Exceptional Service to go along with the food. My wife and I went to Quality Italian on the recommendation of a friend. We could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend the burrata cheese is superb. We had the truffle pasta and boar ragu' and enjoyed both. If you get a chance ask for Ranieri, you won't be disappointed.

Quality Italian is a perfect lunch destination if you're looking for a fancier lunch. The food, service and atmosphere are all fantastic. We had the risotto seafood and veal milanese. All meals were prepared well and delicious. I would recommend any of these options. A great lunch spot in a good location.

Elegant restaurant with great atmosphere, food and service We chose Quality Italian for a dinner out with family and it did not disappoint! The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere... elegant and refined. The service was attentive without being overbearing and the food was delicious! The wine list was very broad and diverse. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

We had to wait in the middle of the restaurant for 45‘ for the table, they did not even offered us something to drink…it was that loud that we couldn’t talk with each other…the raviolis were sold out and the pasta with truffles were tasteless and still raw…

We went for dinner and took a table at the basemet, the lighting atmosphere is too bright for a party set up, and the music is too loud for seated dinner. The dj looked as the most bored person in the room. Staff were polite but very stressed and not giving the level of attention we would expect when we spend more than 100 pp. AC was too cold, we raised that but no action was taken. The food was ok but very overpriced for the quality and overall experience.

Booked for my girlfriends birthday, the place is very well decorated and has a good vibe, however food is standard and service is poor. I had specifically requested a birthday message on the dessert or a small candle which was completely ignored.

We went for the bottomless brunch. The drinks were good, but the food not so much. We waited 40 minutes for our first pizza, which came out wrong and then ordered a second pizza which also wasn’t right but we ate anyway as our time was nearly up. This isn’t ideal when the brunch is ‘bottomless’ pizza.

Absolutely amazing evening. I booked very late whilst on the train for an impromptu date and had the most wonderful dining experience. The service was exemplary, the food was amazing and the venue just perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant and especially the tasting menu.

Good food but very pricey and sadly the place was too loud for me. No gluten free option for pasta which in a modern high end Italian restaurant in London feels a mistake to me. I made the comment to our waiter, to pass on to the chef, since there are exceptional artisanal GF pasta made in Italy - the waiter was clearly was not impressed by my remark and made that felt for the rest of the evening. I loved the fish dish however and the portions are very generous.

We oredered the set menu and although the food was good when it arrived, one of the main courses took some time to come out, with my fellow diners almost finished and I had only oredered the tagliatelle, so not terribly impressed with the service.

The food was absolutely brilliant AS ALWAYS. My friend and I shared a few starters, a pasta dish and a pizza. The staff were extremely accommodating and you could tell they were working very hard.. Best food I have had in a while!

calamari not tender very chewy had lobster spaghetti, bit light on the lobster it had a great Tast, wine list pretty exspensive but aren't they all now had a Gavi Gavi just over the £100 payed more payed less, wont be going back there.
