Brasserie Zedel is open throughout the day, serving lunch and dinner. You can also experience live music which is played in the brasserie in the evenings for diners to enjoy until close.
Within close proximity to Shaftesbury Avenue and Regent Street, Brasserie Zedel is the ideal location for a meal before or after a day of sightseeing. Alternatively, you can join for a pre theatre meal as it is located within walking distance from the West End including the Piccadilly Theatre or the Harold Pinter Theatre.
Brilliant experience. We will be going back.
Would definitely come again. Fantastic staff. Very helpful.
Nice decor and good food. Service rushed us through the meal and were fairly blunt about it. However you can sit at the bar afterward to continue to enjoy the evening. Nice experience overall.
Zedel we have missed you!!!!
So glad to be able to come back and my partner having been unable to return home to France for such a long time was delighted to have andouillette again
Never a bad meal at brasserie zedel. Large portions, great value for money, and all delicious. 99% perfect. Service was mostly great although felt a touch too formal and cold at times. Came across as a bit standoffish. But I will still be back because that’s just a minor note. Glad to see zedel open again :)
First time back in a restaurant in the West End since lock down, you could see the restaurant had put plans in place and was well organised from arrival were a temperature check was taken to the overall service with cheerful staff and a new menu to choose from. The layout is very Art Deco which lends itself to the place and ambience. Food and wine selection good and plenty to choose from. Afterwards we arranged a table in the American Bar which was busy but well laid out and practised Social Distancing. A very enjoyable and fun evening.
Beautiful décor and very attentive service. The food is very good and decent value
I was so impressed with the level of service and attentiveness! We had the most wonderful evening. Its the most relaxed I've felt in months with everything going on and they had plenty of things in place to make you feel safe such as hand sanitiser on tables and near the toilets, as well as throughly cleaning each table and seat between guests. They also took your temperature on arrival, so it was very comforting for our first covid dinner to see the steps they are taking!
Food was delicious and great value too, as well as the drinks and cocktails. We went to the bar after our meal and it was fantastic. I'll definitely visit again!
first night after the C-19 closure and it was great to be back. Good food and great service!
Great service love it there forgot how good it was xx
As always with Zedal delicious food and excellent service. I’m still amazed at the quality for the price. I LOVE IT HERE.
The attention your staff gave us to meet our needs was exceptional. Lovely ambience. I shall return and so will my guests. Thank you.
Meeting friends from USA and we had a fabulous time as always!
We brought our friends for dinner before the theatre to the beautiful Zedel. As usual the place was heaving, the food delicious and the service 10z
Great atmosphere but average food
Always enjoy dinner here. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the food is delicious.
Zedels caters for all budgets and palates. Service was perfect, attentive but not intrusive and the Art Deco former ballroom just adds a lovely ambiance. Our waitress, Sophie, new to her role, deserves a special mention! She was great.
Dined here several times for several different types of occasions and it’s continues to be a perfect choice each and every time. Keep up the great work!
On opentable we mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary and the restaurant was very gracious with complimentary wishes and aperitif.
It was another all-round excellent experience for me at Brasserie Zedel. I ordered beef bourguignon which was delicious - the meat was tender and full of flavour. The chocolate mousse is light and extremely moreish. I introduced a friend to the restaurant who enjoyed it as much as I do. We are looking forward to visiting again.
Great buzz as usual. Service a bit chaotic to start but soon put right by manager. Pleasant evening overall.
Great staff, amazing food and the most beautiful restaurant
Very nice anniversary dessert. We loved it
Great atmosphere and ambience, food was delicious and great value but service was slow.
Best place to take
Someone and impress. Amazing food
My wife enjoyed the steak béarnaise. My choucroute was a large portion but maybe not the best choice
We had the 2 course Prix Fixe menu and it was delivered speedily and was delicious.
Always a pleasure to eat here. My beef was delicious. Sadly my husband isn’t keen on French food and moaned that I had booked here but I will be back. Without him.
Good French food. Nice table. Good service. Pleasant ambience. Not rushed. Like everything about Zedel.
We ate dinner pre-theatre. The guy at reception assured me we would be out in time and indeed we were. The set meal of 3 courses + a glass of wine for £19.75 is such good value and the food was delicious. Perfect for a pre-theatre meal. The service was friendly and helpful, and speedy. Will definitely go again. I also like the busy but organised ambience of the brasserie, and the tables are done very prettily.
Although Zedel's is a huge restaurant the service and attention we received from the staff team was friendly, caring and attentive. It is a great venue for a delicious pre theatre dinner in beautiful French Art Deco surroundings.
Very good value and a beautiful venue. If I were to give some negatives I would say the room is loud because of the high volume of people and the service was not as fast as other places we have been to. Although I must say that the staff were really friendly and therefore we tipped them generously despite the kitchen not producing as quick as we would have liked.
Impressive venue and ambience- great to take visitors to London to. Steak was more mince meat though and mine came much more well done that everyone else’s despite asking for it medium (after being told rare wasn’t an option due to the meat cut). Hard to complain with £9.95 for 2 courses though !
This is a fantastic restaurant. Have taken lots of friends here, and it always has the ‘wow’ factor. The place has a great vibe. Food is always good, service impeccable. Very different to most other London restaurants. Highly recommend it.
We enjoy the pre theatre menu here. It is very good value for money. The restaurant setting is beautiful and the staff are great.
We were there on a Sunday evening, atmosphere was great, with live music too. We had a great table and I had mentioned it was a special occasion for my companion and Zedel were very kind to present a plate with "felicitations" and a macaron on it. It was a very kind touch which my companion was extremey appreciative of.
A memorable evening in this wow factor establishment.
Another great evening at Zedel with amazing oysters and generally a nice atmosphere, food, live music (Brazilian jazz standards) classy and discreet. A great all-rounder. A shame only that one of the servers seemed to be there against her will, which is probably not helped by the automatic 15% gratuity (we were 6). Anyway love the place and will return!
