Very nice food and enjoyable atmosphere. Staff very friendly too
Amazing food, fabulous service! See you again soon.
Amazing appetizers, especially the ribs. The entrees were okay, but not nearly as tasty as appetizers. Not a fan of the fixed menu, a little pricy
Food very good quality and reasonable prices serving outdoors confused staff without strict table numbering we were left waiting for food longer than necessary especially with only a few heaters but nothing wrong with quality of food when it was eventually delivered.
I liked the set menu choice. I can recommend the ribs for starters they are delic & so we're the main courses beef rendang & Khmer curry with chicken. We were outside in the garden which was a little chilly after a while but in the summer it will be perfect. I would definitely go again the food was delicious .
Went as a group from work, all of remarked how good the food was an what a find this place was. We will be back
Delicious food. Great ambiance and setting. Recommend.
Pork ribs were sensational. Lovely garden
Me and my friend arrived at 2pm and were seated in the garden which was 50% full at the time. We ordered drinks and food, we then waited 1 hour before asking where our drinks were and it seemed like they had forgotten. We were served our drinks with no explanation or apology. We even waited another hour for our food to arrive which was so spicy for a traditional green curry that is usually mild, I couldn’t eat it as I was crying. We then found out that the 2 vegetable spring rolls for the starter were £12!! I don’t see how you can just £12 for 2 spring rolls. We receive no reason or apology for the lateness of the food and overall was a dreadful experience. I would never eat here again and I have told people to beware of this place.
The outdoor courtyard had a great ambience and good music, just at the right volume level. We ordered 2 courses from the set menu. The starters were excellent. There was then quite a long wait for the main course, but they tasted great when they did arrive.
Service was extremely slow and diSrupted other plans.
Shambolic service throughout. Slow taking orders, lack of service etiquette, tables not managed correctly. Staff dressed very scruffily. However food was tasty and well cooked, drinks well made. Exception was the cocktail manager, he was very professional.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely! Service was slightly slow, but the staff were so friendly and working very hard in the rain! We will 100% come back. Loved it.
First time visiting on our anniversary we were not disappointed.Food was excellent & so were the cocktails. The service was very friendly & quick despite being very busy.
A great meal and drinks and our party of 5 felt truly looked after even on a busy Friday.
We ordered and our food took more than 1 hour to arrive, I had to go to the waitress to check it with the kitchen. She didn’t even realise after an hour that our food still hadn’t come. Once she got to us with the food, said that the chef did it with priority! After ONE HOUR he did it with priority??? It was a joke. The flavour of the food was nice but unfortunately the vegetables weren’t cooked properly, perhaps because after one hour he was rushing to cook it. And it wasn’t even because it was full, as most of the people were just drinking. Really disappointed, we just had a drink out of 3 on the house. Not even a discount or anything. Not sure we’ll go back unfortunately.
Gorgeous hidden gem of a garden, and the food is absolutely fantastic! Current favourite beer garden
A very disappointing experience, food and service were awful,
The outdoor sitting area is beautiful and spacious. You won't get disappointed on their spring rolls. The service is good too.
Excellent food! Lovely venue. We’ll be back! Thank you!
Amazing food and cocktails. Outside seating area was lovely and warm.
Superb. Food was excellent, service was excellent. The outdoor area was great.
Just no need for the music to be quite so loud.
Waited almost two hours for main courses. Gave up, left and used Deliveroo instead.
Food was good. Massively let down by service on this occasion unfortunately.
We ordered drinks and food at once, swiftly. Drinks took 15-20 minutes. When starters finally arrived they were great but empty plates left on table for over 20 mins despite moving them to edge of table as prompt.
Considered asking for the bill as mains took so long. When they finally arrived we asked for other drinks which had been empty for some time. Drinks never came.
Asked for bill, was given the wrong one twice. Other customers were having similar issues.
Manager wasn’t helping the staff who were clearly junior struggling, instead was delegating all tasks one after another.
Food was nice, they have a clear theme.
Drinks take way too long to come.
Overall disappointed and was not recommend which is a shame because the place has great potential.
Parking information on the web could be clearer. Payment machine is also down so you have to call the number which takes 10 minutes and makes you late for your table.
Service could have been a bit more attentive but overall a good dinning experience.
The ambiance was quaint and we had a wonderful time as a group of six. The members of staff were extremely courteous and considerate to our group's special dietary requirements.
Food wise the starters were mind-blowing but almost all of us were a tad disappointed with the mains. Two of us ordered Fish Amok which was beautifully fragrant and flavour-some however it was a bit too sweet for which I could not fully savour it . Another friend ordered a vegetarian jackfruit main which unfortunately was too hot and spicy to finish. So the otherwise perfect girls night out spirit was dampened by the main course especially after the stellar starters.
Would I go back again ? Yes Absolutely , we would love to have more of those delectable starters if they were available outside the set menu or if we could order a starter as our mains. But our experience overall was very good.
A lovely safe and friendly venue, fantastic cocktails and the food is delicious! Can’t wait to return 🍽🍸🍷
Fantastic people, food and drink!
See you again very shortly
Really lovely friendly service. The service was attentive without being intrusive, which is a difficult balance to reach. The starters were tasty although the mains were a little disappointing, however we would be willing to return to try alternatives on the mains.
Big thank you to Rich and Alex (the lovely bartender) for making us feel special, especially for my husband's birthday! We loved it and will return! Thank you.
They are under staffed, hence the service was extremely slow. Don’t forget your coat to seat outside. The food is great and the staff is actually nice: we’ve got free deserts fo our long, long wait.
Really delicious food and fantastic outdoor dining area. All the staff are lovely. Only complaint was that the cocktails were quite watered down and lacking in alcohol, and the service was slow but this is understandable given that it was fully booked! We will definitely be returning because the food is so good. Highly recommend :)
The food and service was excellent - friendly staff, great beer garden and tasty food.
Very accommodating staff, great little garden area, staff are superb and very helpful. Food and cocktails were superb.
Will definitely be going again
Not how I remembered Blue Piano pre Covid. The menu was the same but the quality nothing like as good. We waited forever for our mains - turned out they’d forgotten about it and when it came it had the consistency of sludge. I suspect it had been sat on the side & then reheated in the microwave. Very disappointed.
Awful experience. This was the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant. We tried to be patient knowing that the restaurant was just reopening again and that the service was unlikely to be up to scratch but there was no excuse for what happened. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledge and sat down. It took a further half an hour to receive some drinks. An hour and 15 minutes after we sat down after chasing multiple times we were told that no one actually processed our food order. The lady was more worried that she wasn’t the person that served us rather than trying to offer us any compensation. Safe to say we enjoyed our bottle of wine and KFC much better. Will not be stepping foot there again. It’s a shame as the food actually smelled lovely.
We were seated under the tarpaulin/gazebo and it could have done with some sort of heating as the evening got chilly.
Good good but too slow service particularly for lunchtime
Lovely atmosphere, courteous staff and good food at very fair prices.
Keep coming back because we love the place. Food second to none and lovely staff.
