Excellent food (generous portions) and good wine list in modern atmosphere. Efficient and friendly service.
Overpriced. Music was far too loud. However, the service was good. Won’t be going back.
Great location, sounded promising. Had lunch during a week day with work colleague but the two starters we had were tasteless. Don't choose the artichoke salad. Burrata was passable. Calamari was a good portion. Prawn and lobster tortellini was dry and pasta was thick. I heard the pizzas are good which may have been a better choice. Service was very good. Tables are close together and not much social distancing if you are uncomfortable eating downstairs with no open windows for ventilation.
Love the place. The team that serviced us is amazing. Food is exceptional.
The avocado salmon tartare starter was great. The minestrone soup was rather tasteless. Spaghetti alle vongole were tasteless with very few and very tiny clams. Risotto fruit di mare was spectacular... one of the best I have ever tasted. Wine and coffee were great as well. Lastly, atmosphere, and service were great.
Truffle pasta, truffle pizza, truffle chips, truffle beef tartare ALL TO DIE FOR 😍😍
Extremely overpriced food. Very small portions and not even that tasty. We shared a bottle of wine between 4 people and ended up paying £80 per person for starters + 1 dish + sharing desserts. You pay just for the fancy location
Charming waiters, lovely atmosphere, food delicious. A little over priced on the starters, but delicious.
Lovely food and great service, pizzas are amazing!
A SUPERB AUTHENTIC ITALIAN MEAL SERVED BY EXCELLENT STAFF,
WHAT MORE CAN I SAY ?? ITS THE BEAT ITALIAN I HAVE BEEN TO IN A LONG TIME. THANK YOU
Great food and service and ambience. Truffle pasta was amazing!!!
Worst experience ever. Food was absolutely horrible. Was definitely not worth the money.
great Nye menu. Fun night with live music and dancers. I highly recommend
Dined here for New Year’s Eve set menu and experience. Notwithstanding staff efforts to try to make a memorable experience, some disappointing aspects soured evening and rating. Spotty service, it took more than 20 minutes to receive first drinks after ordering them, and waiter was rushing us for food order before we even had chance to order drinks. No wine by the glass only bottle. Ridiculous upsell after guests are already paying set menu price. Especially for someone who only wanted a glass.
Salmon was undercooked and sent back. Second try was fine.
Absolutely amazing experience!! Food was fabulous & service was exceptional.
Good food and great service.
Slow service and overpriced for the quality of the food.
Very over-priced, staff were miserable, resturent was half booked yet every time we required anything we had to searching for staff. Food absolutely horrible. I ordered lamb cutlets which had more fat then meat on it. Would never recommend it to any one. And all this cost £400 for 2 adults and one child.
Outstanding food and service
Great food. Lobster linguine was awesome. Lovely service and atmosphere. Will go again.
Amazing staff, welcoming and always available. Highly recommend for food and atmosphere. Superb overall, that's what you expect if you have dinner in Mayfair!
It was amazing food , place!
To begin with the porter has a terrible attitude, was rude from the get go, and questioned me at the door about my reservation. When he doesn't even has an iPad or computer to check, so that was pointless and a waste of time.
I ordered the osso bucco and had to send it back. The saffron risotto was tasteless, and the meat was off the bone, as if it had been cooked in a hurry , it was so tough.
the whole point to order the osso bucco is to enjoy it with the bone and have the bone marrow. We had to send the truffle pizza back as well because it was stone cold, as if it had been sat on the side.
We spent the whole night serving our own wine and water, and had a hard time getting the waiters attention. Definitely a let down, we used to come here a lot pre-covid and the service was 100% better.
Was very quiet which was lovely as needed a place to eat, will 100% be going here again :)
Food was overrated. Service was slow and poor. Had to ask several times for our drinks which we ordered at the start and didn’t arrive till after our starters. Probably won’t visit again.
Everything was truly amazing. My waitress was so kind and attentive. I couldn’t recommend this place more if I tried. I loved every second. Will be back before I leave.
Had a really great bottomless brunch experience with my husband. The music created a buzz but was quiet enough for us to talk. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive staff. Would do it again
Loved the restaurant, staff and ambiance perfect
Will not be going back! - The DJ was good, probably the one best thing about the whole experience. The food and drinks was massively over priced for the quality of the food. Service was okay, one waiter in particular was very friendly he also made the experience nicer. Over all 2/5, wouldn’t recommend as there was nothing special about the restaurant apart from the interior.
Great experience as usual!
Place was empty and didn’t live to its standards
This was by far one of the worse restaurants I have been to in the heart of Mayfair. I wouldn’t call this fine dining at all.
To begin with, the waitress was shocking. The way she was pouring water into our glasses was as if she was mind blowing! The water spilt all over the table and she would let the water overflow and drip down the side of the glass. This happened every time she kept coming back to our table to refill our glasses.
My friend ordered pasta which had nuts however the menu made no mention of nuts. She asked for this to be removed. They literally scrapped the top half and brought it back out within 5 seconds. When we had a look, there were still nuts at the bottom of the plate. In frustration, we asked for a completely different main.
The waitress dropped cutlery on the floor at least 10-15 times. Tables sat next to us were appalled because she didn’t apologise at all and everything seemed very frantic and it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience.
There was a table sat right next to us and when the waitress served them, a glass went flying out of her hand and came close to us. Both my friend and I were very tense as we thought it was going to hit us. The male sitting on the table asked if she was okay and questioned what was happening tonight? She didn’t apologise and just responded with “oh.” A complaint was then made to the manager about the waitress and the male questioned everything about the way she was behaving. The manager responded “haha maybe she is drunk?” Is this how a manager responds? No empathy whatsoever!
This personally wasn’t an enjoyable experience. As mentioned, cutlery dropped relentless times. We could hear plates banging and breaking. There was no etiquette and it just didn’t feel like a fine dining experience. I personally wouldn’t go back here again and there are other Italian restaurants in London where you can get better service and better quality food.
Quite expensive for what is served. The clams were not cleaned properly so left a very sandy / gritty feel in the mouth which was no pleasant. Staff were nice. Defo better Italian restaurants in London for better value in money as well!
Amazing food, great service, water was abit pricey
The place is clean and nice, food is Superb and well presented, but a bit over priced.
Good all round
Seafood Risotto was amazing.
So very embarrassing. Was with a client and had to flag down the waiter over and over again. And the food was mediocre
Bad service unfriendly staff
Far too cold. Why chilled air conditioning is billowing out on us in winter is beyond me. Food cold in an instant…. As a result guests weren’t chilled they were cold. Pizza Prices astronomical for what you actually get.
