Bohemia Restaurant has held a Michelin star for 16 years. It has an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere with a chic, lively bar, cocktail garden roof terrace, and intimate dining room, which is equally suited for a romantic dinner as a glamorous night out. Bohemia chef Callum Graham's career has taken him from Geneva to Paris and London before taking over at Bohemia and has featured on Master Chef the Professionals and was part of the team at Bohemia that was awarded the first-ever 5 Rosettes in the Channel Islands. Callum brings a European influence to Bohemia’s food thanks to his time in Paris and Geneva and loves to combine the fantastic local Jersey produce and seafood with the stunning produce from only 14 miles away in France thanks to Jersey’s unique location.     We’ve eaten in many 1 2,& a 3 star all over the world. I would not class this as even a 1. Food took ages to arrive. Wine pairings on 2 courses did not match the food. Food under seasoned and sea bass no crispy skin but fish over cooked and bland. Poor cutlery used in service and 2 noisy guests at table next to us. Not the best Michelin eating experience. They need to go to s africa or Menton in Nice , Vieux Ligis in Tremolat to name a few to really appreciate quality food and service. Sorry would not go back!

    Very good, can see why they have had a 1 star for 17 years. Some of the courses in current tasting menu (June 22) were outstanding, worthy of mention is the crab panda cotta with apple, the foie gras (which was colourful and presented like a panda cotta and the mojito dome.

    A lovely experience at Bohemia. My husband and I enjoyed the classic & pescatarian tasting menus with wine pairing & thoroughly enjoyed the food & drink. The presentation was beautiful and the service was outstanding. Well worth a visit!

    Outstanding, creative, exciting food. Beautifully presented and carefully considered - a triumph. It’s easy to see why it has retained its star for so long. The staff were brilliant; we were late due to a delayed ferry but they were superb, patient and calling when we arrived flustered. A special mention for our sommelier Jude, who described each wine wonderfully and was exactly the right balance of friendly, professional, knowledgable and cheerful - a real asset to the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Totally recommended. It’s worth travelling to Jersey just for an evening here!

    When booking they asked if it was a special occasion. Which it was my birthday. At the end of the lovely meal sent out a special birthday plate with chocolates on. Everything was just perfect. Thank you

    The food was superb. We had the Surprise menu which consisted of 6 courses. £85 each. Each course was outstanding both in terms of presentation and quality. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you want to experience quality Michelin star food.

    Booked for a special occasion. Variety of food was good, to please most palates. Different flavours and aromas certainly tickled the taste buds. Presentation was amazing and inventive! Service was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Really enjoyed the experience. Thank you

    The food was outstanding but we made the mistake of letting the sommelier choose the wine for each course. It was a very nice experience but a very costly one. I wouldn’t do that again, ordered your own bottle, plus your know the price of the wine.

    First time eating here. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Excellent food, exemplary service on food and wine. Jude advised on wine paring for my pescatarian dinner and his choices were outstanding. The service on our six courses was flawless and a pleasure to dine. A truly lovely meal.

    Exceptional experience, truly outstanding food that exceeded all expectations. We had the wine pairing too which was definitely worth the extra as Jude was informative and very funny too. A perfect birthday treat we will never forget.

    5 of us had the lunch menu. Wonderful food and service with friendly unobtrusive staff. For a Michelin place the drinks and cocktails were really good prices. I would definitely return!. Fantastic ! X

    First visit to Bohemia. We had the mixed tasting menu, which was delicious and a great experience! The service was first class and all of the staff were very pleasant and professional. Would visit again when next in Jersey.

    Disappointed to see Foie Gras on the menu. However the substitute from the vegetarian menu was delicious. The service was very attentive and helpful. Didn’t find the pre dessert particularly inspiring, but overall enjoyed the evening.

    The food was exquisitely presented. Also we ate enough & we were nicely full afterwards - we took our time (about 3 hours) and were certainly not rushed or made to feel we were keeping the staff - we had the Tasting Menu with the wine choices - as recommended by the Sommelier who was very knowledgeable about all the wines we had and also very personable - it was my wife’s birthday so was happy to push the boat out - it was not inexpensive but a lovely occasion & in my opinion well worth it - we had a great evening - thank you to everyone involved

    Michelin quality food delivered by friendly and professional staff. One down side was a nearby very noisy table but couldn’t fault the food or service. Will definitely return on next visit to the island.
