Excellent food and exceptional service
Amazing food! Some of the best Indian I’ve ever had.
Love! Great indian
Great restaurant! The service was beyond amazing and I can’t wait to visit again when the wind isn’t terrorizing the city.
It was so amazing, portions were great, and staff was perfect!
Due to COVID this was not a fair set of questions. Bombay did excellent in trying to make the dining experience great. But traffic on Wilshire Blvd is terrible, it was a cold night, and I kept wishing I could sit in their lovely dining room since I faced the restaurant. Overall, I support Bombay, and would like to see the entire community get out and dine there.
If data show there's transmission via restaurants, then so be it. However, I don't see the data to support dine-in option. LA needs to get their act together. Stop making us suffer on top of COVID.
Delicious Indian Food and good cocktails. Excellent service!
Food was excellent! We had the butter chicken and lamb pasanda, which are both mild dishes to start with, but they can kick it up a notch or two if requested. I rated the noise level and ambience lower (through no fault of their own) ONLY because they are required by the state to seat customers outside. The street noise is beyond normal, but because the food and service are so good, we won’t let it stop us from dining here again. The inside of the restaurant is lovely so we hope to dine inside as soon as it is allowed.
The owners came out to greet us and they are wonderful people. Please come visit this restaurant for excellent food and to support a local business that deserves to make it through this extremely unusual time. Highly recommend!
Carrots are the chef's specialty! Delicious chicken vindaloo! Great service!
Best Indian food in LA. Hand down. Excellent service and amazing selection.
Wonderful people wonderful place wonderful food
New regular spot live love love !!!!
Excellent! Such nice people and the food was wonderful! Not cheap, we would probably go more often if it was a little more reasonably priced. But it is one of favorites.
The best Inidan food we've ever had and Deep is the coolest, friendliest owner. My wife lifes the croquettes and the saag paneer. I got the Butter Chicken and Lamb Curry and was in heaven. Literally the best garlic Naan in the world. Also be sure to check out Doubel Barrel across the street. A beautiful rustic Whiskey Bar.
Wonderful evening and amazing service. Food was incredible.
Been a regular and it was much busier than usual. The service was extremely slow (it took 45 mins for our food to come out) and our naans came out all burnt. Also from what I could see from the parking lot, the kitchen was very dirty...
Authentic, traditional food; very kind service;
We loved our dinner experience here. Owner and staff were very personable and provided excellent service.
The Indian dishes were perfectly spiced and prepared. Very delicious. Will definitely be back!
PS The interior is beautiful and relaxing.
The food is always excellent. The tandoori chicken (a favorite of ours) is particularly moist and tender. The service is attentive and warm. The décor is lovely. Currently our favorite Indian restaurant on the Westside.
Excellent Indian food in Beverly Hills area. Food is really fresh and tasty!
I’ve been eating at Bombay Palace for over 20 years now and still love it as much as the first time. Out of town guests enjoyed the food and chatting with the lovely owners. Wonderful quality. Lovely atmosphere - ask about the brass figurines they use for the decor. Will always look forward to coming back. Never fails - chicken tandoori!
Great Punjabi cuisine. A bit above other LA Indian restaurants. Tikka Masala is richer and more tomatoey. Reminds me of Nawab long gone on Santa Monica. Great service too.
Best lamb chops in North America. The owners are wonderful as well. We'll be back, and soon!
This was my first time there for lunch. Who doesn't love an Indian buffet but, honestly, this has to be the best in LA. You may find larger selections elsewhere, but never better quality. I've dined here for supper many times and that's a notch above still, but I'll definitely be back for lunch as well.
The restaurant has amazing food, amazing service, and is consistently lovely to attend
Outstanding quality and kind and attentive service. Best in town
Really excellent authentic Indian food. Great staff as well.
This is my favorite place for authentic Indian Flood. It is a beautiful place and the food and service are excellent.
Friendly welcome and the restaurant has a modern feel to it. Food was was excellent . Starter portions were huge and perfect for sharing. Recommended 👌🏻
Going strong after 35 years. Parking available in rear and often on street.
The Lobster Masala is divine --and I've never seen it on another menu, either. Their tamarind sauce is the BEST around. The marinated/pickled carrots served at the start are sooo good you need to be careful not to wreck your appetite for dinner! Service was very pleasant and gracious as usual.
Best Indian restaurant in Southern California. Could almost be in the High Street at “home.”
Amazing food. We go many times each year!
Exceptional in every way. Best Indian food on west side of LA, hands down. We’ve been to many and this is the best.
Exceptional food in a gorgeous setting, Bombay Palace continues to deliver the finest Indian experience after many years. Perfect for a special occasion or to treat yourself to flavors that go beyond your typical curry house.
It was a great experience. Good was great and the appetizers and tea were one of the best. The ambience and service was great. We had gone for an anniversary and they brought out a good sparkler for the occasion
I think I'm at risk of overusing superlatives for this place. Truth is I do generally have a weakness for Indian cuisine (as well as Italian, Thai, Jamaican, and French, to name a few, lol.), but the quality here is really is exceptional. Time after time, eating here, I've found myself saying, wow this is the best [insert name of dish] I've ever had! I came this time to take advantage of the birthday coupon they have been sending to me faithfully every year, ever since my first visit over fifteen years ago (faithfully, despite the fact that it would go unused more often than not). My choice for this birthday dinner was Lobster Masala with Kashmiri Pulao... and, yes I have to go there... IT WAS THE BEST!! Prices here are definitely a little higher than average for Indian fare, but a) the quality is higher than average, and b) it is Beverly Hills. WORTH IT!!!!
Bombay Palace is consistently excellent. It is rarely crowded, and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere is conducive to conversation. The service is warm and attentive, and the food is spectacular. They happily honor requests for preferred spice level, they explain the many unusual dishes, and the food is complex and delicious. The only negative - they do not have valet parking.
The best Indian in Los Angeles, maybe in the U.S.!
Make it a point to visit every time I’m in LA. Food and service are great- family owned gem in Beverly Hills.
Delicious as usual!
