Bocca Di Lupo
We specialise in the obscure and the delicious highlights of food and wine from all across Italy's twenty regions. If we can make something ourselves, we do - gelati, breads, sausages, salame, pickles, mostarda, and pasta of course - the rest is carefully sourced from Italy. A selection of Italian wines and home-made and imported foods is available for delivery, along with our famous gelato, from Gelupo.
Our Remus Room is a warm and sumptuous setting for any party. It can accommodate twelve to thirty two persons seated, fifty standing, and is always served by its own chef in a dedicated, adjacent kitchen.View Private Dining Details
Absolutely fabulous food. Delicious, inventive, beautiful. One of the memorable meals of my life.
The food, service and ambience were excellent, it was just a bit uncomfortable sitting at the bar, where the seating isn't really set-up at the right height for eating. I'm sure as a drinking bar, it would be fine, but as an eating bar, the tools and bar are at the wrong height for normal sized people.
Great food - wonderful service. Only downfall is that sitting at the counter you are quite low to the table & it’s quite tight so there’s a bit of elbow bashing!
Great value and great service. The food was delicious and we had a really lovely and memorable time. The only thing was the restaurant at the back is quite loud (but this also makes for a great atmosphere). Will be coming back for sure!
The food never disappoints. It’s authentic, always very fresh tasting and also inventive. The service is always top class and the waiters are always extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately the restaurant is quite small and they do pack people in. There’s hardly any room to move and the noise level from people chatting makes it a challenge to hold a conversation.
Brilliant food, incredible bread and great service. We’ll be back!
I have been here a few times before and the food did not disappoint. The service was also great except for the fact that we had to wait a bit for our table. Love this place.
A very good all round experience. A wide choice of dishes and the option of small or large portions is an excellent idea. Very good local wine at a reasonable price. Service was excellent, attentive but not overpowering.
The food was very hit and miss, bland with nothing too memorable or exciting about it. Worst of all of was seeing a customer personally thank the chef on his way, and then all the staff were taking the mick out of the customer. On top of that, the constant swearing at the passe is not so nice to hear when you are sitting right next to it!
Went for per theatre drinks and a meal. Excellent and friendly service and the meal was outstanding.
Seats at the chefs counter/ kitchen amplified the experience in appreciating the food and the cooking skills to present excellent food, hot, timely, great quality and value paired with wines from the Sommeliers knowledgeable recommendations .
Wonderful staff and food. As always such an amazing time!
Superb. Couldn't fault it in anyway. The food was excellent the drinks menu was great and the best Negroni Blanco ever.
It was very nice experience. The steak was perfect- recommended.
Value for money for such outstanding food in London
Our fourth visit - this time with two friends so we sat at the back of the restaurant, rather than at the bar.
Service was excellent as usual with the waitress providing her recommendations and input.
The ragu is a firm favourite as is the sea bream carpaccio.
Our favourite Italian restaurant in London.
Fantastic restaurant for dinner before the theatre and the staff was outstanding- attentive without being overbearing and it was clear they work as a brilliant team, with much humour! The food was delicious too- we will be back!
Fabulous food - wonderful grilled mussels with chilli oil, caponata, prawns with squid and delicious wine all complemented with great service. Will be back...
A wide ranging menu and wine list. Also do wine by the glass or carafe. A great "buzz" in the restaurant it was busy but that had no negative effect on the service. Loved it.
Excellent in every respect
Took my parents here for their 40th wedding anniversary. Most of the food was excellent, pasta was a little cold and small portion could be better described as bite size. Restaurant was extremely packed with tables very close together. I couldn't get my chair in properly as the man behind me was so close, kept getting bumped by customers and staff. Very small table for 4 people, very little room for food and drinks, had to keep rearranging. Insanely loud, couldn't hear each other talk. Specials were sold out before 7pm which was disappointing. 12.5% service charge added automatically. Overall was disappointed, general ambience did not make this a good spot for a special occasion.
Absolutely outstanding service and beautiful food.
Fab little Italian and loved the tapas style menu. Gorgeous food and atmosphere pre-theatre.
Relaxed but upmarket setting. Great selection of wines and dishes. Service was friendly and swift. Could have been better with recommendations. Food was delicious. especially the porchetta.
Bocca Di Lupo is alway fantastic. The food the ambiance and the service are wonderful and still one of our favorite restaurants in London.
Great place to visit for a pre theatre meal busy lively Italian restaurant we sat at the bar which was nice especially watching all the chefs cooking lots of lovely Italian dishes wine was very good bit pricey but you are in London so what to expect I suppose overall great experience definitely book a seat at the bar
Great as always!
Always have an enjoyable experience! Today I had the spaghetti and squid ragu, the daily special. Nice atmosphere and staff efficient and polite.
A hard reservation to make. Bocca Di Lupo has an interesting menu with some very specific regional specialities. The pace is frenetic and the service erratic. The bar stools do not have backs and the table are crowded. The good food helps to compensate for the noise, crowded dining space and less than superb service.
Excellent food and service. Very good value for money! One minor point was it's a bit cramped in bar but still acceptable.
Fantastic experience! This is a proper sit down, fancy dining place, but at a moderate price point. They offer small and big plates for most dishes so you have an option to order smalls and try different things.
Great Italian Restaurant I would eat there every night!
As good as my Nona’s cooking... delizioso!!!!
Good value and excellent service
Excellent place ...food amazing and atmosphere conducive to a business discussion
Lovely meal and great services. I'll be back. Yum!
Lively buzzing restaurant. Loved the way the menu indicated where in Italy each choice originated. Super excellent wine list and sommelier. Sat at the bar so was happy to watch the chefs preparing the food. Not fussy, but great down to earth top quality Italian food.
Another visit to a favourite venue resulted in another long, lazy lunch. By slowly going through the menu with small tasting plates paired with the wines on offer we managed to sample delights from marinated sea bream, fresh pasta, fresh vibrant salads and grilled fish that fell away from the bone. Finished the meal with an Expresso Martini, fresh fruit, gelato and cannoli, perfect. Great service and helpful and knowledgeable sommelier. I will be back sooner rather than later.
Food great especially if you want to have more authentic italian food but service disappointing: main dishes were brought to different people with a big delay so we couldn’t start eating together worrying that food can get cold, some drinks orders had to be reminded and they would not be served but just ‘dumped’ on the table.
Amazing restaurant! The Sommelier was excellent. Would highly recommend
Have now eaten here twice and very much looking forward to returning!
