Food was not good. This is not s place to bring anyone for a good meal.
Drinks were great, food was great and server was wonderful. Great ambiance. I would definitely return.
Menu limited during lunch hours
Yes I would recommend this place, especially on big groups.
We had a great time, food was awesome
The food was absolutely delicious. We had Montauk Striped Bass and it was cooked to perfection. This is a seasonal dish, so it might not be on the menu when you eat there.
It was great, good place for bottomless brunch
Bourbon street has always been a favorite of ours. We go there to celebrate occasions. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has an upbeat ambiance.
Included brunch Bloody Mary lacked any garnish & was in a short rather than tall glass. Also, short glass screwdriver. What would have been the big deal to serve the drinks as we’re all used to seeing them - a little extra fruit juice & some more ice cubes??
AND, a $3 upcharge for egg-whites is outrageous!!
Our waiter was pleasant throughout even tho he was the only waiter in the whole section!
This was not my first time visiting Bourbon Street, however, I more than likely would NEVER visit again. It was my birthday and the food was HORRIBLE!!! We ordered the French Quarter Seafood Boil and the seafood was VERY overcooked and tasteless. The manager walked by and asked how everything was and I told her. She only offered to replace the mussels and we declined. She did take off one of the meals from the bill but she really should have removed BOTH!
Our server Mona was fantastic
The busboy Matt was also great
The food is always amazing
And the manager came over and saw that everything was ok
Awesome brunch. You really get your money’s worth.
The food was delicious and the waitstaff was very attentive. Only issue was 2 tables away there was a very noisy foursome cursing and speaking loudly. It was unpleasant
Delicious food, friendly staff and great service. We were seated minutes after our arrival and no great lag between drinks, appetizers and main course. Overall a great dining experience.
We dined on appetizers and had drink's both were great and would definitely recommend and return for another night out
My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday. It was the first time either of us were here. I must say the whole staff was fantastic. Our greeter took us to our table and our server (I don't remember his name) was very pleasant and patient explaining the options for dinner. Our appetizers and meals came out on time and were fresh and hot.
The restaurant had a nice quiet ambiance which is what we were looking for. The restaurant has a roof top level which we look forward to trying in the future. Though the theme is Cajun they do have traditional foods that are not that spicy so anyone can find a dish they will enjoy
So far, this time the food is not as good as the last few times that I visit.
Prime Rid is cold.
The food was okay but the noise in that place was tooo loud and disturbing to enjoy the food.
we went for fathers day the food was good we went for brunch the menu was limited because of fathers but the food was still yummy. only thing is we would have loved to eat at the rooftop but the brunch items were limited nano kids menu.
Food was good and the service was good. A couple of mistakes but nothing major. Overall it was good. The rooftop was great though!! A lot of fun!!
Date night with hubby great time! Prix rice was amazing
While the waiters all provided excellent service this was the worst experience we’ve had at Bourbon Street. We were seated in a crowded corner in the middle of 3 major parties where we could not hear ourselves think. There was also music playing (they were excellent) but should be performing somewhere with more space. The noise level gave everyone a headache. If you have big parties booked for all the rooms do not accept small party tables. An anniversary brunch was completely ruined. Not sure we will return.
Our meal and service was great as always. Just a VERY loud soccer fan that was a bit disruptive during our graduation celebration
I have a history with Bourbon Street. It is one of my favorite restaurant in Queens.
Seafood bisque and chili calamari to die for. Pleasant and attentive service
Sam was our waitress. She was great; couldn’t ask for anyone better. We ordered crab croquette, bbq short ribs, and monster sundae. It was a lot of food. My husband enjoyed the monster sundae the best. He’s giving it 6 stars. LoL
Staff was great, very patient and overall an awesome experience!!
Food was bland. Expecting more flavor from a New Orleans themed restaurant. Server was in a hurry not that personable. Price was high for quality of the food. Unlikely to return
Great food great price all of us took home had some next day. Great service fun atmosphere too. Can’t go wrong with this place.
Large varied menu. Three or four times there.Good chow
Always a good dinner at Bourbon Street. The blackened cat fish was delicious.
It was fun . The music was loud but it was fun
Everything was great except the smell... The cleaning products you use smell like bathroom cleaner and it radiates through the whole restaurant if you are the first party to be seated for the day.
It doesn't go away until more guests arrive and food comes out for a while...
This happens every time we come and it is not enjoyable.
There has to be other products that don't submit this horrible odor.
Had Nick as a waiter for the 2nd time. He is very attentive. Food is good and so is the atmosphere
We are occasional diners at this restaurant. We had an early reservation for 2, at 6:30 on Thursday evening. Showed up 1/2 hour early. Hostess was very cordial and seated us at a table with a partition from the bar bar. Immediately requested to be seated in the next room any from the noise of the bar. Hostess promptly and cordially seated us in the next room. However we were seated opposite a couple who obviously had been there for a while and who had obviously finished some appetizers and a few cocktails. It soon became obvious that the were obnoxiously loud and foul in their language. When the waiter asked if they were finished but they ordered additional drinks. There was another table of 4 earlier diners who just leaving and they had informed us that this scene was going on for some time. I caught the waiters attention and suggested that this couple should be cut off. He agreed and assured us that they would soon be leaving. This did not happen but the staff, waiter busboy, hostess and manager did try to politely expedite the removal of this couple without escalating the situation. We were offered different table but declined. As the restaurant filled and the noise level became louder the obnoxious language of this couple became less obvious and we did manage to finish our dinner. The manager did make amends by comping some of our dinner. Now to the dinner we ordered one dinner Sea food creole from the price fixe menu and a Seafood Jumbalaya entree from the regular menu. We shared the Caprese appetizer. It was unexceptional in that the mozzarella was hard and too cold the tomatoes were pale. The house salads that came with the meals were very good as were the entrees.
Had the Seafood Cobb, shrimp was extremely dry. Son had a burger and truffle fries. Burger was average and fries tasted old. Been there about 5 times over the last 2 years and won't give them another shot. Never gets better.
Enjoyed the brass band for Mardi Gras. The prime rib was delicious. I would have liked a baked potato but that was not availabile. Our server Alison was excellent.
Everything was good, the food was delious, but way too big on the serving size, but at least I had enough for lunch the next day
I had a great meal for Fat Tuesday! The Service was great! Ask for Alex to be your server.
It was nice
