Excellent restaurant. It is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to in the UK. Great menu, and very reasonably priced.

Loved Bocco di Lupo had a very warm welcome food was amazing and staff helpful . Bill nighey sitting opposite Only weak area our table was booked for 2.45 and kitchen closed at 3 which we didn’t know felt it was a bit rushed . Certainly recommend the suckling pig

You’ll have to reserve weeks possibly months in advance, but the summary is it’s worth it. The staff are friendly. Service feels genuine. Mine was a party of six including a nonagenarian wheelchair-bound grandmother. They were considerate. I appreciated it. The selection of dishes we chose was 80% vegetarian. It was tasty. We chose prosecco and primitivo red from southern italy. The desserts were excellent - I had a caffe alla nocciola. Around half the tables were birthday parties. It was about £45 a head. I’m looking forward to the next time.

This is my third time at this fantastic restaurant and I can’t rate it highly enough. Top class food, location and service and I will definitely keep coming back! The best calamari I’ve ever had.

The food is remarkable and delicious, not generic italian at all. Wine was also crisp and refreshing.

Would be good to get a general guidance on portion sizes as it's difficult to understand how much to order.
Also the tables are quite small which makes sharing multiple plates tricky.

Food was great and came quickly, server was very knowledgeable about the food. Wine was harder the first bottle was out of stock and the re-ordered one came after food had been served. Overall very good

Booked counter seats via the web site close to closing time. But we arrived early and managed to get seats within the restaurant. All aspects of our visit - service, food quality, ambience and price - were very good.Will return.

The food at Bocca di Lupo is very good and truly Italian cuisine! Everything is fresh and the pasta is homemade. I have lived in Italy for 5 years and this is one of the few restaurants in London that will actually serve Italian cuisine and not Bristish-Italian cuisine or American Pizza. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Only thing that could be better is the staff at the entrance.. The woman taking our coats and bringing us to our table was very rude.

This has been a favourite for a while now, the staff are lovely and really down to earth. Stuffed safe leaves with anchovies are divine, the wine is lovely too.

I wish we had visited sooner. One of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in London in a long time. If we could have I would have ordered the whole menu, there wasn’t a single dish that didn’t appeal. All of it was tasty and you could tell it was cooked by people who also like to eat good food. Service was excellent too.

Food is incredible and very tasty! Small plates allows you to try several dishes. Service was quick but at times it felt the waiters were trying to rush us and pressuring us to order soon. Other than that, it was a great experience!

We went to Bocca Di Lupo for a pre-theatre supper and were treated, right from the start, in an efficient, informed and welcoming way. The young man who was assigned as our waiter quickly established our needs and preferences and led us through a range of suggestions from the extensive menu. We were in his hands completely and grateful to have his suggestions.
The food came out rapidly and steadily as we finished each plate (tapas style). Simple and complex all had an authentically fresh taste that set each apart from another. A pairing with a Sicilian red wine worked perfectly. Finishing with swift desserts and good coffee we were just in time for the start of the first night of Upstart Crow.
Next time we’ll come back and make use of the Bocca Di Lupo gelatiria across the road too. This was a real find and we loved it.

Very lively place with an excellent and unusual menu with regional Italian dishes good as sharing plates. Not a place for a quiet restful evening but good for post theatre by which time most of the other diners were very loud. They kindly offered us a table tho' the only option on-line had been the counter, though i like that too - watching it all cooked right in front of you. The desserts look good but had ordered too much earlier! The plates are generous.

We sat at the bar to eat which had a great atmosphere. The service was super efficient without making us feel rushed and the waiter gave us good advice in relation to what size plates to order and which wine. The food was beautifully cooked and it was nice to share all the plates. The only reason we haven't given the food five stars was that we found the langoustines slightly disappointing. But the ravioli was out of this world.

What a fabulous restaurant. We had a wonderful meal, great service. Will definitely recommend and will be coming again (and again).

Superb food but the restaurant staff made a very big issue out of us needing to take no longer than 2 hours and rushed us through the whole thing. No time for an aperitif and no time to linger at the end over coffee. That is ok if you are not paying £80 per head.

Absolutely delicious food, ideal for sharing which means you get to try a great selection of wonderful small plates. Went for a birthday lunch with friends and we all decided we will celebrate there again next year!

Early dinner after a show with 3 small plates, squid, scallop risotto, and polenta with wild boar. All excellent. Service good and enjoyed it all.

Single dinners are seated at the counter, where the seats are too low. But that's the only downside here: the food is fantastic, the wines by the glass great, and the staff pretty good at paying attention in a busy space. Noise level is high.

Bocca Di Lupo was an excellent choice for dinner, the food was delicious and the service was lovely. If you’re lucky you will catch Carolina who was immensely helpful when it came to the menu or any other needs we had.

Delicious food, attentive service, lively atmosphere (not a quiet, getting to know you, first date spot). Do yourself a favor and sit at the counter on the chefs end. The Roman Tripe is exquisite. Frito misto selections also top notch.
