined in for the first time and we were very impressed with the food, the service, and the ambiance. It’s very lovely inside and the patio is perfect for the summer. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

My husband and I have been to several steakhouses, and coming to Black Angus has been on our list for years!
The staff were friendly, and the food all came out in a timely manner. We were very happy about that!
The house salad was excellent!! Best I’ve ever had. But the rest of the meal was not so great. We ordered a ribeye and a filet mignon and 3 sides - fries, Brussels sprouts and cheesy garlic bread. The filet mignon was perfect in the middle, but I found the outer part of the steak a little too charred and quite hard. Brussel sprouts were also way too burnt for my liking. The fried and garlic bread were fine.
We paid $165 with a 20% Tip, and I just didn’t feel like I got my monies worth.

The food and service was really good. The tables were spaced well apart. The waiter was friendly and funny while remaining professional. The calamari special was crunchy and delicious and the tenderloin melted in your mouth.

We’ve been to Black Angus numerous times when it was at the other location / different owner and loved the place. Food was always great. This was our first time at the new location and was extremely disappointed. They mixed up my sons order, mine and my husband’s steak were both rare even though we ordered medium rare. The steak was tasteless. I had to ask them for salt! Glad I finally tried it because now I will know not to eat there again. There are a lot of great places to eat steak in Toronto.
